Good Morning, Ladies and Gent!

well im down .8 today to 151.2. i feel my body getting more 'normal' and releasing some water weight and 'food' weight
TOM makes my lower half go haywire. ugh! i had such higher hopes for this round when i started bc the weight was coming off so easily. DH should be home in a week from work and i havent seen him in 3 months so i was super excited to show off to him. i'm still about 8 pounds less than when he left so it's not as bad as my self esteem is letting it be. so i'm keeping it simple today with a chicken and cabbage stir fry. i had the same thing last night and it was so tasty, so i might just make that twice today. i need to hit up the grocery store on my lunch break and restock bc i'm down to just oranges and lettuce. oops ![]() |

Mandy - Feel free to PM me about relationships!! I've been with my bf for 3 years now and he just officially moved in so we are going through some adjustments. It's not easy
Barbara - Welcome to the group! You could not be in a better place! I'm on my 3rd or 4th round, can't remember, lol. Your stats look great! Thanks for the input on Melatonin. I am stopping at Whole Foods tonight, so I'm picking some up! Temeka - You can do it! So excited about your lb! I got my whoosh this morning also ![]() Felina & Katrina - Welcome! Good luck to you! Abby - keep that fridge stocked! That's always been a downfall for me. 3 months?? Wow! Show it off gf! I'm down a lb today! Yippee! 162.5 I was so good yesterday Good Morning to all of you!! I wanted to share this little blurb from the book I am reading. Surround yourself with friends or family members who care about you and want what's best for you. Having a support system is like having a safety net below you at all times. It gives you the courage to take the next step forward, adn then the next, as you embark on this journey of self-discovery and transformation.

And TOM still going, which means the possibility of another decent drop. Question. How many injection days are really okay? I've seen different numbers - 40, 42, 43 (I guess some count the load days and some don't)? Because my clinic has given me enough shots for 46 days (perhaps mistakenly, as I switched the day of the week I came in), but that seems pretty much further than Simeons recommended. And they don't have patients skip a day a week (I wouldn't have anyway, because I wasn't even sure I was going past 23). Have many here done more than 43 without issues? I had SO wanted to get closer to 145! Thanks!!! Oh one last thing... is everyone else hungrier during TOM? At least I think it's TOM - I hope it's not immunity setting in. Thanks in advance!

Good Morning Everyone,
I am happy to report I was down the 1.5 I gained during loading and another pound along with it!! woohoo The hunger kicked in last night, something terrible, I was starving after dinner, all evening, it was everything I could do not to snack, I will admit I ate some apple chips, but I figured if thats the least of what I got into, I will be ok lol. I am keeping todays menu the same as yesterday, but I think instead of the orange I will find some other fruit. I am wondering if the sugar in it is what set me off? Kelly |

Also wanted to welcome all the new buddies!
And people who have sleep issues: Natural Calm has been amazing for that, for me, as well. Has nobody else noticed that benefit? I always take it in the evening for that reason. I only wish I'd started this round with it! |

Berta, I thought airlines had to let you carry medicines like this in one of those medicine carriers (with a cold thingie in it). I'm sure I've read that somewhere on this board. I would call the airline.

Berta, they have cold packs you can use for carrying it onboard. Any medical supply or even drugstore should have one!

Great. I'm almost out of anxiety medication because it's such a small dose and I had to take extra and I can't see my Dr. until Friday morning and she wouldn't allow the pharmacy to give me even 2 more tablets.
That in itself is sending me into a panic. ![]() Safe travels Berta. ![]() |

Thanks, Dawn. Yeah, I'm not sure how much longer I can last. And TOM has me hungry, but I've been so busy today (back to back meetings in my now-getting-baggy size 8 jeans) I've only had one meal of 136 calories and it's 5pm!
Manders, Natural Calm has a very sedating effect on me right after I drink it (and I've used and do use Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, all the wonderful anti-anxiety drugs as well, as needed). The woman at Whole Foods told me NC would mellow me out, and I didn't believe her until I drank it. I hope you feel better! |

Morning Ladies ! vlcd4 & down -.02 only. I have to say I was disappointed this morning. Since my last 2 rounds the first week has been big drops. But I keep telling myself that I lost 4.4 & 3.2 the first 2 days so I need to relax. I'm already coming to terms that I will need to do a minimum of 30 days to get to my goal weight. I'm at 150 today & I would like to get to 130 but would be happy at 135.
Happy Releases everyone ! |

good morning ladies! day 3 of TOM, and vlcd 12 and back on track. im down to 148.8 today for a loss of 2.4 lbs overnight. i think my water weight is going away and hopefully taking some more weight with it
on the down side im a bit worried im coming down with a cold. i have a scratchy throat, ears wont pop, and feel that 'getting sick' type of lightheadedness. plus everyone at work is sick i might be making some chicken soup for dinner tonight if that is the case! happy losing to everyone |
