Looking wobbly?

Hi I am on day vlcd20 and was down over 18lbs since starting HCG and 26 down total. I am feeling very soft and flabby this past week. I lost 35-40 lbs on adkins 2 different times and never had this problem. But the weight loss then was averaging closer to 2lbs a week not around a pound a day! Is it just the speed and does this even out on p3? Im afraid to exercise until p3.

Ah, I just caught up with this thread and answered in the COOOOOLD thread. This is a slightly different question than I read there. This phenomenon had a funny name a couple of years back--lumpy squoosh? Something like that anyway--I think minimonkey coined the term. It's something that a lot of people experience just before a "whoosh"--something to do with the fat cells filling up with water right before you get a good loss. Apparently it's quite noticeable in some folks. Maybe you're in for a good bump down! In any case, I hope ONE of these answers is helpful!

Well both of them sound better anyway! Lumpy squoosh sounds about right lol. Its almost like I have no muscle tone I just feel squishy. Not weak though I can still do everything I did before without really noticing that just kindof soft.
