What's your average loss per round? Please include the length also
So I've got multiple rounds ahead of me and I'm taking a poll.
What's your average loss per round? Please include the length also. Thanks!!! |

The same 40 lbs, 3 different times, all on 40 day rounds. The first time, I just didn't get it. Second time, couldn't stabilize for my life. Third time I worked wit "Biz" and was stable as a rock for 4 months. Then I quit smoking and gained it all back.
I finally got my head back in it and am on VLCD3, again! I'm not the norm though, I lose very quickly. I also gained it all back, each time, in 30 days. Good luck on your round & with your plan! It does work if you stick to it! Tonya |

I lost 51 pounds, pretty much 17 pounds a round. First round was about 25 days, then about 42, then about 52 for the last one.
That is "net" loss per round, or starting to count from my LDW on rounds two and three, if that makes sense. Maintained now since the end of March and it's working well for me. |

I lose 15 lbs per round. I only do the short 21 day rounds. I have lost all I needed to get to goal in 3 rounds.

I lost 21lbs in 23days my first round, then usually about 15lbs in 21-28 day rounds after that. My last round I only lost 13lbs in 21 days. There was a bit of regain between some rounds. Sorry I don't have better records!
Generally, as with all "diets", your first round is always your best. You will lose less as you get closer to goal. You'll be amazed and delighted with how well it works!! It seems crazy and overwhelming at first, but you can do it! |

How many of you did hhcg vs RX hcg with these losses? These are fantastic numbers. If I even lose 20 pound in my 40 day round I will be over the moon!

hhcg drops for all rounds. All rounds were 42 days and include load weight in losses.
R1 - 31.8# Great round. Stabilized great. R2 - 25.8# Horrible round. Slow losses. 10 day stall. Regained most of weight. R3 - 33.4# Great round. Stabilized great. R4 - 9# so far. |

In between rounds, do you guys eat normally? Like with carbo and starch? Pasta...desserts? And so you guys take multi vitamins while on HCG?

You have to follow the rules laid out in Pounds and Inches. The manual written by Dr Simeon's--whose diet we are following. In P3, you do 3 weeks of no sugar and no starch. So, for the first 3 weeks coming off of P2 you DO NOT have any starches, pasta or sugar filled desserts. When you are done with P3, then you may add in SLOWLY, the sugar/starches you have been avoiding. But do so cautiously. You do that for 3 weeks as well and then start your next round. And taking vitamins is a very individual thing. I try to avoid as many supplements as possible and only take what *I* feel is necessary for me.
