Broth ok on HCG?

I keep reading HCG recipes that call for broth. Broth is ok on the VLCD? I have never seen it on approved foods list but it is used in recipes. Is it a certain kind? I just made a batch of homemade turkey bone broth and was planning to freeze it. Is there a certain quantity per meal to stick to? Thanks! I just finished my loading days and start the 500 calories tomorrow.

I use broth occasionally to make soups when on VLCD. I always chill it and skim any fat off the top when I make homemade broth to make it as low calorie as possible. Or just buy the 'better than boullion' concentrated bases.

I've always used the store bought kind with no problems- just make sure there is no added sugar.

I'm not sure about bone broth on p2. Is there fat in there? If there is I would tend to say to freeze it and wait until p3 to enjoy it.
