Does HCG cause your period to stat early?!

Hello,

I have a couple of weird questions that hopefully someone can answer for me. I'm on day 19 of P2 of my sublingual HCG drops. I was expecting my period anywhere from Monday to Wednesday (like it usually is) and I just got it yesterday (Saturday), so it's a few days early (but not heavy). Can this happen? Then I've read on multiple websites saying if you are on your period to stop HCG, but, other people say not to! Should I bother if I'm almost done P2? If I don't stop what happens? I'm sooo confused!!

I've noticed a few girls here that have had it come early. I actually have it come super late. I personally don't stop taking it, but some do. I'll let someone else with a bit more knowledge of sublingual vs injections speak on it. All I can say is that it's kinda normal.

Ive read it can do that, and I think most ppl just go ahead and stay right on track on their diets thru it, Ive read some people get them early so they even have 2 periods in one P2. Mine came right on time this month, which is odd

I wonder if the hormonal changes caused by the diet and hcg are causing the period changes?

Absolutely!!! Hcg messes with your period very much so. It can make it longer, shorter, heavier, lighter, more crampy, less crampy. You name it, it does it!!!! It can stretch it out so you are late. It can shorten it up so you are way early. Do NOT stop taking the hcg. You are on the homeopathic and they do NOT suggest stopping during TOM. Continue right on through it.

hcg alone effects the hormones. Robin Woodall has written a book called "Weight Loss Apocalypse" that explains the hormones involved. She talks a lot about leptin and the role it plays in the weight loss. So yes, it is the hormones that are effected by the hcg. Not so much the food, but the hcg itself.

Yep. Always knocks a week right off my cycle. 21 days and ironic, isn't it? In a few months it goes back to "normal". Just my experience .
