Tiffany, it is crab meat, lemon, braggs amino, mustard, southwestern seasoning from Time Savor...I think that's all! Grilled on George Foreman for 4 minutes. Don't open it before the 4 minutes and it actually holds together pretty well. Original recipe I saw had you putting the melba toast in there but that does not do well for me and I didn't miss it anyway. LOVE that recipe, and losing great on it.

I'm not even on P2 and that sounds good, Cara, but what can replace the southwestern seasoning from Time Savor, if anything? I don't have that.

The southwestern seasoning is made out of chili powder, cumin, cilantro, onion, cayenne pepper, a small bit of salt. You could probably sub any blend that was similar as long as it did not have sugars or fillers, or you could make your own blend.
I started using those Time Savor Gourmet spices on atkins and I just love them, use them on or off any diet. They are fresh and good and flavorful and no added sugars or fillers. I also have not had them stall me at all either. I use the Sinful Cinnamon with my apples and use the Southwestern a lot, the White Chili one and the Spices of India. And mmm the garlic gusto. I'm addicted!! |

Hello all!
Well TOM in full force so I've been dangling in between 160.5-161, just about 8lbs gone in the first week. Not too bad. I'm convinced not to go back to my doc for Rx injections. The IM pellets are WAY better on my hunger. I will see the 150s this weekend! In fact, if I stick to protocol & drink plenty of H20, there isn't any reason I should see 159 at least!! I challenge myself to it and promise to post a scale pick on Monday!! I need to do this because lately I've wanted to cheat bad and now with the weekend upon me, I feel I might. So guys please hold me accountable!! Barb - If you get to 139 you should post a scale pic too! ![]() Cara - Those spices sound delicious! Can you buy them somewhere or do you have to purchase off the Atkins site? I might suggest to my hcg meal guy your recipe for Crab Cakes!! Have you made them and then stored in the fridge/freezer before? Kelly - No more drinkies mama! I miss drinking too ![]() How's everyone else doing? HC, Ravr, Dawn, Tiffany, Berta... |

Finally....
Good Morning All,
I am down .7 pounds today. So, I am happy to be losing again, but man, this has been a disappointing week. I was really hoping to see the 240s. Oh well, I pray now to at least drop 3 to 4 total before my doctor's appointment on Monday. I think that will raise my morale. TiffanyM, I talked with the doctor's office yesterday about the tingling feet. Her assistant said that is not a side affect of the drops I am using. She suggested that I move around more (I sit at a desk most of the day). However, I googled it - HCG and Tingling Feet, and yes, that is a complaint by many. However, it doesn't sound like it is anything life threatening. Anyway, I have a busy weekend, and that should keep my mind off of the scale. Good Luck to everyone! Happy Losing, Rusheda

Hi all
![]() Just checking in... Been dealing with a stomach virus last week...over now...but been extremely weak & tired. My Pre-K kiddos have had it...so they shared Yesterday was Day 13 of P3...soooo I am jumping back on to P2 today...no loading. I have 12.6 lbs. to go. I did fairly well, and actually over the course of the 2 days of being sick, I dropped 3.2 lbs. I haven't been real hungry...I have been on soups mainly...which for me is a treat...as I love them. I did use some store-bought soups, but always chose the low sodium ones. The meatball soup and the french onion soup I made had a lot less sodium because I made them w/ low sodium broths. I really like the low sodium broth at Albertsons. It has a LOT less sodium than other low sodium broths. Yesterday I made french toast w. Nature-Made low carb bread...soooo good!!! Almond butter, italian sausage, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese dressing...I think I hit all my cravings...lol. Ready for P2 now. Hoping to be able to permanently transition into P3/P4 by Thanksgiving...I think I canToday is hubby's b-day. (Unfortunately) he hasn't been working much these last 2 weeks...but wouldn't you know it...he gets a service call today Oh well...we need the $$$ right now...tons of bills go out on the 1st.He wanted me to go with him to all the places that serve free meals on B-Days...but I said, NOPE...p2 starts today! ![]() I will catch up on posts today...will be around more until next week. Hope everyone is doing good! TTYL

Hi Angela!
Sorry bout your tummy, that's really crappy. =-/ Welcome back to p2- hope these last few pounds fly off! Hey Sas! Sounds like you're doing much better on the pellets! I just got mine in the mail yesterday so, started them today. It's too early to tell if they're going to be as/more effective than the drops I was using. One thing I will say- my gawd, they are so much easier to use than drops! I may end up going longer than originally planned.. I'm hovering in the low 150's- I want to get into the 140's (at least!) this round. I've hit another previous set-point and I'll be d@mned- my body just doesn't want to budge! I have STS for the last 3 days..may be time for a shake day on Sunday if it stays like this. I had really good results last time. ugh.. I have a wedding tonight, too. It is really hard to stay away from the alcohol on special occasions... really hard! Looks like everyone is doing great- walkingwoman, you rock, girl! I wonder where Eddie is?? Ya out there, dude? Oh wait- he said he was going to wait until after his TOM.. LOL!!! |

Rusheda I had the tingling feet on my last 2 rounds & added Smart water & it went away. I think it was the electrolytes I needed from the vlcd. I also had that happen when I did the weightloss clinic which was with appetite suppresants not HCG and they recommended vitamin water & it went away for me. |

TGIF! My weight stayed the same today, which I expected from my drinking Wed night, ugh, it sets me back a few days. Supposed to go out again tonight, guess I have to decide if I want to lose or drink lol. Decisions, decisions.
Anyway, I have on a pair of my old jeans today, woohoo!! I didnt try all of my old ones on, because I know some of them still dont fit, but at least to get into 1 pair, I was a happy girl. Seems my booty is still too big for the others ones lol. Junk in the trunk ![]() Everyone seems to be doing awesome!! Keep rolling through the weekend, no cheating Kelly |

Sas, I think the forum frowns on posting links but Google - Time Savor Gourmet. They are terrific!
I have not tried freezing the crab cakes. I buy the little cup of crab and half of it ends up being 100g and I make the other half the next day! ![]() |

I cannot WAIT to start my VLCDs! (Never thought I would say that, lol!!)
I've eaten a LOT more than I normally do and different things and my body is not happy! From reading WLA I determined that I was going to load for 3 days but ughh! The only reason why I had to have Saturday as my last loading day because we're going to a wine tasting at noon. I might just eat my remaining voskos and enjoy the wine tomorrow. Nothing else! GY helps my tum tum feel better so I hope it helps! I guess it would even be a pseudo GYCD+wine so hope it might kickstart the loss!? Hugs to all! One of my coworkers told me about the TV show scandal so I'm watching the first episode online and I like it so far! Back to tv... Oh, is anyone else starting VLCDs on Sunday or soon?

HI Everyone..I just started my R2P2 i'm on VLCD 4..been spot on with my food and water and one issue battling today with a killer headache that just won't go away. I never had headaches in my first round and I lost really well. My weight was 183 and I ended a long round at 159. I stablized well and even lost more weight with exercise and clean eating to reach 154. I know this could be toxins leaving my body, but hope it goes away quickly. I am planning on this round being a short one 21 days as we go on vacation in early Dec and I want to stablize prior to that. I am currently at 148 and need all the support I can get...I also wonder do many of you find that friends and family just do not understand this diet.

Well my no cheat weekend challenge has begun! I still plan on posting scale pic Monday morning. I think just throwing that out there makes me very accountable!
It's Saturday morning, not another soul in the house ('cept the pup), 55 degrees outside, sunny and clear, having my cup a jo….this is heaven to me. I love ME time! Rusheda - No worries, you will get to the 240s. You can do it girl!! Hope everything goes well at your checkup!! Crazy Pre-K - So glad you are feeling better mama! So many of my friends had that last week too! Some of my DD's friends couldn't come to her bday party because of it. Glad you got something positive out of it. 3# loss! HC - What do you think so far of the IM pellets? I just LOVE them. I cannot believe how much my mood has improved since getting of the Rx. It's almost as if they put me in a BETTER mood. Needless to say my BF is thrilled and now supportive of my hcg diet. Yahoo! I'm trying to catchup with you! Did you read my challenge? Gawd, I want to see the 140s again SOOO BAD. How did you do at the wedding? Now that is hard.Berta - so happy that the trip weight is coming off! Yea!!! Dbunny - Wow! WTG girl!! Awesome loss!! Kelly - I would be thinking, wow I made it under the 200 mark so why not celebrate a little? You are losing at an awesome pace! Look at you!! Almost to the 180s!! Manders mentioned this to me and it hit the nail on the head. It's like we get complacent sometimes and that's when I cheat. Hope I didn't cross the line, I'm here to support you!! Save your drinks for P3 ![]() TiffanyM - There's nothing better than seeing a 2# loss in the morning!! Bet you're in an awesome mood! Join me in no cheat weekend! Cara - I found them! Thanks girl! Morning !! R3P2D20 & down -.06 to 140.0. I swear the scale is teasing me
Can't wait until I see the 130's. I swear I was in my 20's the last time I saw 130 something on the scale & I'm 43 now !! Off to my son's crafts & art fair. I'll probably splurge on a Coke Zero and have their conch ceviche (which is just lemon/Conch/onion) while my son & husband eat burgers, Cuban pork sandwiches, Italian Gelato & other goodies but it's ok because I'm going shopping tomorrow !!p.s. I had bought this t-shirt when I was in Disney last August that was a size small & hung it in my closet as an inspiration to stay on goal & focused....well I'm wearing it today ![]() ![]() woo hoo I can't believe I was a size 3x in Jan of this year.... |

Good morning, all!!
Only have a few minutes as we have a busy day ahead! The wedding was one of the weirdest I've ever been too.. I mean, absolutely no traditions were observed..lol. No bouquet or garter tossing, no best man- maid of honor speeches, no announcing the couple as Mr and Mrs, no daddy daughter dance.. maybe I'm old fashioned?? I was pretty happy with the food there tho- they did an appetizer, fruit and cheese table- I stayed away from that. However, they had a 'pasta' bar with a table side cook. The 'toppings' for the pasta were ALL P2 foods.. chix, shrimp, veggies- I told the chef I wanted shrimp and veggies w/ a tiny bit of marinara, no pasta. He looked at me like I was crazy...lol. It was really good!! I had one sip of champagne during the groom's toast so did great with the no alcohol. They kind of made it easy since there was no Crown Royal (my poison!) in the house..hahaha! Thank God! We sneaked out of there early- it was just too weird. The groom is 45, the bride- 22. Now, my hubby is 9 years younger than me- and, I think that's about the limit, 8-9-10-12 years, maybe. But, those two- talk about a generation gap. lol.. I always say, "if your record collection opposes so drastically- you probably have zero in common." Not trying to be judgmental- but, good golly, the bride was on the dance floor with her 18 year old friends doing the Warble while groom sat by himself or with his mama. ![]() Scale is STS this morning, however- I'm going to take my measurements today... I feel as though I am losing inches. Hope so!! Yea, Sas- I think I really like the pellets, too!!! They seem to really help with the will power. I had no problem last night.. even with all the temptations! (Like a chocolate fountain for the strawberries and fruit... heehee!) Have a great day!! ![]() |

What does she say about loading for 3 days? I cannot see myself lasting 3 days. By the end of the second day I am about to pop! And if I did a third, I don't think I could wear any of my pants. I wonder why she advocates 3 days I would much rather do a 1 day load than anything as I can gain up to 10 pounds in those 2 days Wonder how much more I would gain doing 3?

Pandora, you have done so well in such a short time. I wish I had your success.
I'll bet you see the 30's within a day or two. I always weigh with my clothes on. I know that's not as accurate but if I want to see a lower number all I have to do is weigh in the buff. LOL |

Thanks ! I may lose fast but I also gain super fast. I think I hold a record for loading weight this round 6 lbs in 1 day & last round 12.6 lbs over ldw which did include some vacation & then loading. So I have to always be careful..your post makes me laugh because I have this morning ritual..I go to the bathroom & after buck naked I weigh myself (2x) with my iphone on the dresser so I can quickly input into it my weight, my bmi calculator & ************ app. My husband thinks it's hilarious but it's been my routine for the last 9 months.
