It's going well. I'm at -13 lbs. as of today. TOM is here so not expecting much for the next couple of days.

Yay! You're coming back to P2. I'll probably still be on... lol

That is, if I can resist all the Christmas eating... The worst is all the baking I have to do. Feel like constantly licking my fingers...

Ok ladies ! Getting ready for my 6 day vacation in Orlando where essentially I'll be loading for 6 days Will take the pellets for the last 2 days. What I was thinking is to gradually add some things this weekend so it's not such a shock when I indulge on vacation

For ex. today I had 3/4 of a light Heineken, my beer of choice on vacation. Tomorrow I'll have another & having a home made pizza with a low carb tortilla. I normally indulge on vacation on things I normally do not everyday and it's a shock to my system. & I tend to gain a ton. Let's see if it makes a difference lol I expect to gain but hopefully no more than 5 lbs.

One loading fiasco it was 7 lbs after 5 days of vacation but 5 more lbs on 2 days of loading for a total of 12 lbs !!!

Pandora I was thinking that since we are in p4 indulging a little shouldn't hurt us that bad. It's when we add in the hcg we get on that sliding scale to blow up when loading.

Well today after the beer and 2000 cal including half a cup shredded cheese feeding frenzy I only went up +.02 so not bad really. I'm thinking of keeping it high fat/protein on vacation but I will admit to a dessert here & there. Really not going to over stress about it though once I'm back home I am the Queen of guilt & remorse but darn it I am going to enjoy myself.

Hello ladies! I'm back on vlcd today. I'm ready to stop going up and down and just see the scale go down. I was in a okay place wearing a size 14. I'm excited to see the next size. I learned a lot this last round of p3 and p4. I can stabilize, I can maintain, and correct. I think I am almost where I want to be. I will do one more round after this one. Im doing a 30 day round of vlcd. Pre-load weight is 205.4

Our 7 year wedding anniversary is this year in May. I want feel beautiful, healthy and young. I would love feel at home in my own skin.

My stomach feels just gross. I ate a lot yesterday. :/

Afternoon ! Took my 2nd pellets today so far I think they do work just as good because I haven't been hungry. So 2 days and then I'll weigh in on Sunday to start P2 vlcd1. I'm writing on 2 P2 threads so sorry if I repeat myself.

I am having a great time with the family it's only when it's night time or everyone is asleep & I'm alone that I can't believe I let myself over eat the way that I have. It started with last Fri that I drank and I binged. The next day I was up like 10 lbs and then I just let it go. Not too bad but not like I normally eat. So the last time I weighed I was like 16 lbs over 146 from 131 in 1 week

I even sunk so low that I took laxatives which only made me sick to my stomach but didn't cause the scale to go down. So going to enjoy the next 2 days with my family & then re focus on Sunday and stick to it until I undue what I've done and hopefully get to the 120's this round.

I'm sure I'll be here on Sunday super mad at myself when I really get on that scale.

Hello ladies, I'm on vlcd #2. I'm missing p3 already lol.... I haven't weighed in I don't want to see the damage I did from loading. I went overboard. I need to get my mind set right. I haven't cheated but I'm dreading this round. I want to be done already. I was really enjoying p3 once I stabilized. I was enjoying going out to eat with my hubby too. Im not sure if I should weigh in tomorrow or wait until Monday.

23 lbs in 1 week !! Yup not a typo 131 & today 154. Still driving home so had an apple for breakfast & 2 boiled eggs for lunch. Can't believe it myself. Let's see what the scale says tomorrow

Thanks but I am miserable. Had a grissini stick and some coffee. Not hungry so dinner will be around 6 pm some tilapia and some grape tomato. I have to make myself eat & I'll have a detox bath which usually makes me feel better. I feel beyond stupid I was so enjoying P3/P4 and doing so well. I could of just gained a little or nothing and come back to maybe some high protein days or greek yogurt days and be done.

Now I have to re-lose everything I lost last round and I feel headachy & super depressed. I even had to take my anxiety medication again I was feeling so low. I guess trying to see the best it's definitely a lesson learned. But jeez did I have to gain 23 lbs !?!?!?! How can I have gained so much in 6 days with 6 days of walking for hours and hours.

Also a part of me is dreading going back to work on Tues where I have this co-worker who also lost a lot of weight but is one of those "I can eat whatever in moderation & not gain" "I just eat whatever & gain 2 lbs & it comes right off" So I'm sure she ate and drank and already lost it all and here I'll be "oh your doing another round again ?"

OMG!!!! I am so sorry to hear that Good thing it will come back off. I hope quicker than you think I always thought I was a fast gainer, I think I am now wrong about that.

Yup I know the 30th I binged (chips, cake, bread) the next day the scale was up 10 but then after a 4 hour car ride I had a light breakfast (p3) and a salad for lunch, dinner protein & then I still gained the next day. By then I was like "oh well" put the scale away & drank water but also drank alcohol everyday, didn't over eat too much but did have burgers, desserts & carbs, restaurant food & all while walking 5 to 6 hours a day

So here comes a round whether I want to or not ! I hope this comes off quickly too

Pandora, how many rounds have you done? I'm on like my 7th one now lol I think with this diet, you learn something new each round. You live and you learn. You will be back on track before you know it.

I weigh in for the first time tomorrow. I'm so nervous. I know I was up like 5 lbs after day one of loading. I went wild on day 2, I didn't want to see the damage. But its time to face the scale. :/

This is my 4th round on hHCG. I lost the first 50 through a weight loss clinic with appetite suppressants. Then 3 rounds of hHCG with an average loss of 27 lbs which include loading.

Today I was down -5.4 so out of the 150's 148.6. I forgot how crappy the first week is. I was very irritable and headachy last night and even this morning. Glad I have the day off. Just going to lounge around and read and probably go get my mani/pedi. I have to shrug this mental funk off. I need to get back to how I was feeling before this vacation.

Working on forgiving myself and letting it go One day at a time. How did it go for you mommy ?

I could not sleep last night plus I had a horrible headache. Plus I was a little dizzy and moody yesterday. I hope today is better for you and me

I had strawberries for breakfast. Lunch will be tilapia and asparagus. Snack half a grapefruit with a breadstick. Dinner probably chicken and cucumber. Need to get my water in. Have to make more of an effort but I still feel yucky. Hope tomorrow is better. My stomach is still not great either.

That sounds good Pandora, your stomach should feel a lot better tomorrow.

I had cottage cheese w strawberries and I ate asparagus w chicken for Dinner. I had a little diet coke mixed with ice water. I need to go to the store and get more sparkling water. I've never had diet coke on p2 but I didn't have coffee w h&h today so it shouldnt hurt me.

For me Diet Coke or Coke Zero never affected me & I use it occasionally as a treat or when I am around lots of food like a food fair, a diet coke was a life saver. My stomach is already settling down. Today had a sirloin steak since I was craving red meat and had it with asparagus. Hopefully since it's day 2 I'll still lose and it doesn't stall me like past rounds. I'm still headachy and anxious but better than yesterday & I'm sure tomorrow will be better still.

This round I am getting in all my foods (the grissini, the tablespoon of milk, 2 proteins, 2 fruits & 2 veggies). Other rounds I wouldn't do the breadstick or milk & sometimes I wonder in the back of my head if that makes A- a difference in my losses and B- does it make it harder to stabilize in P3 when I start adding things kwim ?

Already prepared my foods for the week (menu is either shrimp/chicken/tilapia) with veggies (cucumber/celery/onion/tomato), fruit (apple/grape fruit/strawberries). We can do this thing !!

Ok good to know about the diet coke, I'm so sick of my home made iced green tea. I can't bring my self to make it. So the diet coke will be a very nice treat this round. On this round I'm going to stay away from apples and oranges. My only fruit will be strawberries this round. Maybe cherries if I can find some fresh ones.

wow are you sure your scale is right? dont get discouraged just get back on track you can do this. dont dwell on it and make yourself feel bad it is what it is... back to losing.

I gained a lot on loading too.. 9 lbs a record for me. in two days no less. I didnt even tell anyone until now cause I felt badly about it, but Ive had no detox effects and I feel great. You will loose it quickly like I did. you arent alone. remember the ease of p2 and the light feeling. p2 is the easy part. keep on track you can do this!!!!

Quick update. R4P2D3 & down -5.8 so yesterday I lost 5.4 and for a grand total of 11.2 so I've lost almost half of my vacation gain which I realize was mostly water weight & inflammation but still

Just would love if I could get out of the 140's by this week & securely into the 130's. I am today 142.8 before vacation I was 131. I would love to end this round and be DONE at 125. We'll see !!!
