I can see doing a FF once in P3 for a few days or more, but going straight from NO fat in P2 to all that fat - I worry what that might do to my system, not to mention the supposed hypothalamus-resetting stuff.

ok, so I wish I would have know how many pellets were in the bottle. Only 120. So if I take 9 a day, that is only a 13 day supply. Why would they do that?
*lol edited...Blonde moment...there's 360...the 120 is how many servings which is 3 pellets per serving. DUH! ![]() Last edited by Sas; 10-12-2012 at 09:56 AM.. |

Look at my stats to the left!!!! I am soooo excited!!! Day #1 of my P3 and I am BELOW LDW!!!!! Dropped 0.8 lbs overnight. And I was worried I would be above LDW today. Whew. WooHoo!!!! P3 is wonderful. I never did the fat fast to transition to P3. I did add some fat to my menu yesterday, but only 250 calories of mayonnaise. I was worried about the shock of moving to a fat fast after not having any fat for 28 days. I didn't think my system could handle it. I was worried about doing it and going in to work today LOL.
Susan--I started with 3/3/3. That worked for me! Never felt a need to switch it up. You'll do great!

Dawn - OMG, what wonderful news!! I bet you're stoked!! I was a little hungry when I woke up, but after coffee I was fine. So far no hunger this afternoon. Hopefully that won't change the closer dinner time comes. I ordered another 25 hcg meals and they come Tuesday evening. You've been very helpful! Thank you!

ravr- I think you should continue.. you haven't really even hit a true stall. Dr S recommends a MINIMUM of 23 days of injections. I think messing with cutting the protocol short may have implications re: metabolism. Stick it out, stay on course. Let the hcg do it's magic! jmho. =)

I personally don't think you are stuck ravr. I think you are on the mend from your "cheat". Sometimes i think it takes a week to get over a cheat. Don't even ask me how I know
and eating ANYTHING not on protocol is a cheat. You said you had too much protein and even alcohol on P2?? I think that is what you need to rid your body of before it goes back to losing weight mode. You will do fine if you plug along. I say keep it up! But if you are in a situation where you are going to cheat yet again, you can bow out. Remember that Dr Simeons says to do AT LEAST 21 days of P2 before ending your round. If you leave before that magic 21 days are up...who knows if you will stabilize???? I worry about that. The very reason I don't hop off plan too early. Good luck in your decision! Last edited by dawnyama; 10-12-2012 at 01:03 PM.. |

No more drinkies! I'm not messing with them anymore either. DM - I am blessed to have someone here in Houston decide to open up a business and sell meals specific to the Siemons protocol! ![]() I would continue with the HCG. It takes up to a week to get back into losing. In my experiences, after I had a set-back...I tend to get a BOOST of weight-loss once it kicks back in. I even lost 8 lbs. in one week after a cheat. AND..... I always lose a ton of inches and can see the shaping-up going on when NO lbs. are being lost...never fails. Strangest phenomenon ![]() You're doing great...keep it up!!! |

I amended my post above. I was trying not to chastise you or anything like that. That is what happens when you post when you don't have time
My son was waiting to be picked up after school. I just want you to know that it does take about a week to get over a cheat. And alcohol and extra food would be considered a cheat on protocol. So once you rid yourself of the toxins of the alcohol, you will be back to losing mode. Just ask me how I know this while I don't drink, I do love my sweet treats and sometimes on P2 have a hard time staying away from them. It happens to us all, we are human and fall down sometimes. Just keep plugging away and you can break into the 200s. You will be happy you stuck with it ![]() |

Boy are you right. The strangest thing, eh??? I have not lost much on the scale this round, heck last week I teetered and tottered between 120 and 121 not losing anything but time. However, the inches....amazing I am sooo amazed this time around. |

Buttah - Are you going to do another round after P4? I see that you've tried other WOE. Do you prefer hcg over the others? Just curious.

Sas, I have switched WOE's several times on my journey since February. Starting with low/carb and calorie counting, I hit a ridiculous plateau that had to go. Then I was loving JUDDD but wanted to speed things up with HCG. I'll either try to lose the rest on JUDDD, or do another short round of HCG. But the timing is tough for that. I'd have to wait until after Thanksgiving and a trip in mid December, so I may get to JUDDD before then.
HCG is great so far, although I do not lose as much as many people do (you can see all my exact numbers in my journal). What I have not yet experienced, though, is P3 and stabilization, and I'm very nervous about it. I WILL not put myself in a position where I have to lose this same weight again, I'll tell you that. Too old, too over it, too ready to have my tummy tuck (after three pregnancies, my skin stayed put and looks like it's ready to hold another baby) and move on with my life. I waited too long to get rid of it; I have taken this journey insanely seriously, and plan to take maintenance even more so. I hope I can do it. I think I can! Do I prefer HCG? I don't know. Jury's still out. Part of me wishes I'd learned of sooner. Part of me thinks maybe I found it at exactly the right time. I think I will do JUDDD again, if even just to maintain for the rest of my life.

I like the hcg plan. I love how I feel when I eat clean!
Manders and I buddied up and I just told her to please hold me accountable! I am going to send her a pic of my scale weight everyday!! I can't get away with anything that way! Do y'all think I'm nuts or what? |

No way Susan. Not crazy. Just excited!! I was excited my first round too. It is great to get so into losing weight that nothing gets in the way. Hold on tight to that feeling. Never let it go. I love how hcg cleans my insides out as well. I have heard of some people doing hcg the first of every year as a detox, to start off the new year clean. I like that idea. Not a bad one at that!

I like the sound of that. I always feel better (body & mood) on hHCG. I think like the idea of doing a beginning of the year mini round to get the body detoxed.

I am only down one pound today. I am wondering if it's the steak. I don't think I got in as much water either, but I did get in a lot. I am happy to be back in the 250s. I am going to focus on that accomplishment. It's funny - I feel my tummy pulling in or drawing in. I will definitely do better on water today. I get weighed at the doctor's office on Monday.

Morning Ladies and Gents (ravr
) - Yesterday I did have hunger, but it wasn't too bad. I just drank a bunch of water to try and fill up. My mood is good (its the weekend!). Have a lot of running around to do today as my daughters bday party is tomorrow. About to go get my hair did. Dawn - How far apart should I space my pellets? 4-5-6 hours? |

Good morning ladies! I'm actually on an actual computer this morning instead of my iphone!!! Hope all is going good with everybody, I really enjoy reading everybody's post daily! It keeps me inspired and going through with this!!! I'm currently on day #17 and I'm down 17lbs now. I haven't lost much this week, I think maybe 1.8lbs, but I'm close to starting my period. I'm wondering if anybody knows why you can not inject on your period?? I have tried to research and haven't really found a legitimate reason except to keep you from stalling, but if that was true then why don't men have to take a week off in 40 days? I am skipping my injections on Sundays to keep that from happening. I'm contemplating going ahead and injecting while on TOM. Any thoughts, or insites are more than welcome.
Ok, better get off of here!! Busy day ahead of me! I hope you all have a fantastic day! Happy losing! ![]() ![]() |
