That IS a lot of weight. I'm guessing that your body is just catching up. Why aren't you taking your drops? Are you transitioning off to P3?

I thought not taking the drops yesterday might help me lose weight lol. I wasn't hungry at all yesterday. I'm back on the drops today. I'm going to eat the same thing today as I did yesterday and see if I lose again. I may go in to p3 next week. I still want to lose 10 more pounds this round.

You ARE planning to transition correctly, right? That would put you at LDW on Tuesday. 9 pounds in 3 days...hmmmm... I know how you feel sweetie! Believe me, I do! But you really need to relax and let your body do what it's gonna do. You may make it to 200, you may not, but in either case, you are in MUCH better shape than when you started. And, think about it this way if you don't quite get there--next round, you will blow through that century mark so quickly you won't even see it pass!

You might check out the first post on the last page of the HCG Diet Short Form stickie. I posted my last transition plan there and I LOVED it! It's an idea anyway... Have a great weekend!

Thank you Shelby for your kind words and encouragement! I'm glad I found this forum! Yes Tuesday no more drops and stick to the 500 calories. I stocked up on that hcg I have. I have a whole bottle and a half. 2013 is the year I will make it to maintainenece for life. And be done complaining about having so much to lose.

Thank you! Shelby. I already use coconut oil in p2. Should I just add some extra heavy whipping cream or butter on day one of the transition. I saw the thread on the bp coffee. I could just add one of those on day one. What's you opinion?

Well, everyone knows I love me some bp coffee! Seriously, you can add anything you like for those additional calories in additional protein or clean fats--no starch, no sugar, of course!

Good morning ladies 207.2 this morning.....this weekend I was able to go into a dressing room and slip on size 14 jeans! I've never left a dressing room happy and excited about how cute my new jeans are going to look on me. I also was able to fit a beautiful size 14 dress. I wore my dress all day yesterday lol. I felt so feminine and beautiful, I didn't feel to fat to be wearing a dress or awkward like I used to feel in a dress.

Shelby: I can't wait to try that coffee tomorrow! Sounds sooo good!

Aw, MommyOnAMission--so happy for you and your dressing room experience. I still CLEARLY remember my own happily tearful time trying on new jeans in a smaller size and for the first time in a loooooonnnng time and feeling like I looked good!

I would honestly take the 206.6 as LDW. Here's why... (IMHO this is a mistake that a LOT of people make!)

If you take 205.6 as LDW, the top of your 2 pound window is 207.6. If you take 206.6, the top is 208.6. As of right now you are BELOW LDW and if you drop a little more (even a few tenths of a pound) in the next day or so you'll have even more "wiggle room" under the top of your window.

In any case, your weight is your weight. You can still say your lowest is 205.6, you can still say you lost xxx pounds, or that you are xxx pounds away from your goal. The higher LDW just gives you room to breathe, iykwim...

Yes, I'm going to stick with 206.6.... The oddest thing happened today I started my period I guess. I have a iud, so I don't really have heavy periods or one every month. But today it was heavy and I actually had cramps, I havent felt those in years! I hope my weight isn't all crazy tomorrow :/ .. I wasn't really hungry today either.

Congrats on your losses Mommy. You are doing great.
As far a Tom, I had a very hard tom this month with cramps as well and that is so new for me. I took meds around the clock for three days.the really strange thing is after Tom left my stomach still hurt for 3 days as if I did 100's of sit-ups I can tell you I haven't done even one. I feel fine now but was getting concerned then. Could have been the hhcg patch?... I took it off and switched back to pellets.

just wanted to take a moment to say congrats and enjoy P3
