Back on the wagon
Hello to all :) I'm officially starting Round 2 so I'll be dropping in. I ended up cutting my Round 1 shorter than I had planned. I decided when I had vacation in October that I didn't want to waste my pellets if I was going off plan. I ended Round 1 down 17.5 lbs which was not as much as I would have liked but I figure it's still in the right direction. I've stuck rather low carb but was up 4 lbs after the Thanksgiving feast. I loaded very well since we had leftovers ;) I started VLCD's yesterday and am hoping to drop more of this weight by the end of the year.
I've got a lot of catching up to do. I hope everyone is doing well :)
