R5P2D10 & down -1.2 to 125.8 (yeii I finally got to see 125) Still feel pretty good energy & hunger wise though no tom...I'm waiting for the stall/gain that happens every round but thankfully not there yet. I am so happy that I am half way done with this round. Can't wait for ldw 3/31 & then 48 hours later I'm in P3 heaven...

I'm right back up to exactly my 2lb limit. 284.2..... I did eat 1 oz of raw unsalted almonds yesterday :/ I think its time for tom because I just want to snack. I'll try my best to eat clean today.

Hello, everyone! I read through ALL 18 pages on this thread, and your stories are so inspiring! I'm hoping it's ok if I join you. I am doing hHCG, so far with no issues, slight hunger but not too bad. Today is VLCD5 for me.

Also, I did weight about 4 hours later than normal. I hope I don't show a higher number tomorrow. Anyone have any thoughts on this??

Morning all ! R5P2D13 & up +.2 to 124.4. I was expecting the inevitable stall/gain but no biggie. I was 100 % POP so I know it's a normal fluctuation and hope tomorrow will be better. I decided to take my measurements just to see which I hadn't done since Oct when I was in the 140s. SO I was 33 " waist & 22 " thighs & today I am 29 " waist & 19 " thighs

Love those non scale victories. Well anyway I don't know if tom is "finally" getting here or just have the birthday blues but I was very weepy and emotional yesterday. Not myself at all

Today planning on staying active & busy & that the scale is kinder for my b-day tomorrow

Morning all ! R5P2D14 & down -.2 to 124.2..Total loss for this week -4.6. Hope to see 123 soon & keeping my fingers crossed I can get to goal by the end of the week.

On the good side this is my LAST week of P2 & I guess I don't have to worry about upping my calories since the losses have slowed on their own.

But to be perfectly honest if I can stabilize at the end of P3/P4 where I am now I would be very happy. I feel like I accomplished what I wanted which is surprising because I had 120 stuck in my head like a mantra. But I really wanted wasn't a number on the scale but for my size 4 clothing to fit well & they do & for my stomach's roll to go away ( & it has).

So now I am easing into my last week of P2 and will take "any" losses as icing on the cake & just going to focus on stabilizing. I'm pretty sure I can get to goal weight in the next 7 days or as near as possible but not stressed about it really. This is a big change for me because in every other round after I become unhappy with stall/gain/tiny losses I start freaking out & changing things around or cutting this out etc. But the way I see it is I am at 124 lbs for God's sake when I used to be 248, let my body do it's thing on this round & see what happens with this round. Why try and force something and then when I get to P3/P4 where the real work begins I head into trouble and particularly since I have been POP. Also realistically I need to listen to my body & see where it wants to end up at not where "I" want it to be. I've never been this low in weight since I was 23 years old and I'm 44 today so I rather stabilize at 124 than get to 120/118 & go up and up on P3 with my body fighting me to get back to 124.

Pandora, you inspire me. You have done so well. Just wondering how tall you are. I am 5'2 and would be jumping for joy if I can get down to 125 and maintain. I bet it feels amazing to fit into size 4.

Tiger you are doing so well.

I am R1 VLCD9 I gained 2.6 on the load days and have lost -7.5 lbs. for a net loss of 4.8. I am getting there slowly. Yesterday was a hard day. I was craving foods I am not allowed to have but did not give in.

Wow! great job and good perspective on the "goal" number. I too get caught up in targets, but forget how far I've come . It's all gravy at this point.

40 and tiger-you guys are doing great!!

I'm on VLCD16 today and down to 152.2 today. Considering I probably was about 165 from loading, I'll take it. Still hoping to get to 148 by Fri, but suspect I won't. We'll see. Onward and downward!

R5P2D15 & down -1.2 to 123.0 this morning !! Though I can't give it all up to the extra protein last night but the tea I had to get things going I was short on my "supplies" and only had this Badia's dieter's tea from Publix that is the equivalent of Smooth Move but has a better taste or so I was told by the lady at Publix. Tastes really good but kept me in the bathroom all night long !!

Wow everyone is doing so great!! I've been super busy. Plus I completely fell off the wagon Thursday and Friday. I did a gy cd on Saturday and ate clean p3 Sunday. Last night I started Tom. That so explains the uncontrollable feeling of wanting carbs and sugar. I'm back on track for now. I'm 183.6 today.

Everyone keep up the good work! You all should be so proud of yourselves

Well, no loss to report this morning. I stayed the same as yesterday. But I feel like I'm retaining water, as I didn't go to the bathroom as much yesterday, and my rings are tight on my fingers. So I'm expecting a loss tomorrow!

Congrats on the losses ladies!! ANd MOM WTG on getting back in your window!! That's the whole point of this. Sticking those losses!

I'm on VLCD18 today and dropped a lb overnight! Finally! Been stalled a few days now. 151.2 today. Almost back to the 140's. C'mon body, let it go!! I did walk last night and added some bursts of running. I was afraid it'd hurt, but may even have helped. Will be making more of an effort to keep that up! Kind of accepted that I won't be at 148 by Friday so I'll stick w. P2 through next week. I'll be a bit off plan on Sunday, but not planning to go nuts. Should be good as I tend to be an all or nothing kind of eater, so "nothing" it'll be.
