I want to get to 150 by May. I don't think that is going to be possible if I do 3 weeks of p4. I'm thinking of maybe starting a 21 day round next week. I know its not protocol, but I really want to just get there. I'm like 30lbs away

R5P2D5 & down -1.8 to 132.2. Only 2.2 from pre-loading weight. Still feel pretty good & not hungry. Hope to lose that pre load weight over the weekend so next week I can start to really lose. Definitely sticking to 21 days of the vlcd since I can't see going further. I never thought I would be happy to see 130 again & then back to the 120's. I guess for methe big moment will be when I get into the mid 120's since that will be really unchartered waters.

Morning all ! R5P2D6 & down -2.4 to 129.8 Wow I got to 1rst goal to get under my pre-loading weight of 130. Now onto my 2nd goal to get to my ldw of 128.2.

Afternoon all ! R5P2D7 & down -1.0 to 128.8. So for my end of week 1 in this round down -17.8 from all my loading gain !! Looking forward to next week so I can see some more real losses though I am very happy with this week.

I really thought "at best" I might lose only my loading weight but I ended up -1.2 from where I started last Friday. Feeling still no hunger and my only challenge is mentally & it's boredom so I make sure to stay very active & it usually works out.

Wonder is my tom is finally arriving because have a huge zit on my forehead. To be honest I prefer tom in P2 than P3 because it tends to mess less with the scale for some reason in P2 vs P3 where it can really throw me for a loop.

VLCD2 down -2. Only .6 of load weight to go. No hunger. We had people over for dinner and I stuck to plan. So far so good.

R5P2D8 & down -1.2 to 127.6. Met my 2nd goal of getting to or below my last round's ldw of 128.2 I can see 125 from where I'm at. Hope to get there by Friday.

Now focusing on what to eat for my birthday this upcoming Sunday. Want to enjoy myself but not ruin all my hard work. My husband is taking me to a Mexican restaurant. They make their own salsa and everything is made fresh. So if I have a few tortilla chips (3 max)with fresh salsa I can skip my grissini for the day and if I have a glass of wine I will skip my 2nd fruit. Planning on having the shrimp or fish ceviche or maybe a steak. No dessert. I was even thinking if I have the steak to save my calories for this meal & have a late lunch/early dinner combination.

I so don't want to derail my progress because I will be done on 3/31 & while I'm in a very positive frame of mind right now I do know I don't have it in me to go beyond 21 days.

185.0 today that puts me 2 .8 over ldw Greek yogurt correction day here I come. You think I will be fine if I have tea and some coffee today? Should I drink some coconut water to help flush the water retention?

You don't need to do a correction day unless you are out of your window which would be more then 2 pounds over LDW.

Talia (I Hope I spelled that right ) I see no one answered your question. I always drink my normal drinks on a correction day. So I get in 3 cups of coffee, some tea and at least 8 oz of coconut water on those. I then find time for some plain ole water too, usually at least 64 oz. Hope you do well.

Good point about TOM. My last injection is Saturday, and TOM came 2 nights ago. I was bummed about it being in the last week of my ph2, but you're right about not wanting it in ph3. I am extra hungry, though. Just drink my water when I feel it too much! haven't been on the scale since Sat. morning. Was at 148. Goal is 140, but I'll be happy with 145. I think 8 lbs in a week WITH TOM is unrealistic! Thanks for the positive tip about it!

Yes, that's right dawn. I got in only 3 cups of tea and like 8 oz of plain water. No coconut water today. I dont know if I will be down tomorrow. I ate 3 servings of 10% milkfat gy and 7 strawberries. I only got hungry once today. I sure hope I'm down a lot :/

Tomorrow I plan to have coconut water, eggs and guacamole. That's all I have planned so far. Maybe some chicken legs since they are on sale this week. Oh maybe a huge burger. Now I'm getting hungry lol

P2D9 & down -.6 to 127 my size 4 pants fit really well & today I feel really skinny. Ever have one of those days that overnight you just feel skinnier ? Time to take some measurements.

Today is my day 4 of vlcd. Down 1.6 lbs. from my preload weight. I hope this is a good sign of things to come.

I could have written that, except I only lose well on the GY and steak one. Definitely my favorite too!! Woohoo for size 4's fitting well!

Dawn-I'm w/ Jabbok, I was missing you too. Sorry you gained, but back to "work". What are your thoughts if I do a refeed kinda day on Easter then do a full week of P2 again after? I'd like that as an insurance policy in case I'm not in the 140's by VLCD21. We'll see. Too soon to tell. I'm starting to weaken on my resolve to only weigh once a week!

VLCD11 today and feel pretty good. Just got back from a 2 mile walk w/ dd(9) and meeting my friend at the gym in the morning. Going to do some light weights. It's been 2 weeks since I lifted , I hope I'm not up from it. I weigh Fri, so that'll give me a few days to "recover".

I've tried the bacon/ coffee day last round and it didn't work for me. I think its just too much sodium for me. I did use low sodium bacon, still too much sodium in it it to eat a lb of it.
