What do I start now?
Im writing to ask some help. Ive been trying to loose some weight for some time. This year alone Ive tried Weight Watchers, Shakeology, Low Carb, HCG... Well you get the drift.....
I did well on HCG and Low carb. But I found myself losing the weight great on low carb and then would have a small cheat day and It would put me back a good week until I could see the scale move lower. Is there a way to do them both? Im horrible with counting calories also. I need to loose about 35 to 40 pounds. Does anyone have suggestions? Hope you talk to you soon:)
So are you asking if you can combine hcg and low carb? Some people have done it, I have no idea whether it really was successful or not. If you do the regular protocol, and just follow the lists of the original, you don't have to "count" anything, calories or carbs, unless you want to see if you can eat more veggies to get up to 500 calories.
How have you done overall? Are you ready for the rigors of hcg? I mean, mentally ready? It's "simple" because of such limited choices, but it's not easy.
