I would do no sugar and probably no wheat, no chemical sweetners, lots and lots of protein, a decent amount of healthy fat, and some good fruits and veggies. I would do it for as long as I have
I see you list your start date as 10/1 so you have a couple days.

Thanks! I noticed we have similar goals 268/140 @5'9. How tall are you? When did you start your 1st round?

I'm 5'5" and I started 1/1/2010. I'm pretty muscular and I've been overweight for a very long time before I started losing. My adult all-time low since high school was in the 140's. I probably am going to revise my goals. At this point, I'll be fortunate to get down another 10 from where I am sitting right now. I'm just happy to have come this far. Keeping it off in between rounds is key. Just a humble opinion

Hope you do great! Stick to protocol and you will maximize your possible results!
