First VLC day on Sunday! Who is with me??

I am beginning HCG on Friday with two loading days and then Sunday will be my first VLC day. I have shopped to prepare and I have been reading all of the information. I have to admit, I am very excited, yet nervous. I worry about failing, having extreme hunger, etc. Thanks for all of the support on this board. I will be posting my progress!:D

Hello, ladies!

Vlcd 2 here for me. I didn't do so well yesterday (I ate four homemade chocolate chip cookies and a bowl of chili at the end of the day; I was really hungry and went wild!), but luckily today I am down 2.4 lbs. Today I am determined to follow protocol to the letter. :)
