way over dosing- how bad is this?

So after my very scary nearly passing out while driving episode yesterday i knew something must be wrong. I rechecked my coversion and it turns out i was injecting double the amount i should have been for the 1st 8 days.. is this a huge issue? I corrected it this morning - hoping it resolves my hunger and light headedness?

Without knowing exactly what you have been eating... not sure but I do know that it will have an effect on hunger for sure. It's very possible that it could cause light headedness...
be careful!

I would have to know what day and round youre on what youre eating if youre drinking enough water (very important)
but it could happen to anyone.... its happened to me before....
could be caused by dehydration alone... low blood sugar etc.
feel better

I am just doing my 1st round (unless you count one well over a year ago)- i am P2 and just over dosing on the 1st 8 days, i corrected my error this morning. I am eating to protocol minus the melba. I am sure i am not drinking enough water but i do try and make myself, it is tough. I have lost 8 lbs as of this morning but it has been very hard because i have been starving the entire time.

Yes, the higher dose would make you starving!! Glad you figured it out. Hope it improves quickly for you!! Lightheaded- I get that too. I've found magnesium and sometimes added potassium helps that a lot.

Hang in there!

I am still a little hungry this morning but i am guessing it will take time to adjust. I do take magnesium but not potassium, i probably should get some- thanks for the advise. I am forcing myself to drink water....you would think i might be better about that living in the desert and all.

I'm in Gilbert and I drink a LOT of water. Still probably slightly dehydrated. Yep, give it a few days. Your hunger should improve dramatically!!
