P2 Burnout...

I am bored with P2! I started this journey on Monday, 10/29. I am down 6.6 lbs., but I am finding this diet to be a drag  I am persevering...I need some support!

If you want to make the losses you have stick, you should observe the minimum 23-day rule. For some reason, that is how long it takes to make it stick. Less time than that and you may regain really quick. If you are bored with the eating plan, mix it up a bit, try some new things. I make eggwhite (homeogenized liquid in the carton) and strawberry/spinach shakes. Just an example.

You can do it :shake: For me I try to keep lots of variety. I keep my meals for the week in freezer bags & ready to go. I do chicken tenderloins & I've experimented with different spices like curry, sugar free hot sauce etc. I do shrimp, tilapia, mahi mahi, ground chicken breast to make a burger, ground organic veal, lobster tail, crab legs etc for veggies I've made radish chips, cucumber salad (lemon juice, acv & stevia), celery with a mustard sauce, tomatoes marinated in lemon juice with salt/pepper, asparagus with mustard sauce & lemon juice.

You see, use your imagination, picture your goal in mind & the rest will fall in place. For me as long as I have my meals at hand & ready to eat it makes this diet so much easier. I usually prep once or twice a week & am always prepared. Good luck !!
