Moving on to P3
Hi everyone I am so anxious but excited to move on. I read the sticky and want to thank u guys for the great info.
I have read alot about the stuggles moving into p3 and that this part is the really most important part of the protocol. So from what I read my plan is to increase protein and fats the first week and not really add anything new. Then one at a time increase my dairy/fruits. I know I am intolerant/sensitive to something and not sure what that is. So adding stuff back in I need to take it slow. Do I have this right?? Is there anything else I should be concentrating on?? I will weigh daily..It sounds like those first days should be higher in protein. I just want to make this work. I am not am about 10pounds from goal but want to do another round after I stablize for a while. I lost 19pounds on my first round and feel great!!

P3 is a three-week phase. You can eat what you want, except sugars and starches, during this time. I think you should slowly increase your caloric intake to reach your own personal BMR requirement- at a minimum. Work up to your TDEE by the 3rd week. Once you can eat at TDEE and not gain- you'll know that you are stabilized. Rx users, I believe, are required to do a P4 before doing another round- that is, eating at TDEE for 3 weeks. From what I understand, homeopathic users can do another round right after P3- if you've stabilized.
Here's a cool little BMR and TDEE calculator that I shared earlier this past summer: IF Calculator Quote:

This is how I transitioned after my last round. It's working VERY well and I wouldn't do it any other way if I did another round!
