cabbage is a known staller. I would ditch that one first. If you have been doing that one every day too.

Not to everyone! I eat it every night. I find it easier to stick to a few things like cukes, grapefruit, strawberries, cabbage, and chicken.

I'm not stalled either still losing a little each day, its just not the big numbers lol.

Great job Mommy and torister! You give me hope to keep going. This is my first round, and sometimes I expect to see the scale go up in the morning. It hasn't happened yet, but it sure is nice to see you guys keep losing weight.

Goofed..

151 yesterday, 148 today. I think I made a mistake today though. I wanted the spinach smoothie I saw in the recipe thread and I thought my cocoa was unsweetened. I didnt have the hershey's... mine is in a plain plastic bag from the health food store. After I drank the shake, I decided to double check and saw it did not specifically say "unsweetened". I used a tablespoon and left out the cheese but ... grrr.
Hope it doesnt affect me too badly. I was on the fence about even using the powder. We'll see.

This morning was great! I started this round at 204.2, and today is VLCD 8 and I am down to 195.6. Today's loss was 1 pound even! And I am feeling great. Energetic, even my headaches are better - I didn't have to take any pain medication yesterday, and for the first day since my car accident in August 2012, I did not have any sort of a headache.

I definitely feel like I am on to something here. Maybe taking away the wheat and sugar for 6 weeks will give my body a chance to heal from the accident. So happy

So I've stalled a few days, more like bouncing around. My weight has bounced between 176 and 177. I have not been this low in 18 years and even then I was only a little lower than this (175) before my wedding because I managed to lose 15 lbs from stress. Of course that weight didn't stay off long because I settled into my role as wife and started cooking for my husband, haha! I guess what I'm telling myself is that this is completely foreign to my body and I have to be patient and allow myself time to adjust. I still have 6 more days in this round and truly hope to at least get below 175, a new decade is looking pretty far out of reach. I can see one more round in my future, but that's ok because I don't hate being in P2, it's really quite easy. I love the limited choices. It's the easiest diet for a busy mom.

On another note I've been keeping up with everyone but too busy to always post. KUTGW!!!!!

Well I'm at 213.2 today, down 15.4 from pre load. Today should technically be LDW. When i started I told myself I can do 500 calories, its only 23 days, I can do anything for that long. Now i'm asking myself if i can do a few more days. One part of me says, but I WANT EGGS FOR BREAKFAST, the other part says, BUT I WANT TO LOSE A FEW MORE POUNDS FIRST!

I guess I will decide tomorrow morning whether to keep taking them for a few more days or not. That will still work for my 6 week plan to load again through Easter and start again.

thanks shelby

I'm 182.0 today. I start my transition(stop the drops) on Monday I will be on P3 on 2/13. I have been thinking since my bottle it almost gone. I will do p3 for a week then jump back on p2 until the bottle is gone. This can be like a planned interruption. Then I can start my next round (p2) in April with a fresh bottle.

Introducing myself...long post warning...

Hello, All:

While I'm new to this forum, I'm not new to hCG. I've been following your posts for a long time now, and decided to stop lurking and join in, since I need the support.

By way of introduction, I started at 352 pounds and got to 189 in 23 months doing strictly low carb (way back in 1998).

I gained back up to 250 and began hCG in June of 2011 (injections from my doctor). I did 4 rounds and got to 187.2 by February of 2012. Injections are expensive, so I started a 5th round using Miracle Skinny Drops.

Because of a lot of variables, I stopped the round after only 18 days, and here I am at 202.2 this morning.

In January, I joined Jazzercise -- not for weight loss -- but because I switched jobs last September and literally sit on my butt all day. I'm not kidding. My butt actually falls asleep since I sit there all day. While it's great wearing 3-inch heels to work and not having to walk on them, I am seriously missing body movement. Jazzercise works my core 2 - 3 times each week, and I walk 3 miles each Sunday. Recently, I've researched the importance of strength/resistance training for women my age who are Peri-menopausal (I will be 52 next week and have been going through menopause for 2 years now with hot flashes and night sweats). So, I ordered resistance bands from Amazon and they will arrive Tuesday and I will supplement Jazzercise with resistance training, since it will improve my hormone levels and insulin resistance -- naturally.

But your posts here have me intrigued.

Through 15 years of trial-and-error, I've come to know my body very well. I respond to weight loss better when I keep calories and carbs low, yet higher on the fat side. I've always "gone rouge" with my own eating plans, and they have served me well.

What I have trouble with is the maintenance after doing a round of hCG.

Mommyonamission, your success is one of the reasons I am here. Your soup recipe with shiratake noodles is nearly identical to the one I use (with or without hCG). I am interested in knowing what your daily menu is and, if you can provide it to me, I will be grateful.

TerriMM, your posts concerning Fast Fasts are another reason why I am here. I understand that you follow the ratios provided by Dana Carpender concerning Fast Fasting. I was somewhat let down when I read the update to her first article, where she said that it isn't working for her any longer. Do the ratios of 1,000 calories each day with 80% coming from fat still hold true for you, as far as weight loss is concerned?

Everyone: do you think I should try the Miracle Skinny Drops again, go another round with injections from the doctor, or try low carb/low calorie without benefit of hCG?

Forgive me for the long post. I hope to glean a lot of information here from this forum and your input is sincerely appreciated.

Hi Skeptical Welcome congrats on your success!!

The recipe with the Walden Farms and the miracle noodles? Yes I've done that on p2 and p3. But this last round (p2) I have kept my food very very boring. I eat chicken, 0% gy, 2% fat cottage cheese, and 1 egg with 3 egg whites as my proteins. And only spinach and asparagus as my vegetables. Apple and strawberries. I also eat Melba toast and coconut oil daily. As far as p3 goes I eat very high fat foods and I mostly cut out the fruits and vegetables. One thing that I've learned after doing this so many times is that p3 and p4 are a MUST. Adding in cheese and nuts slowly on p3. And adding more and different vegetables and fruits when you get to p4.
Not just focusing on adding in breads at the beginning of p4. I also have been watching Robin Woodalls videos on youtube. Her view on eating has helped me a lot. Whenever in the past when I got to p3 p4 I was thinking I had to eat. I didn't want my body to set at lower calories. Not just eat when I got hungry. I was so focused on adding calories. Not eating by hunger. I think that is soooo key to success in p3 and p4.

Hope that helps some do your drops say 6x 30x 60x

Thanks, and sorry for my ignorance.

If you are using actual hHCG it should have some of those numbers on the bottle. In the ingredients mine has these numbers beside HCG.

Otherwise you may have a product that does not contain any HCG
