HELP!! Starting to get hungry again.
Ok, problem... I'm on Day #32 now and these last few days I've started feeling hungry again. I haven't changed my dose, and I haven't really changed my food intake or times. Does anybody know what I should do?? I'm not sure if I'm getting immune to the HCG (even though I skip an injection each week) or if my HCG is getting weak?? Any intake on this would be greatly appriciated!!!

I would say slightly increase your protein intake and hold on. Add like a boiled egg in the morning or something. If it lasts past another day or two, then you're done. Your body can only do what it can do. That's just my opinion, I do Rx too.

Also if you only mixed one vial (5000iu), according to what I understand, the hCG only stays good for about 30 days, even though there is enough for 40 injections @125iu. If you are going longer, you'll need to mix another vial. If you did multiple 2000's and mixed within the last 30 days, nevermind.

Usually they decrease in efficiency after 30 days. That's why I mix smaller batches. But sometimes it's just too long for the body regardless of dose effectiveness.

I was so hungry today too and that is a rarity for me. I'm on day 26.
Anyway, I hardly ever experience this and it was horrible. I usually don't get more than 350 calories in p2, but today I came close to 600. I even took hold of a piece of sugar free candy, determined to eat it, but I resisted and took two strawberries instead. I also had three cups of coffee with hwc today, trying to stave off the hunger. I felt weak so I checked my blood sugar and it was only 85 after I ate. I guess that's why I was hungry. I hope this doesn't happen again because I need to stay on p2 until my PI next week. After 28 injections I wonder if my hcg has lost it's potency. Last edited by Felina; 10-27-2012 at 09:27 PM.. |

Really, either of you, if you are seriously hungry, eat a boiled egg. Especially if the hunger is lasting. I've done it - hunger for 4-5 days. It's not fun. You'd be surprised how well that one 70 calorie item fixes hunger. Especially with a hot tea chaser.

Does the boiled egg effect your weight loss at all? Im starting to get hungry more often as well, wasnt really sure besides drinking hot tea how to keep the hunger at bay.

I agree with C'Marie 100%. My suspicion is that you are becoming immune. Hunger coming back is how I knew I was developing immunity. That and I was starting to lose lean mass instead of fat.
If you do what C'Marie said and you are still hungry, call it a round. It's really not worth trying to push through it. You won't be losing fat. |

That happened to me when I got close to my goal. We have to remember that even though we have a specific number in mind, our bodies do not and only know when they hit their ideal. I pushed through my hunger episode and did get to my ultimate goal (165 lbs) BUT...over the past year or so I have found I repeatedly stabilize between 170-175...right where I was when I started getting hungry again
