Sas, you look wonderful! I have to keep my focus on that feeling---how nice it is to feel really comfortable in my clothes. Right now, everything is a little too tight.

I'm just jumping in here on your new thread. I'm embarrassed to say how many times I started and failed a new P2 round, but I'm letting go of the past failures and keeping my focus on TODAY! I was going to wait until the new year to do another round, but very recently decided that was a BAD idea, because it would probably just give me an excuse to go hog wild (literally) during the holidays. I think I need the structure of P2 and P3 to keep me on the straight and narrow, so here goes...VLCD 1 for me.

I'm looking forward to my clothes fitting better by the beginning of next week!

Morning ! P2P3D46 & down -.02 to 129.2 ! Looking forward to finishing this round by next Friday & then heading into P3. new goal is 125 so I'm pretty confident I can get there by next Friday. Biggest challenge right now is Thanksgiving.

So far I'm 21.4 under LDW & 28.6 under loading weight. This is the longest round I've ever done. So far mentally it's been the best one yet.

Hi Girls,
Well I come in today with my head hung low, I got into the ice cream and chips last night in place of dinner Was up a couple pds this morning, I think I am just getting burnt out on the food, I am now on day 51, time to go to phase 3 I think or I am just gonna keep sabotaging myself trying to do this for too long of a stretch! So tomorrow is gonna be my last dose of stuff!

I need to figure out how to mix my HCG properly this next time around, there is no way I should have so much liquid left in my bottle, I still have a bunch left, either that or I am not taking the right dosage. Not sure whats going on!

Anyway, I am sticking to plan the next couple days.

Keep up the good work ladies!

Hey ladies ! I think I'm going to wrap this round up. Since yesterday I've been feeling really run down all of a sudden. All my previous energy is gone. All day today I've felt almost physically ill & I had a blood pressure scare before lunch time. I felt like I was going to pass out & my friend took it & it was pretty low. I had an apple but I still feel not myself

I've gone 46 days & I saw my goal weight & got to a size 4 in pants but I need to listen to my body & it's telling me to take a break. HCG will always be there & January if needed I can do a mini round. So I'm going to count today as LDW & take my 2 vlcd & start P3 on Wed. Will be posting here as I really need the support.

Going to gradually increase my calories on P3 and will be working really hard to stabilize.

WOW!!! Size 4!!! Great job!!!

And...you're right...the HCG will be there after the holidays. Even this week, I've been telling myself that if I was still on it...I would have had more losses...lol. I truly am addicted to seeing the weight go DOWN on the scale...not STS

YUP, I am overiding my brain I like how I feel when I get on the scale & see a loss & you are right it can be very addicitive ! BUT I have lost 115 lbs since January ! This round I have gotten to my goal & here I am revising it to 125 then what 120 ?? So I'm going to go into P3 whether I like it or not. My body is tired & I need to give my skin time to catch up. I'm telling myself it's not a race & if it where a race well then I already won. So why am I still running kwim ?

Going today home & reading my e-book for P3 and planning on my menu for the 48 hours after hHCG. Then going to focus all this energy into P3/P4 and exercise and being healthy. I need to re build my strength. "if" I need it HCG will be there in Jan. and I always have this forum to get my support for P3 ! Thanks & will keep you guys posted on my progress

I'll be back next week.. I had to abort R2.2- Geeze, I could not get my head back in it and I really tried!!

But, that's ok. I'm gearing up and will try again- this time, with a buddy- my sister-in-law. Just waiting for her to get her supplies...

Good news is.. I've stayed at LDW- give or take a half pound. So, yay- stable!!

I have those same issues. Both actually!! I am always starting a new round and failing. And then trying to decide if I should be in P2 during the mother of all eating holidays or not Geesh dieting is just so hard, maintaining is just as hard

Good luck!!! I am cheering you all on this week!! It will be hard for me to wait until January to start another P2, but I promised myself to wait til the new year so I can have a fresh start (and a good time of maintenance between rounds).

Morning ! first day of vlcd without hHCG & up .06 to 129.8. Had 3 or 4 days of losses so this is normal for me. Happy Releases everyone ! Will post every so often and see how everyone is doing.

Good morning! R1P2VLCD6: -1lb today, so now at 220.5, and down 9.5 from my pre-load weight!!! I really can't believe it is coming off like this, and while I know it will go through periods of slowing down for a day or 2, I'm SO thrilled to finally be seeing results.

Hi Girls,
I too am calling it the end of my round, I was getting close to 50 days and I am just burnt out. My last dose was yesterday. I will still keep checking in periodically and I plan to do another round in Jan, I have a huge trip for my 35th bday in June, going to Hawaii and I want to look amazing, so really want to get to goal before then

Evening !! Wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving !

First day of P3 done & it was hard to stick to my plan of 900 to 1100 calories. Got up to 1300 & had cheese Oh well we'll see how the scale is tomorrow. Today I did wake up to a -1.4 loss so tomorrow I do have a little wiggle room. But planning on enjoying Thanksgiving with my family & Friday I'll take care of whatever needs to be taken care of but I feel pretty good so I really don't think cheese will push me over 2 lbs.

I'm discovering the joys of eating P3 foods. Fat is amazing lol ! Happy Releases ladies

Ladies, I am saying goodbye to P2 for this round. This 23 day round (R4) yeilded me a 20# weight loss bringing my total losses to 101# lost. It brought me below 199# for the first time in 15 years. I can also wear my wedding ring again. I just want to encourage you all to hang in there and stay the course. My current motto is "Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels". Blessings!

Welcome to P3 !! I finished my first day today. Congrats on the losses Feels wonderful. Enjoy P3. I had a hard time today getting used to it being ok to eat & not think that I was cheating. I was going to stop at 1100 but then I've been hungry for the first time in months so I ate Enjoy Thanksgiving. I'll still be posting here to keep up with everyone & since I will be back in Jan for a vanity round (I love that word) to get to 120.

Way to go on the losses

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing ?

This has been tough 2nd week for me on P3. First week was great and the
2nd week has been tough Did a steak day when I went 2.2 over ldw and it yielded a .06 loss. Then up again for 2 days for a whopping 3.4 lbs over ldw and finally a greek yogurt day yesterday brought me to 2 lbs over ldw. Doing a egg day today which I "hope" will bring me closer to my ldw. Then very clean eating all next week. Likely will make it a 4 or 5 week P3.

I think the sodium did me in & that I did pears for 3 days. Seems I was more focused on calorie counting & not adding dairy & cheese that I over did it on the fruits/veggies.

Ok hope everyone is well...
