Also you have 3 proteins, cottage cheese, ground chuck, and chicken. Are you following a different plan? Normally only 2 portions of 100g each are allowed...




Fat-fast ALSO not protocol. Again if you want to use it totally fine and up to you but it's not protocol.

Thanks for your insight, I guess I am more of a rouger, i like to try different methods just to make sure I am using one that works best for me.
There seems to be so many different methods being used in conjuction with hcg , like you stated that are not on protocol. I keep a diary of all that i eat, take &do, that way i know what truly works!!! As bad as I want the baby weight off, i want to make sure whatever method i choose, i can maintain it long term ,....since ultimately its a complete lifestyle change

It is a complete lifestyle change, that is for darn sure! And not just P2. P3 and P4 and beyond! One thing I have seen over and over is even if hCG helps get the weight off, it does NOT mean that going back to what got us there in the first place won't pack the weight back on!

I don't have any issues with rogue protocol at all--if it works, it works, and that's the most important thing. Some of my best LCFs are rogues! The reason I usually clarify, especially on newbie threads, is that a lot of people ARE new so they don't know what's rogue and what's not. I know I can be a complete PITA but if I had done rogue stuff without knowing it and messed up my round or my stabilization because of it, I would have been totally kicking myself when I found out for killing myself for 20+ days on 500 calories with little to show for it. Knowledge is power!

Morning!!!!

Yesterday was a bad/ emotional day for me at work. I am an emotional eater for sure and I need to get that under control. I ate a brownie and some pizza from it. To my surprise this did break my 3 day plateau I had going on staying basically at 271 and 272. This morning my weight was 269.5.... I was so nervous to step on that scale this morning but I had to see the damage I had done from being emotional. I know this is nothing but a blessing that I didn't gain weight. Shoot... it might show up on me tomorrow morning's weight. I plan on staying POP today.

I have cold too... Sniffles and such. ugh... but I have to keep on pushing!!! Spoke with my mom about what occured at the job. I came home... cried a little bit, ate some pizza and then went to bed at about 7 or 8 pm. Don't know really what time I fell asleep. I slept all the way until 4:15am. I never sleep solid like that...

Anyway, time to get some work done. Going to drink my green tea and water. Hope everyone has a good day today!!!

My jeans are LOOSE and comfortable!!!! This time last week... these jeans were TIGHT.... TOO TIGHT TO FIGHT TIGHT.

I know right!!! I did want to be in the 260s.... Way cool. I hope you have a GRAND lost today. Keep me posted.

I am going to shoot for being at least 265 by next friday. I am not going to press my luck!!! I cannot imagine losing 10 pounds a week you know.

OMGGGGGG,

I AM so HAPPPY TO ANNOUNCE, LOL

I am down 1.8 today, puts me at 191.0 I only got to drink 2 bottles of water yesterday, I just knew i was gonna be punished by the scale for that!! Wow,
I am so excited..i refuse to hide it...lol...okay let me calm down, lol


My goal for Sunday Mornings way in is 189.8. I really am ready to see the 180's again. I was 165 when i got pregnant. I was 185 after I had the babies....So getting to 198.2 after loading (195.8 before) was definately a bummer!!

We are all on a journey to a healthier , cleaner life!! I can't wait to look & feel good!!! We can do this!! Anything worth fighting for is a challenge. With dedication & Will power, we will all meet our goals.....if you fall...you know the saying,get back up again, we are only human at the end of the day!!

Coffee w/ a hard boiled egg

Lunch @12:15
Spicy Cabbage & Tilapia with refreshing Lemonade ( lemon juice w/ 1 stevia package) on the rocks

Dinner about 6pm Shrimp w/ Salad

Snacks for today will be : Strawberry Lemon Slushie & an orange...not sure what times...


On another note, i decided to test my drops (GFC Healthproducts) on a prego test & it came back negative, or kinda faintly positive... don't know what to think because I am losing &&&& when i was pregnant with my twins, I took two pregnancy test in which both came back negative....so i dont know who to believe the test or the drops, lol.


Either way I'll keep a trucking with them. I also ordered their triple version for 2nd round people, I'll start using that when my Plus version runs out...it was 20 bucks more than the regular one they offer. Has anyone tried using the Triple HCG for Round 2 by GFC Health products....someone..anyone???

Losing....

I am on GNC Platinum X30. I never thought to test the drops because it does not contain the HCG Hormone. I say if you are losing keep on trucking.

When my mom was pregnant with me... for the first 7 months... yes 7 months... they stated she was not pregnant.... at 9.5 months I came out. Doctors told my mother she could never have anymore children. She could only have one child (my big brother). .... A 37 year old is here today.

Are your drops homeopathic?

B: Coffee (1 cup) & Green Tea (Feeling sick with sniffles, sneezing, freezing and etc)
MMS: Apple
L: 104 grams of chicken breast 2 cups of salad (minus tomatoes --- trying to see if those make my weight loss slower)

D: Either chicken breast or beef pattie and salad

I am going to make me a hot tottie when I get home tonight. I hope it does not hender my weight loss.

Couple of things... I see three proteins in your menu and a combo of fruits at night. If you're aware that protocol calls for splitting fruits and only 2 proteins per day, it's all good!

The homeopathic drops will NEVER show on a pg test, only rx.

I've never used GFC Health products but a few things that I see on the website. One, the plus drops seem to have a homeopathic concentration of the actual hCG hormone. This is good because there are a LOT of fakers out there right now. Two, I'm not sure about the 3x strength formula. It has been my experience that more is DEFINITELY not good with hCG. If your dose is too high, you can find yourself hungry and not losing. This is actually well-known about homeopathics so I find this a little odd that they recommend a higher dose. If you end up using them, I would say to monitor your hunger and weight loss very carefully to make sure that the formula is working.

Sorry you're feeling icky! But if by hot toddy, you mean booze, I wouldn't. Seriously. Have some hot lemon water or get a really nice tea (Yogi teas are great!) but stay away from the booze. It can DEFINITELY impact your weight loss as well as set off cravings and cause blood sugar swings tomorrow. Especially on top of the pizza/brownie incident...

Down again today,....only drank 2 bottles of water and a cup of coffee yesterday.

Released 1.2lbs, puts me at 189.8.
Happy about that, with TOM around...i just can't decide whether to keep weighing daily or to just continue my weigh ins to see it affects me...humm...

Glad to be back in the 180's...I hope by the 11th of December I am in the 170's ....aiming high..staying focused...

Sounds like a good idea Losing... Glad you had a loss.

I am going to take me a nap myself now because I keep eating crap too. Crap meaning more protein than I should. I even ate some more pizza. Glad that mess is out my house now. NO MORE junk coming in my house. I want to be in the 220s by Christmas. So I have 40 pounds to lose. EEK.... I might be pressing my luck.

Feeling 90% better today. Cleaned up my house, washed and put up some cloths and towels. Ran to the grocery store and bought more chicken breast and salad things. Weight went back down to 269.5 (1.5 pound lost)... Just trying to get in my water. I notice that I am starting to get hungry sooner in the morning before lunch. But then again, I am not eating my fruit as a MMS.

I wish I could eat fish (allergic to all seafood)... chicken breast is starting to get old. I use to be able to eat fish until last year. I might try to eat it sometime this month to see if things have changed. Too bad you can't reverse food allergies.

So my official inches lost for the first week is..... 11.6 and Weight 10.5

Looking forward to seeing what will happen next week. I am going to New Orleans next weekend. A lot of walking....

Another week is here ladies....

How did everyone do over the weekend?

I am 98% better today. No sniffling, sneezing and coughing. Today is R1VLCD#11. Weight is 268.3 (down 1.2). I am starting to see the weight loss in my face. My mother says that my face is one of the first places you can tell on me that I have gained weight. My stomach is THANKFULLY going back to normal. I felt miserable with that round belly. Now if I could get rid of the "jelly roll" as my nephew calls them.

So here are my menus from this weekend and for today:
Saturday:
B: Coffee
MMS: Nothing (Slept through.... On cold medicine)
L: Ground Meat Pattie and Salad
MAS: More Ground Meat and Apple
D: Ground Meat Pattie and Salad

Sunday:
B: Coffee
MMS: Nothing (Slept through.... On cold medicine)
L: Turkey (I know I know... No turkey) and Salad
MAS: Apple
D: 98 grams of Chicken Breast and 1/2 cup of spinach
LS: Apple

Today:
B: Coffee (Thinking of cutting this out....)

L: 106 grams of Chicken Breast and Salad
MAS: Apple

Oh how TOM is getting on my last nerve ..usually I have no symptoms but between getting not enough sleep due to waking up with the babies& TOM ruining my life,lol ...I have the nastiest attitude!!!!

My bestfriend who helps me with the twins on Mondays calles this Am...I told her stay home....smh
