The only thing I can say if I have been fighting a cold.....

dont do another steak day
i think people do too many correction days and it screws the body up
i stay in a 4 lb range on p3
somedays i workout more, somedays i drink more water, somedays i eat more protein, somedays i dont eat enough
let your body adjust

I think you need to look at your menu and see what could be causing this blip up. What are you eating? Maybe you cannot handle nuts, are you eating peanuts which are a no-no in P3? You say you are "not cheating" but what does that mean? Cheating by whose standards? I think you should post your menus and let us help you that way.

Another thing you say is you did a steak day. Why did you do it? Were you up and out of your window, or just wanting to get below by a bit? Another thing I suggest about steak days, or any correction day for that matter, is you have to do a CLEAN P3 day afterwards so you can lock in the losses. That means no nuts and no cheeses that day. I know that Shelby likes to follow up a correction day with a high fat day to lock in the losses.

Dawn thank u. In looking back I think it's the combo of Nuts and cheese. My correction day awarded me with a 2.6 pound loss this morning.

I will take your advice and have a really lower carb higher fat day and then try to add stuff in. This p3 can be frustrating!! At least the correction works and I can start again adding things back in. I saw a mention of a lower carb day followed by a moderate carb day. ( no Stacy or sugar)

Again thanks for your help!!

What Dawn said. There are lot of ups and downs in P3. To be expected but still frustrating. The CD dilema. I too wrestle w. whether to do one, or even what to eat the day afterwards. I regain most of what I lose on a CD, so I've chosen not to really do them anymore. I do a high fat, low carb day to "correct" and see what that brings. Easier on me, and lifestyle, and usually doesn't have a rebound gain the next day.

Hope your "clean" day locks in your loss for you. It's very stressful being up toward the top of your window.
