Only up .2 after loading days???
I am only up .2 after loading? is this ok..doesn't seem right with all of the high fat food I consumed. I started my VLCD #1 today. I am nervous but also excited. I am taking the Intermountain pellets 3 pellets, 3x per day. I was NOT hungry during my loading days but I did force myself to load. Any advice? Thoughts from the pros on these boards??

if you loading with just LC foods a .2 gain is entirely possible. go you! it just means you have less to lose from loading. a lot of the 6, 8 or 10 pound gains from loading you see are because people (including me!) eat carbs on their load and it puts on a lot of bloat. congrats and welcome to hcg

Thanks so much...I do feel a little better. I think I did load on more LC but high fat foods. I will update with my progress!!!

Congratulations!!! That is great!!! Not everyone will gain on loading days. Dr Simeon's points this out in Pounds and Inches. Depends on the diet you are following right before hcg too. You sound like you are off to a great start!!

I only gained .1lbs on my load days, but I did like you... the majority of my foods were high in fat and hardly any starches. I'm now on day 17 and I've lost 17lbs so I don't think it effected my losses at all! Good luck on your journey!!!
