Stall for a week...

I'am getting so frusterated I have been having a stall for about a week. It is close to TOM but I have not cheated at all. It is making it hard to stay on the diet now when I dont go off the diet and still dont lose. I have done it for 23 days now I dont know what to do. I'am wondering if my body is just done for this round. I have done well though lost 21lbs so far.

You are in the 3rd week slump. These stalls are tough and mess you up mentally. BUT...don't give up!!! You will start losing again. I usually up my beef and can break a stall that way...sometimes I just need some fat. And to add...every single time I stall...that is when I SEE the physical changes in my body...sometimes, literally overnight...never fails! It's an amazing phenomenon...you will see

Don't give up! I was in the same boat as you!!! I stalled right before my TOM and then some during, so I finally did an apple day, which was Hell! But I've lost 4lbs in 4 days now since I did it!!!! Don't give up!!!
