Hey everyone! Morning! Feels like a Monday, but Houston has some cool weather this morning so we are enjoying it.

I am up .5 today, but I think I know why. I didn't eat until 3:00pm yesterday and then at 5:30 I had an apple and 6:30 had 4 protocol meatballs with sauce, which includes one melba, protein+veggies and then I added a small salad to it and that was not protocol. Not sure I had all the water I was supposed to either. :( My scale weighs in 1/2 lb increments so I think yesterday I might have been closer to 164, because it was tetering back and forth between 163.5 & 164. ANYWAYs, no more adding veggies if my meal already includes it!! Maybe the 2 beers caught up with me?? edited to add* I have zero energy today and am tired. Not good when I am dieting.

good morning everyone :(

i am one crabby girl today :laugh: i did a stupid thing yesterday and went out with friends and had quite a few drinks. i even missed a dose as i left my pellets at home. so im down .6 today, but im positive its from dehydration, and im about to gnaw off my arm :annoyed: this was totally my own fault though, so im back on plan today no matter how bad i want to eat everything in sight. im worried what the scale will show tomorrow after i have rehydrated. i hope everyone did better than me!

Abby - Can't tell you how many times I have done that on past rounds. I LIVE for margaritas and they are absolutely the worst thing to have calorie-wise. Drink a ton of water to feel full and only protocol today ;) I hope it doesn't affect you too bad! Sounds like you had a good time though...ha ha ha

Sas~ It may be that you ate all your food in a short time span... I have had days when I forgot to eat the fruit, then had it close together and the next day my losses aren't that great. Hope the scale drops for you tomorrow!

Hang in there.. I had an episode with wine last night.. so I don't feel too hot, either!

Down one pound today... that makes 9.5 in 6 days. Tomorrow is officially week one weigh in~ I hope I break the 10 pound mark :)
It was nice to have a MEAL, even if it was protocol foods.. 7 oz of steak and grilled asparagus was well worth the wait yesterday!

I buy Shamrock Farms full fat (4%) cottage cheese. It's delicious and the only kind I'll buy. I never liked CC b/4 finding this kind :). Hang in there and ride the wave. It'll be back down! Enjoy that cooler weather!! I'll take some of that!!

So down around .7 (without a potty visit)! This is VERY NICE loss for me at this stage of the game, as you can see (I "only" lost a total of 1.9 lbs in week 4 that just ended).

And the craziest part? The shake day was my LEAST "HUNGRY" day in weeks! (And trust me, I like to eat, not drink. (I once tried doing a shake during a JUDDD 500 calorie day, albeit not with Premier Protein, and it was a disaster - I was hungry all day.)

Remember, also, I was NOT stalled when I did this shake day. I was just trying somethin'. I will definitely do it again. If anyone's going to try it, I left out that I chilled the PP drink first. And I added a bit of chocolate stevia to the ones I put spinach in.

I can't go to the P3 thread too much- all the girls are sharing P3 recipes and meal ideas..makes me drool. Ha!

I dropped .8 yesterday- and up .5 this morning. But, I feel like I'm holding a lot of water for some reason- probably too much salt and not enough water yesterday. My hands feel like little sausages...ugh. I think I'll be juicing some celery in a little while.

Buttah- anxiously awaiting news on your shake day! I hope yours was as successful, or more!, as mine!! I knew you would like them. (Meant to say the other day- coffee is excellent in the chocolate shakes too, mmm, mmm!)

Just noticed my ticker isn't updating. What did I do wrong? Do I have to re-link it every time I lose more weight?

ETA: re-linked it. But I don't think it's changing when I update it on tickerfactory with my losses. I give up.

I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Kelly and I just started on HCG injections. Today is day number 2 so still loading, I am not hungry at all, but forcing myself to eat cause I know it will pay off in the long run! I have done HCG before so I am famliar with it, but its been a few years, so I had to refresh my memory.

I had great results before, so thats why I am doing it again.

I am only 5'5" so not sure I will be totally happy in the 140s but its gotta be a far cry better from where I am now. I am very curvy though and dont want to lose my curves, I kinda like them :) So I will re-evaluate things when I get close to that neck of the woods on the scale :)

Julie, it really makes me wonder if Simeons is enough protein for me, as my shake day had tons more protein. And every day that I cut a fruit and the "breads," my calories come up very short, yet I'm always hesitant to add even 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. If I had the nerve, I'd do several days of protein closer to the shake day numbers... while keeping sugar and carb macros lower (which is exactly what the shake day did).

But I don't have the nerve, I suppose.

Back to food today, but already dreaming of another shake day. It was SO NICE to have something for "breakfast."

Were any of you not hungry on day 2 of loading? So far I have had hashbrowns with eggs and ham, got a coffee with whole milk and now a bagel and full fat cream cheese. I am so dang stuffed , I had to force myself to eat the bagel, which normally I could do no problem. Im guessing the HCG is making me not hungry, but dang Im gonna be miserable today lol. This is good I suppose for tomorrow when I wont be eating much anymore!

Just a quick run through I am headed to my sewing room AGAIN!

Down .2 today this round has sure been sloooooow but I'll take any drop I get! I gained 1.2 one day then lost it the next day so this round has really been up and down.I think I may have two weeks more instead of the one I posted yesterday. But I will stop when this bottle of Rx hcg is gone.( will stop PH2 that is!)

Julie- Oct 29 will be my last dose day and Halloween will be the last vlcd.

I wanted to be done with P3 by Thanksgiving, that's why I started this round a few days early. Not that I plan on pigging out on TG- But, what a time to start P4! (IF I get closer to goal and also stabilize well this round!)

It's so easy to get super-stuffed on loading days: :sick:
Have you thought about adding a Bullet-proof coffee or two today? Macadamia nuts are awesome, avacados will definitely boost your cals and fat without adding too much bulk. I drank 4 BP coffees on both my loading days. It helps that they are delish..lol.

I was not hungry on Day 2 of loading, and man, how I wish I had been. I was hungry the whole first week of VLCD as a result (and I thought I loaded fairly well). I would not worry about bagels, though - focus on fat, not carbs! Bacon, burgers, cheese, nuts, whipped cream, avocados, etc. The carbs are not going to help you in the coming days the way the fat will!

Yay a new thread!!!! Cannot tell if I am up or down today. Stupid scale LOL. But I am happy. My jeans fit nicely--ones that I couldn't get into when I started in Sept. So for that I am not going to gripe!! I am going to just do P2 like always.

Working on 4th bottle of water and it's 4pm. I will have one more tonight! FLush, flush, flush!! I had the shrimp diablo again today with 1 melba. Apple for snack. Tonight we might grill steaks and I already have my 3.5oz filet ready to go! All I really want is my bed. Crazy day at work today!

Congrats Temeka!! I hope I see a -1# tomorrow too.

Sorry to hear that Abby :console: When I was on P2 last time and TOM showed up all I wanted to do was eat AND and eat everything that was not on P2, and lots of it :sad: It derailed me big time. Have a great rest tonight and hopefully the urge to eat is gone tomorrow.

Hey everyone. Thank you for all the well wishes and thoughts. I appreciate it so much. :heart: I went and met with a new psychologist today who I think will be really able to help me. I also went and got a small prescription for some Ativan to tide me over until I can see my regular doctor on Friday. I hope it won't affect my weight loss, but I really can only deal with one or two things at once, and losing weight is NOT at the top of my list right now.

That all said, I must have been really good the last week when I wasn't weighing in. Despite my post-trauma eat fest which included two large bags of chocolate, two large bags of popcorn and kraft dinner, I'm actually down to 178 this morning.

I've been super good all day. Probably should be drinking more water now that I'm taking medications. Will up that today and tomorrow. Just relieved to be able to control my panic attacks right now.
