HELP!! body hates me right now!

Ok so I am on like week two and was initially doing awesome.. BUT inlaws came and I had one cheat day out to eat. I gained back 4.5 pounds of the original 9 i lost.. What can i do to reset my body?? I really want this to work and thought it would be so simple to get back on track.. maybe gain a pound then move on.. but its been two days and i keep gaining. ugh I dont want to have to start from zero.. any good corrections?

stick to protocol, drink your water - up the water intake. I drink 2-6 liters a day! You'll get a flush. Cheating can easily cause you to gain quickly and it takes twice as many days to lose it.

Yup. Cheating during the VLC portion will set you back several days to a week. Just not worth it!!

Keep following the 500cals, drink your water, take your vitamins, get your rest and wait it out. It'll go and take some friends eventually.

yes. definately NOT worth it.. felt instantly awful and it defiantely set me back a week.. but woke up this morning with a loss.. so now I am back on track..
will definately NOT cheat again.. yuck
