Thought I was using a product with HCG, but.....
Hi everyone,
I am new here and started, what I thought was HCG spray on Oct 26. After lurking on this message board, I took a look at the (very expensive) spray I bought. No where does it say or mention HCG, although it was marketed as such. So, I sent the company an email asking how much HCG is in their product. Below is there response. What are your thoughts ? I lost quite a bit of weight the first week, but only 2 lbs the second week, now into my third week and I'm not losing much. I think just being on the 500 cal/day would make me lose this much weight. Company's response: Our HCG is a homeopathic option. Homeopathics are a little different than typical "ingredients" that are placed in a container. There is one molecule of HCG in the bottle that stimulates your body to produce its own HCG. The cool thing about homeopathics, nothing is forced upon your body....your body will release the amount of fat it is willing to let go of each day. With that being said, one would think our results would very greatly and we would get mediocre results but that is not the case. We have treated 6400 people in the past 3 years with similar results to the synthetic injectable version. The testimonies we share on our website are from our product, not taken from other websites (which happens often). |

Does it say on the label or the box or the literature that is has homeopathic strengths of 6x12x36x etc or something like that? True homeopathic preparations do say those things. That's how they measure it. It is different than in regular medicines, but it still should say something like the above. Lots of people use true homeopathic remedies for all sorts of conditions, even for animals. They can be very effective. But they need to be prepared with the standard homeopathic formula.

C'Marie, thank you for the response. My bottle says:
Contains equal volumes of 30V, 6D and 12D hopeoenergetic dilutions of the following ingredients Then lists various ingredients. Never mentions 6x12x36x And, I have only lost 2 lbs in the last 8 days. Seems like I could do that by cutting my calories to 500 w/o using the spray. |

I am not a doctor and I don't play one on tv. I would, however, suggest you consider a replacement product. Try looking at intermountain's website and read their labels and see what you think. Otherwise, you are starving yourself. 500 calories w/o even a homeopathic hcg product is doing just that. I have no idea what 30v, 6D 12d hopeoenergetic dilutions even means. Does not sound to me like it is the normal homeopathic solutions at all that we have seen work.
