Good Morning, all you LOSERS!
![]() Manders- he is the sweetest looking little muffin ever! Hope the news was good yesterday.. how is he?? I'm so happy to see that everyone is doing pretty great this round.. yay! Sorry I don't have time this morning to address everyone properly- please forgive me! Sas- Yea- best to stay away from the fair tonight. You don't want to let this get away from you.. Dr. S says more than 3 cheats and you're out of the program! There's your beating..lol.. take it and get back to protocol! ![]() I've been nursing one of my rescue kitties.. he'd been doing so well until yesterday. When he first appeared on my deck back in July- he was nearly dead. Skin and bones, full of worms and fleas, severely dehydrated. Such a sweet cat- I mean, gentle and smart, talkative. I could tell he wasn't feeling good yesterday- barely ate and I had to really coerce him to drink some water. He stayed in the little cat condo I built for him but was gone this morning. I was so upset but so happy to see him come tramping up the steps about an hour ago..lol. He ate a little but seems like he has himself a doozy of an upper respiratory infection. To the vet at 8:30 tomorrow morning... much to my hubby's dismay. He knows it's gonna be a $$$$. I can't help it- I love cats and cannot stand to see any suffer. If he would let me- I would be *that* cat lady.. OK- so, has anyone noticed a difference in losses when using sub-lingual B-12? I'm seeing a pattern in my own usage- when I forget, small losses; when I remember- much bigger! I was down 1.8 today!! Thoughts?? |

I've been getting B12/Lipotropic shots weekly at my clinic, so I have no way to compare.
Down .8 today to 154.2 after being up .1 yesterday. I sure envy those ladies who average .5 a day, though. I wish I hadn't expected to be one of them, even though I told I myself not to expect anything. I have avoided nearly every dangerous social situation purposely, and avoided the food at those I went to. I can't imagine injecting myself with HCG and then eating regular food. But at day 34, I'm ready to be done with HCG! Manders, now that is a DOG!!! Muah! Hope everyone has a great day, and congrats on your losses!

Hey everyone!
Well, got better news than expected. The original vet at the ER on Friday night really wasn't correct. My doggie DOES have heart disease, but he's had a heart murmur his entire life so this was inevitable. He does NOT have congestive heart failure though. The ultrasound of his heart showed it was yes a bit enlarged but quite normal except for the one leaky valve. Which means he could technically collapse at any moment again, but if we take all the precautions, he should live many more years ![]() Thank you to everyone who was so supportive of me during my crisis! I really appreciate it. I'm still going to get more anxiety and sleep medication and continue with my counselling. Anyways, I shouldn't have weighed today because I could feel myself bloated when I woke up. Up to 175.4. I'm 4 days out from TOM. No more weighing until 2 days after it's over. I don't want to sabotage myself. I better get my butt in gear and go shower and get ready to see the dr. Talk to you after girlies!

Good Morning,
Happy to report I made it into Onderland!! ![]() However I ended up drinking last night, only had 2 drinks, but I am sicker than a dog today!! I wont be doing that again. Guess I know now that drinking while on the HCG is not a good idea! I am gonna try to leave work early and go home and go back to bed! ugh Kelly |

WAZZZUUUUUP!!
![]() I officially start P3 today but will be checking in on all of you! I finished up my fat fast yesterday and weighed in at 157.2 this morning! LIW was 161 so I've got a bit of wiggle room (I think)..but I won't be surprised if I rebound back up a smidge.Promising myself (and everyone) that I will do my best to stay in the 150's and not let myself go crazy!! Would love to keep 160 as my high end, ya know? Happy losses to all of you and have a MARVELOUS Friday (TGIF y'all!)!

Sas- it is so worth it! I started my first round at 188- when I finished up at 158, I cried like a little baby cuz' I was so happy! It is worth every minute!!
I'm on my way to the 40's now.. omg, I can't wait! Thinking about the 30's makes me drool! My ultimate goal is 128.. that's my happy place. It feels like it might take forever, but I know- with HCG- it is just around the corner! Just have to figure out how to really get your head in the game.. sometimes, that's the hardest part. I have faith in you!! ![]() |

I woke up absolutely STARVING today. I know it's TOM coming, I'm letting myself eat more protein. Messing with my body! I took some PMS pills. I'm super cranky. Have to get up at 6 am tomorrow.

I just had Chicken "Florentine" w/ a tarragon twist. It was pretty darned good!
Chix breast, pounded thin, stuffed and rolled with spinach, sauteed in broth and fresh tarragon until it reduced and browned. I cut it into rounds and served it on top of sliced apples. Refreshing! |

Reporting in!! I am down about 0.4 I think? I don't even know anymore LOL. I am going to move on to P3 on Sunday. I am going out to eat then and want some darned food!!!! So I am going to stop my hcg today (last dose was way early this morning) and eat P3 style on Sunday. Then decide next week if I am going to go back to P2 or not. I expect TOM next week so I think I might just wait til that is over before hopping back to the losing train. The last TOM I had I was ravenous, despite taking the hcg so I want to not be on P2 for it. Or I may just decide to stabilize at 121.6 and not get any further. But I will keep my options open
I change my mind daily so you just never know.......

I still have TOM (way longer than usual at this age), I am definitely hungrier, but I am not eating one bite more. So far saying that to myself has worked. I intend to see it through. Just making myself accountable. So there you have it. On the upside, every day of TOM brings with it fluid losses that are most welcome!

Hey, question about PI's. Why is it you don't have to load again after a PI? It would seem if HCG is out of your system, it needs to get back in again the same way it did during loading. Just curious why there seems to be no talk of loading after a PI. TIA.

There is no talk of reloading after a planned interruption because Dr Simeon's says you don't need to, as long as the break is for 14 days or less. That is enough for me!

He doesn't specify in the Pounds and Inches about the timing of the Planned Interruption, so I don't know.
Nope. I am not hungry when I re-start. I just jump in and get with it! Maybe because I up my fat a bit that last day (or 2) before my P2 starts once again? Kind of like a mini-load. |

So it's a long story but I had some cream in my coffee earlier and it almost made me throw up! WEIRD! Must've been too much fat at once. I guess my body REALLY doesn't want dairy anymore.
I'm praying I can survive this TOM plus P2 plus all the other stressors in my life going on. I'd give up my burberry purse to get to 160! ![]() |

Hi all
![]() Just wanted to check-in with ya! I'm still kicking...lol. I have been at a LITERAL stall for 4 days...no kidding...190.8 Mon., 190.8 Tues., 190.8 Wed., & 190.8 Thur....I guess that is rock solid maintenance Well....this morning I was 190.6...yeah...-.2, but I'll take it. I was beginning to wonder if my scale was stuck on 190.8 for some odd reason. Never had that kind of stall...usually play up/down same .5 lb for 5-6 days. And this afternoon, I weighed just out of curiosity and I am only at 191.0 even, so I will prolly have a small loss in the morning...since I usually am up 1-2 lbs. toward evening.BUT...now that my stall may be broken...I will be taking an emergency break. It is needed, though...physically to get protein/fat back in to my system and also, to keep from doing more damage to a tooth. I have broken a back molar tooth right through the middle and will have it extracted Monday, then in 4-6 weeks a bridge will be built...grrr...$975 later...which was hugely discounted b'cuz it will be cash, no dental insurance I thought I might be able to wait until next week, but it was pretty much impossible to eat my chicken & tomatoes w/o the piece moving all around. Unfortunately, DR says I need to be on soft foods only...nothing can get stuck underneath that is solid and no chewing on that side...sooooo...my last dose was this morning before my appt. I plan on VLC for 2 days...prolly cottage cheese, protein shakes, GY, etc. DR wanted me to do puddings, ice cream, & soups...lol. I didn't say anything...just agreed. Food lodged down in the crack can cause a dry socket which can lead to a root canal...which is way too expensive...already had it happen 9 years ago...and very painful. Then on to P3 foods next week. Thinking about doing the fat fast for a few days...just to try it out. My last 16 lbs. will have to wait. I was hoping for goal before Thanksgiving...but oh, well...life is life. I would love to really give JUDDD a try, too...but not sure yet.Oh, BTW...I forgot to mention that I won the $50 TOPS contest...the other gal came in with an unexplained +.2 gain...I felt so bad. I have a busy weekend ahead...teacher seminar all day tomorrow...should be fun...not! Gotta do some house cleaning...then Fall stuff needs to be put out...and that takes me a while.Keep on truckin'!!!

WooHoo on winning the $50 ![]() ![]() Boo on the bum tooth ![]() Sorry to hear that that is why you are leaving P2. But it is probably for the best. You can lose the 16 lbs later. You deserve some good nutrition!!! You have done amazingly well ![]() ![]() Have fun in P3--I am headed that way myself--we'll have fun in P3 then!!! |

Good morning everyone!
I have just finished my first week with a total loss: 4.3 kg or 9.4 pounds! This is freaking awesome - I have been stalled or going up for so long! On the downside I have been a bit snappy with my husband...anyone else get a bit quick to anger doing this??? |

Ok weighed in again this morning and had ANOTHER 1.8lbs lost last night totaling in at 14.7lbs for the 10 days I have been on the protocal. Is it normal to loose that much that late in the game?? Especially several days in a row??? Just wondering if anybody knew! Thanks girls! Would post more but it's hard on my phone!

Morning Ladies ! vlcd6 & down -1.8, 148.4 ! I was worried after yesterday's little .02 gain. Woo hoo this is the lowest I've been since dieting. I also measured & my thighs are down from 22 " to 21" waist still 33 " but feels great.
My husband thinks I'm overdoing it with the diet. He has always been super supportive but yesterday he was all like "look how far you've come", "you're already thin", "you're going to get sick" etc ![]() |

As for me....I am going to stick around in P2 a while longer. Dh told me that his aunt might cook tomorrow and we might not eat out. So I am going to stick with P2. TOM is here and I am not ravenous like I thought I would be. I am on a roll, my head and heart are in losing mode so why should I stop now???? I can always eat P2 at the restaurant if we eat out---or I can just have coffee!! I have done that before, so I think I can handle whatever comes my way tomorrow. I will see what the week brings!! I really want to be in the teens before I end my round, hopefully this week I can make it!!
