183.2 today. I didn't even have enough drops for a whole dose today. So its my first day with out the drops. I'm not hungry at all so far I'm feeling great. I will be on p3. Tuesday

I am 179.6 today!! Yay!!! I'm so happy. I'm eating half a carb free sugar free hotdog sliced up with 1 egg scrambled. Yum yum.
I may the other half for lunch. I'm going to try to take it slow again today and tomorrow

180.0 today down a lb


I ate eggs and bacon for breakfast... Then I ended up eating a whole 6 oz of lightly salted almonds and pepperjack cheese for lunch and dinner. I'm sure I will be up tomorrow. I ate about 1500 calories today. 9% of that was carbs the rest was fat and protein. So hopefully I'm not up but I do expect it. Tom is in town. :/

Ok ladies !! I am being impulsive & it feels right soooo I am loading !! R5P2 here I come Ok so starting eating tonight & oh my my my is loading fun Sat & Sun I am going to load really really well Then Monday R5P2D1 for 21 days of vlcd & I am confident I can get to my ultimate goal of 120. I should be done on 3/31 & perfect timing since I am home on vacation 4/1 for a week so I can ease into P3 & not feel deprived.

Wish me luck ! I'll be posting & hoping to get to know everyone & get re-acquainted with others.. Really excited & in a very positive frame of mind which told me I was ready now & why wait

I made the best coffee today! Steamed half and half with coconut oil,

I am nowhere near entering P3. Monday will be my 21 days on the protocol and I plan on going for a 40 day unless my body tells me different. Learning to listen to this ole body that I have done so much damage to so it's in charge not my silly notions about going on longer. This is my second round, did a round last year but flubbed up P3 for real and gainned some weight back. I am determined not to do that this time and take my time working on stabilization if at all possible.

Good luck you can do this it took me 3 failed rounds to a get a grip on this protocol. I would probably be at goal or lower by now if I would have stuck with it. I didn't realize that the real work was in p3 and p4.
