Good Morning to ALL! Happy to report that I lost 6lbs since Friday. Loving the Intermountain Pellets! It's a lot easier to not cheat when you're not starving all the time.
Yesterday was my daughter's birthday party. Pizza and the most delicious gourmet cupcakes EVER. I DIDN'T EVEN LICK THE ICING OFF MY FINGERS! GO ME! Barbara - If you didn't cheat, then it WILL whoosh off. Makeup for the water today and add some lemon. It has a diuretic effect. Are you feeling ok? How come you're staying home? Regardless, I am jealous of the day you have planned out!! I would try skipping the fruit. I had a few apple slices this morning and my fingers feel puffy already. Katrina - Congrats! You and Manders are neck and neck! HC - You made my day telling me there is SOME Chinese food that is acceptable. I will scour thru my menu and see what I could have so I prepared in the future. Have a great day everyone! |

sas I'm home since my son is under the weather. So he's sleeping & I'm relaxing. Well I had my strawberries already so I think I'll just skip the carbs & have protein today & see what tomorrow brings. I have a back ache too so I think tom might be coming early.
Getting my water now with lemon & acv Congrats on the loss ! My friend just got her pellets today & she loves them. I have 2 bottles of their drops left but next time I'm trying out the pellets. Seems so much easier & convenient.Last edited by pandora174; 10-15-2012 at 07:08 AM.. |

Morning HCGERS
![]() I am down 1.2 again today and today is my first day back on RX HCG, so I honestly think much of the weight gain from our trip is fluid. I amhappy that is coming back off so quckly. But still hate having to take itoff AGAIN> Quite a set back. As for the chinese food you gals are talking about have to watch the MSG as most Chinese places us it.And also the sauces are usually loaded with sugar. I had the best Chicken chow mein while in Washington I've ever had . It had dark chicken though and I do not like dark chicken very muich at all but it was really good .

Berta is right- lots of C restaurants use msg and sugar. Mine does not use msg- they advertise that fact heavily, thank goodness! Re: the sugar- that's why I always ask for sauce on the side or for it to be omitted. I've asked them to hold the oil on foods, too- no problem. They can and will steam almost any combo you want- ya just have to ask!! The 'shrimp and veggies' are steamed in bamboo- absolutely no added anything. It can be done- you just have to ask and make good choices. Will/Way.. =)

I cracked my second bottle of drops for this round today..however, after reading so many great things about IM pellets, I ordered some over the weekend. I'll switch over to them as soon as I get my hot little hands on them..lol. Not that my drops aren't doing the job; it's that it is nearly impossible to gauge how many drops I'm actually getting.
Last week, I used the dropper and a shot glass so that I could actually 'see' the drops. I was shocked! 1/3 of a dropper is the proper dose- I've been doing almost double that b/c I couldn't see how 'big or small' the drops were! I'm thinking the pellets are going to take the ambiguity out of the equation... sheesh! |

Morning Releasers! Down another pound this morning! Woohhooo! This is how I lost the first round I did 2 years ago. Have no idea why the losses have taken so long to aggressively kick in, but I will take it! My plan is to do this until next Tuesday, do an interruption till Sunday and back to P2 for a few days to take care of the PI, then on to P3. I'm very close to my goal weight and would love to see it before stabilizing. My Aria scale is my pal and I believe she will help me maintain. Between Aria and my fitbit, I'm equipped.

SF mint and/or cough drops are ok- just remember not to take or use them within an hour on either side of doing your drops because, supposedly, it can deactivate the hcg. same with mint toothpastes/gels. hth!

Isn't the mint restriction only for homeopathic hcg? I'm chewing some sugar free green tea gum right now and it tastes pretty minty.

Yepper- the mint restriction of an hour before or after dosing only applies to those of us using homeopathic hcg.

Sas- are you sure you didn't receive a link to the instruction pdf? It should have been included in your email receipt!
If not, let me know- I'll PM you the link from mine. |

The only email I got from them was a receipt and the link included just takes me to Order Status page. If you could PM that would be great! Thanks HC!

But your setback taught you a lesson, right? How quickly the weight piles on when we go off track. It took me like 23 times to learn that lesson. As long as we learn something from every negative experience in life, then it isn't really a negative one. It's a positive, because I don't think you'll do it again. And quite honestly, you were in a tough situation without any other options. I think it would have happened to any of us if we were in the same situation. Pounds aren't permanent! ![]() Quote:

So happy for you!-- Well, as some of you may know, I completely melted down last night and destroyed all my ex boyfriends things I had and then tossed them in the bin. Then I REALLY lost it and got in a huge fight with him on the phone that I totally started. It did give me a few answers to my questions about why he let us fall apart though, so it gave me a bit of peace. I'm sure I looked like a silly little immature girl the entire time, but I don't even care. I had barely eaten anything last night and thankfully the corner store was closed or else I would have surely gotten a box of cookies. Also thanks to Susan!!!!!!!! She helped me through it I got really bad stomach cramps after the fight because I was hungry and upset. I ate 2 tiny crackers to stop the cramping and that helped. I'm down another 2 pounds today. Perhaps this breakup is doing my body good hahahahaha I'm also thankfully done my TOM so I'm sure I'm getting rid of my bloating. I'm hoping and praying that I can see 169 tomorrow!!!!! I have NEVER been in the 160's. except for when I was like... 13? ugh! ![]()

Not good
doing a correction day today. I chose to do a protein shake day as I have tons of almond/coconut milk to use up. My fridge is in need of a clean up/clean out and the more stuff I can get rid of, the better. But I hate being above LDW so soon after starting P3. |

Someone posted on the P3/P4 thread that her insides felt all bulked up. That is how I feel after feeling so light and airy on P2. On P2 you feel so clean and light because you are hardly eating anything. P3 is kind of "not" light and airy, after eating all that fat. I am sure once the "bulk" is gone it will be OK.
