Another TOM question

HI ALL

I bought my IM pellets and they should be here by next week which will be a few days before TOM.
I've been reading many threads about the subject but most were about the rx HCG.
So my question is, Should I really wait a few days after I have started TOM?
I want to do this the right way!

Also is there a thread I can post daily about my journey?

On the TOM question, the reason for the suggestion to wait until it is over is more about your mental state than anything else. One of the major motivators for this diet is the daily weighing and seeing that number go down on the scale. A lot of women gain 2-5 pounds right before TOM so if you start during TOM, you may stall for a couple of days or not see as great of a loss which can be a little discouraging, sometimes. If you can hang in there in the face of a stall or a slow down, then you can start whenever you want. If not losing or not losing quickly will cause you to cheat, wait until TOM is over. A lot of people actually load the first couple of days of TOM, which is when many people are hungry or have weird food cravings, then start after the first couple of TOM days are over.

On another TOM related note, most people do not STOP the pellets or drops during their period (which was also recommended in P&I).

Thanks so much!
I was thinking last night that it would be nice to make the first couple days my load days.
I'm excited for this challenge and will make sure I am prepared before I start.
