Starting this Sunday 10-21 and need all the help and support I can get

Hey all -
I don't have time right now to go into my weight loss (or rather, lack of weight loss) history, including my adventures with hHCG last spring/summer (successful at taking off 20 lbs...for a while) but suffice it to say I'm MISERABLE, at my top fat weight, and I need to do something.
I am starting P2 on Sunday. Loading (well, my life is a load, but loading w/hHCG) on Friday and Saturday then going to do 23-day rounds picture perfect until I am able to at least drop this initial 20 lb (who am I kidding - 25 LB!) gain and then we'll see.
So uncomfortable.
Pain in my gut.
I can FEEL the fat under my chin.
My loosest fat pants are snug.
And a lot of this weight gain has happened through clean LC and dabbling with intermittent fasting. My body just doesn't like it.
I am going to need constant reminders to stay the course. I have never been able to lose serious weight except through HCG and I find it so difficult to stay on track!
I would start today but we're having a big party Saturday (and I'm embarrassed at how fat I am) and it doesn't make sense to start then...although it will be a perfect last load day.
Anyway - a plea for support. I know you all will bring it.
A. Whose 44th birthday present to herself will be to get below 170...again.

I am done with my lastest round, but will cheer you on. You can do it You have done it before, you know what you can do, you know what hcg can do. You just have to do it! Best of luck to you!! I have been there, having to re-lose weight. It sucks, but at least you are doing something about it.

Thanks you guys.
Took my first loading dose this morning.
I'm going to make some motivational signs to put in my kitchen. I KNOW I can do it. It's very do-able. I don't understand why, in the past, I've done rounds and failed. Last year I did 2 real rounds, 2 part rounds, and started 2 other times...then some stressful stuff happened and I got lazy and gained weight back, then I tried IF and gained more (my body really doesn't like IF).
ANyway, yes, I know this works.
Yes, I can do it.
And I will!
And yes I'll be your round buddy. @MIssLatte!

I don't know WHY I was looking forward to loading! I feel like I'm going to explode!!

I think the real reason is that with loading there are NO restrictions. I guess when I move into P4 I need to lighten it up a bit and add in more things so I don't feel restricted to cause me to want to load. Hmm...

How's your first loading day going Agee?

Okay. I was in a meeting for 5 hours and was not hungry so didn't cram in as much as I might have.
I actually have trouble loading. It makes me feel pretty sick. My normal diet is very fat sufficient so I think I'll be okay without making myself sick. I'm upping my coffee cream , butter in my eggs, mayo, cheese, etc. but beyond that nothing special. Hopefully it won't hurt me that I'm not eating a slab of fatty ribs. Although that sounds good. Mmmm....ribs. I might get some chicken wings to make for lunch.

A--I think you are smart. No need to make yourself sick. Although I have done that myself on a few rounds. But it was totally not necessary. Just go with your gut feeling on how much to eat and you will be fine!!! Add a few things you may missing the next 21 days or so and you are good to go!!

WOW. I weighed myself today, first day of P2, and I am .4 lbs away from having the HIGHEST non-pregnant weight ever.
I didn't even load that hard, but I think all the IF I was doing made my body desperate to hang on to weight. I'm also probably retaining water - or at least I hope that's it!
Anyway, this is depressing, but there's no where to go but down, right?

Hey Agee,

I'm starting with you, and we can keep each other on track! Today is my 2nd load day (urp ), and tomorrow is VLCD1. I also had two very successful rounds last year, and have managed to keep most of that weight off. But I've started several more rounds, lost track of how many, and each have gone wrong...

We can do this! I start round 2, VLCD 1 tomorrow....I was too rogue on round 1, I only lost 11 pounds on 30 day cycle and gained 90% of it back by not following round 3 rules...I gotta stay on plan this round and therafter
