I am feeling good. I am just so bummed as before I left for the funeral, I was 237 and now I am back at 246But it is coming off again.... so onward and forward I go!!!!I was 251 when I first arrived home

Hello Everyone,
Weight was the same this morning, I know I didnt drink enough water over the weekend so I think it caught up with me yesterday Oh well I am just goin to keep pluggin along!

RAVR- Wow you look amazing and so much younger!! That is the awesome part of losing weight.

Work is slow today, so this day is going to drag, oh well at least I am getting paid for it lol.

Heyoooo! I went up 1 today. I took Benadryl to sleep last night and it ALWAYS makes me crazy dehydrated and I retain water. No big deal. I did wake up super hungry though and had 2 eggs. I have a super busy afternoon running around grabbing supplies for work so I'm hoping that combined with water will help me go down tomorrow and FINALLY be in the 160's.

Good morning ladies...... Thanks for all the kind words... Starting to see and feel a big difference.... I seriously need new clothes.. nothing I have fits or is even close to fitting these days...

@CaliGirl Spices and Herbs are your friend. Fish and shrimp have A LOT LESS calories than red meat and seem to feel like bigger portions to me.

@Sas If it was me, I would eat JUST THE INSIDES of the lasagna (not the noodles) and the salad with your own salad dressing. Are you taking interwhatever pellets now? did you ever inject? I have tons more energy..I jog 3-5 miles on beach everyday and Im doing tons of stuff outside..I cant sit still..Feels good to be moving around.

@Manders You are doing awesome... Did you get into the 160's yet? Where in Canada ? I have some family in Windsor, Ontario- Awesome place and Peepz.

@HappyChick Thanks for the recipe link..found some good stuff thanks !

I think I lost most of it low carbing, but the HCG has been able to break plateau's and when I stopped and went on low carb and ate a lot of fats from stuff like olives, artichokes coconut oil and not so much fat from MEAT.. I lose pretty good. I cant tolerate any sugar, bread, rice starch, etc... If I eat a banana or a bagel I gain 5 pounds and stall for a week. but after a lot of food journals, and trial and error...Ive sorta figured out what I can digest and what stalls me...

@Berta, no I don't eat that on P2, only on P3..... and in limited amounts because too much cheese makes me gain but it's a yummy alternative to something that will make me gain really bad and make my joints hurt - I cannot stand wheat anymore. My darling hubby the other day said to me, "Why if you stopped eating wheat does it hurt you so much more now if you do? Shouldn't you just have a little from time to time so it won't hurt as much?" OMG that man. Because I have detoxed from it and now I notice it so much more - in my body apparently it turns to freaking poison and makes my joints hurt for days. In his mind I made it worse by cutting it out and so should just have "a little" so it's not so bad. UGH really? sweet man but just didn't get it. I always feel like cr@p if I keep eating it, so that I don't "notice it" as much but that doesn't mean it's not hurting me ha ha ha ha! silly wabbit!

Ravr, good job! I keep lurking and watching in this thread waiting for you to hit the 2's!

Crazy busy with my dd's wedding but wanted to pop in and congratulate everyone on their losses! I'm down another 1.3 So weird how I'm losing like crazy now I don't think my body likes this decade so, hopefully it will be on to the next one and that's gonna be a wrap!

OMG so close!!!!!! I remember how amazing it felt to get int the 100's from the 200's. The frustrating thing about the clothes is that I never want to spend money on cute things that I hope will be too big for me in a few weeks...

My dad is from Windsor. I was just there in September because I flew into Windsor to get to Detroit to see my ex. I was born here in Calgary though.

I've had a rough day. Totally almost caved and got myself a treat at the coffee shop. Ugh. I didn't though, so I guess that's a win. I had some issues with a client at work and although it's really not that big of a deal, it feels super bad to me. Then I had this random road rage incident with some crazy people and then I ran into my ex from high school at the gas station who I used to be obsessed with. It took me like 3 years to get over him.

I've pretty much been strict on plan for 8 days now, which is actually a big feat for me. I normally cheat 1-2 times a week. I honestly would already have gone to the corner store to get something awful to eat if it wasn't storming out. The last 4 weeks have been super tough. I want to get to my goal weight so bad, but I can't seem to handle everything at once., and I now have one less person to lean on since we broke up. I hate to sound so whiney.

I gained 12 lbs back in 24 days while in Washington State for my father n laws funeral though and now I am back at HCG> I do sublingual RX HCG.

You can do it ! I take it one day at a time & then I reward myself for not cheating I know diet is hard but look how far you've come and the awesome results. Just tell yourself you can do it & when I get tempted or bored in my case I get up and do something, keep busy & my mind off food. Right now my stomach is rumbling big time. So I'm off to take a nice whirlpool bath and a chamomille tea. Another day down is another day closer to goal

@ravr: Thanks for the tips. Great job!

I'm wondering, I'm on homeopathic sublingual, and switching this weekend to the patch. I am 2 weeks on VLCD tomorrow, and get patches Friday (45 day supply). Can I go the whole 45 days, bringing my round to nearly 60 days, or is that too long?

Is immunity an issue with homeo?

vlcd17 & down -1.2 to a new all time low of 141.8 tom is here & it's kicking my butt with backaches, moodiness, cramps & even my sleep is off. Just focusing on getting through one day at a time & looking forward to my PI next Friday. I'm trying to plan what I eat so I do the least amount of damage & can come back & do 1 more week of P2 to get to 30 days. "but" plan B is a 40 day round.

Good moring everyone,
I am not sure what is happening. I was up yesterday, and I only lost .2 pounds as of this morning. Can Truvia be effecting my loss rate? I have been putting it on stawberries and drinking caffiene free green tea. I have probably been using 6 or more packs a day lately. I am drinking my water. This is what normally happens to me when I try to lose weight. I hit a plateau. I am back to eating what I ate when I first started.

MCT Oil

Taco ground Beef 3.5 oz
Salsa 4 tables
Lettuce 3 cups
Tomatoes .5 cups
Jalopenos 1 table spoon

I'm starting R3, VLCD1 today. I got really sick last round so it was a disaster. :/

Hey!! I'm on VLCD1 today, so just a day behind you! R3 (aside from the many rounds I started and didn't complete) Best to you!!

Checking in to say hi to everyone. You all are so good at personals and I am not!! I get so lost with everyone's goings on, but I'll try. Just know I am praying for you all to have great releases!

I did a 40 day round starting last Feb. Lost 20 lbs. and have gained it all back I know I'm not the only one to do this, but jeesh, why do I do this to myself????? I am doing a short round this time (I'm kinda rogue so hope you don't mind me being here) and my focus on this round will be how I will maintain any losses through the holidays then do another round after New Years.

Pray for me!!!!

I can see a couple of things that may be causing your woes.. especially with the days' meals that you posted.

You are in P2, yes?

MCT oils are not allowed and it looks like you are going pretty heavy on the tomatoes ( I love them, too!) with having salsa, and tomato, and then having more tomato later. Toms are high in carbs and in reality, are a fruit.

As far as the Truvia, I think the jury is still out. Many think that the reb-A in Truvia causes the body to metabolize it like sugar. Personally, I don't trust any artificial sweeteners- not even Stevia. I admit that I do use them on occasion- and I mean, rarely. Best thing to do, imo, is to cut it out and see if it makes a difference! HTH.

Morning Releasers! Another busy day at bridaland! I will say one thing. Getting ready for this wedding has allowed me to just eat because I'm hungry and not because I'm cooking a glorious meal So, it's been pretty darn easy most of the time. Down .8 this morning. I've consistantly lost for the last 12 days with some days being really nice losses. Sweet!

Thanks for the feed back. I kinda feel like my feet are swollen, and I do recall my wedding rings being a little hard to get on this morning. So, I might be retaining a lot of water. I am trying to stay positive. Thank you guys so much for allowing me to unload. I really need this work. I have too small children (2 and 3), and carrying all this weight makes it very difficult to have the energy to give them the life I want to give them. I really need this to work. I will take all that you've said and try to implement some changes. I am going to cut back on the tomatoes, and I will treat the tea like a treat and not a daily allowance.

I think in my opinion the MCT oil needs to get cut out. Also give the tomatoes a break. I love them too & I try to have them every other day & only 1x a day. The salsa can have sugar so be careful there. I personally stall on beef during P2 so I use ground chicken breast or even ground veal & satisfy that craving for meat & do well. I use Equal which I know is horrible but that's just me & the only sweetener I like so I can't really give you advice there Try cuting out those things & see how the scale treats you tomorrow. Keep us posted !

Rusheda - What Salsa are you using? That is usually loaded with sodium and has some sugar. Technically we are not supposed to mix vegetables, but I have done it before and lost. What kind of Taco seasoning did you use?
