Intermountain Pellets

Hello All -

I just recvd my pellets today and they don't dissolve fully under my tongue.
Do I swallow them? If so when?

Mine don't fully dissolve either. I hold them under my tongue about a min or so. Then crush them and swallow. No biggie. For the drops, I was told to hold them under my tongue for about 30 seconds so I figure that 1 minute is good for the pellets.

I find that if I do hold them under my tongue long enough they pretty much dissolve completely. Aprox 4 to 5 minutes.

With the whole wait 15 mins before and after the pellets for eating/drinking......that is WAY too long for me

1 minute suits me just fine!!

The hcg is also just in the outer coating of the pellets so there really is no need to let them dissolve completely.

I got some, too. Although I'm an RXer, I bought some too, just to have on hand. Especially because I wonder if they will one day vanish from sites completely.

But question. They didn't come with any instructions. What is the normal amount most of you do, how many times per day?

buttah--you sure they didn't? The dose is 3 pellets 3 times per day. You have to wait til 15 mins AFTER drinking/eating anything and 15 BEFORE resuming eating/drinking anything when you take the little suckers. That is the MOST annoying thing about the homeopathic. You have to get the timing down just right.

Yes, I just saw those, but they are only for the drops. Not the pellets. At least I have you to tell me, but I like having it official!

The only time I used the Intermountain pellets, the dosage was right on the bottle, but it was 4 pellets 3 times a day.

I still never got the official pellet instructions. Even emailed them about it. They said to use the drop instructions. But drops are not pellets. This is very unprofessional and makes me doubt the whole company. Not that I'm planning to use them... but just in case. If anyone can PM me what ever it was I supposed to get, I'd really appreciate it.

I've never gotten instructions with any order from Intermountain. Just the dosage on the bottles. I was using P&I anyway, so never really cared.

ETA: I now realize they send it in an email, and it is just the drop instructions. Like I said, the dose was very clearly written on the bottle (4 pellets 3 times a day), so I did not find it confusing in any way.

The entire round. Not just on the load days. 3 pellets 3 times a day is working for me.

My bottle clearly states 3 pellets 3 times a day. And it gives the breakdown on the serving size as 3 pellets. Maybe the newer ones are different that the ones you have used. The new bottles (just got them last month as a Black Friday special) must have newer directions.

Salespeople are just that....in it to sell you stuff. They have not necessarily tried everything in stock. Knowing that, trust what your bottle says, and what I have told you before
