Yeah, my dog is my everything. I got him at 7 weeks old the summer before I started junior high, and when everyone else had the inside of their lockers decorated with pictures of teen pop stars, the entire inside of my locker was decorated with pictures of my puppy.

I'm just thankful that the Lord came into my thoughts and directed me to do what I did. I can't explain it, other than it was Him helping me.

Everyone keeps saying that, but I don't even feel like that. My brain just shut off and my body took over and just did it. I've never given anyone or anything CPR in my entire life.

I went back and looked at the conversation I had with one of my girlfriends about the dog CPR, and it turns out that she had directed me to that video exactly a month ago to the day yesterday. How surreal is that?

I am so stressed out right now. Trying really hard not to emotional eat. I had heart palpitations a bit ago. I can slowly feel myself coming out of shock and everything is settling in. Trying to munch on some celery instead.

Julie - I didn't gain from the CO, but didn't really lose either (not gonna count 0.2 lbs, lol). I had a full tbsp of cream in my coffee today. It was nice Maybe I'll up protein a bit, we'll see! I could be protein deprived. Hmm, so about that protein shake day...

I have to say that I've spend this entire round getting back to where I was at the end of my first round. (I mean I'm not QUITE done yet, my LDW will be Tuesday or Wednesday, but still). I ended my first round at 161 and right now I've been stalled around 163 for the past few days..sigh. I got to 163 in the first part of this round, took an interruption and gained weight back, and then spent the last 1.5 weeks getting back here, dangit! I've learned a lot about my emotional eating issues and yo-yoing, but Clearly these are things I need to work on before I can make any further progress!!

I was hoping to break 160 before calling it the end, but at this point I'm not sure if it will happen..oh well, I'll have to take what I can take! I guess it's still possible but getting a bit unlikely, lol. I DO think that I've actually lost some inches though..I fit into some size 6 jeans yesterday which I've never done before!

Anyway. I had to spill a little too! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
At least you didn't gain, right? You're pretty close to goal, aren't you? How low do you think you'll shoot for at the end? A 6? That's pretty slim!! WTG!! You're a tall girl . I'm glad you're back where you were before the break but sorry it's not more!! Hang in there!! That cream in the morning coffee makes it much more enjoyable though, doesn't it?

Im going to try to figure out something to take besides narcotics in my pain meds, but the amitriptyline and inderal really help the serverity of my daily headache/migraine.

im glad you two broke your stalls! Im so happy for ya!
Everyone have a great rest of the day... you are all doing so well.

I'm so sorry!! It sounds like your medication is the main culprit!! That's so frustrating!! . I hope you're able to figure out what to do w. it.

Manders- Take a deep breath, let it sink in, then just be grateful .

Had a nice time w. my girls at the movies. Enjoyed my Coke Zero and 5 pieces of popcorn . I am really hungry today, which is a bummer . I have also been really lightheaded. I need to pick up some more potassium. I ran out . Just enjoyed my strawberries and tried cottage cheese for lunch since it's a bit fattier. Hope it'll tide me over until dinner. Sooo looking forward to P3!! Even transitioning to P3 will be fun, adding some good, clean fats in the 2 days between.

Down 1 pound today... yay. Just got home from work, so I didn't feel like making dinner. I went a bit rogue and had a shake with frozen strawberries, spinach, fat free Fage, and water whirled in the blender. I used about 3/4 of a cup of GY..Delish! Hope the non protocol protein doesn't screw me up.

I actually took a klonopin and even that isn't calming me down. I didn't expect it to hit me this hard. I think I will call my counsellor tomorrow. I have experienced a couple serious traumas in my life and this one takes the cake. I'm out for the night to work on my chest pains and hopefully get some sleep without my nightmares.

Y'all are such a great support group. Thank you.

WooHoo everyone!!!! I am down another 0.4 lbs!!!!! My stats to the left are now correct. I will update them daily to reflect where I am weight wise. Here is how they go:

Start weight/Current weight/goal weight

This is the lowest weight I have been in a while and it feels fantastic to be back here. Nothing much to add except I am going to plug along and lose more weight!!!

Happy Sunday!!!!!!

Mandy I'm so sorry sweetie! What you experienced WAS traumatic and if you have to talk to Someone then do it. I take klonipin for anxiety as needed too but the heart palpitations are not good so if they continue please see a doc.

Dont stress over the slip up - like you said you'll deal with it later.

So sorry you're struggling honey. Hugs to you and your doggie!

No haven't seen her lately. I know that she is getting ready for a craft show of some sort in Oct, so she is super busy. But she pops in every once in a while. She is on P2. that much I know.

Hey manders,

That really is an amazing thing that you did. Take care you you right now and i sincerely hope everything works out for you and your pup.

Well, down .6 today. My menu yesterday wasnt great. I had an apple and shrimp before i left for the octoberfest, then had 2.5 beers over the course of the afternoon and evening. There was zero food that i could eat there, but i was proud that i didnt have any. Everyone else was eating hot pretzels, various types of meat, saurkraut with dogs, german potato salad, rolls, pork chops...eek so i had some beer and by the time i got home at 9 i was starving and exhausted so had my strawberries and went to bed. I'll take the loss but it definitely wasnt protocol.
Today i have a double header for softball so im going to have chicken sausage satueed with fire roasted tomatoes, melba, and an apple before i leave. I havent figured out dinner yet

I'm in P3 now and went to Busch Gardens Hallow Scream last night and was sooo tempted by the soft pretzels and ice cream etc... It's so hard Especially after drinking so kudos to you and congrats on the loss!

Tameka congrats to you too!!

:I play softball too, also double headers this season. Mine in on Moday though, and I'm in AZ where it's still 100deg at 6:30!! You lost after beer? That's a huge victory!! It's so hard to live life on this phase!! Onward and downward!!

Mandy- Take it a day at a time and try to focus on the happy result!!

Reddy-how're you doing? Were you rewarded for being "good" last night?

I'm done !! I STS today, so I'm calling yesterday LDW and done w/ hcg!! I am 143.2 again today, so hopefully I'll be able to STS the next few days, or years . I'm going to up my fats slowly the next 2 days. I am going to avoid eggs though, as I learned/suspected in my last round that they caused me issues. I couldn't fully investigate it though. So, I will probably just use cream or butter to up my fats the next 2 days. We'll see. I'm just so relieved to be "done" .

I am posting this on all the threads where I post: I will stay in control in this stabilization phase. I have worked long and hard to lose this weight. I am not "done" working, just because I am done losing. I need to stay focused and committed to my goals. I need to "keep my eye on the prize" to mis-quote the Bible. I will work on listening to my hunger, but I will likely override it in the beginning. Meaning I will not always eat when I am hungry. I may try to resist it, while stabilizing or preparing for a special event. I will work on not eating to full, or even totatlly satisfied. I will go slowly. I will drink plenty of water. I will weigh daily. I will succeed!

Morning everyone!! Don't have too much time for personals, but I did read several losses which is fantastic. Mandy, you're in my thoughts and so is your baby! Kudos to you for voicing the cheat and you know why you did. Coming here for support will help is good. Julie, plz plz plz post to us as much as possible!! You will succeed!

Last night BF dragged me to the fair again. Pat Green (Tx country) played. We had a pretty good time. I purposely did not go into the members club because that's where the snack mix was. Had a little beer. Was very strict protocol all day and had no fruit or melbas. I am down .5 today so lost approx 8 lbs. so far.

I am still taking the NC and things are slowly moving, lol. Still look pg, lol. I should be back to normal this week. I feel sooo much better now that I have lost some weight. I will talk to yall later!!

Dawn, Julie, Temeka, so happy for you all!

Manders, I agree that coming here for support and voicing what's going on... is more important than anything. Good for you.

SAS, pretty good considering. And still a .5 loss. I'm losing so slowly at this point that would be a major victory for me. And that's following protocol.

STS today. If this rate of loss continues, where my week four total loss was 1.9, week five will be closer to just one measly lb. Jeez, I used to be able to lose this fast in my sleep! Seems like my body just doesn't care about HCG anymore. Has anyone ever had weeks 5 or 6 be better than week 4?

Again, considering a shake day. A few hours left to decide. We'll be at a school fair event all afternoon, with all kinds of gourmet food (yes, it's that kind of crazy school). Wouldn't DREAM of having one single bite - I haven't yet, and I'm not starting now. But maybe just doing shakes will somehow make it easier. Plus, I'm getting sick of my P2 food.

We'll see.

I'm glad someone else has taken it. I took 1mg and that actually didn't even fully calm me down. I will be going to see a counsellor this week and then going to see my dr. The klonopin is my dad's, so I should get a prescription of my own, really.

I was finally able to talk to my BF late last night. He had no idea what had happened. I pretty much lost it and sobbed hysterically for an hour. He's so good. He got me to stop crying and calm down. I think my body was holding in all the emotion until I felt comfortable to let it out. The most comfortable I feel is talking to/being with him.

I'm going to take it easy today. I'll try not to purposely eat off plan, but I'll take it hour by hour right now.

I read everyone else's posts, I just don't have the energy to reply to them all. I appreciate the love so much. You guys are all so amazing that it almost makes me cry. I love my LC family.

I hope you all have good Sunday's and you can see good losses. Special shout out to Dawn for being in virgin numbers.

Talk to you all later.

Hey Gang! I just now saw this thread. I'm on R7VLCD8 and I'm down exactly 10 pounds! Fortunately, I'm a very fast loser no matter what plan I do. This is my final round. Two rounds ago, I let some unwanted pounds creep back on and this is it!

I found myself using hcg as a crutch and have nipped the bad habits in the bid. What of the many things I like about hcg is that I have a great reason not to exercise. I refuse to eat 500 calories and then burn it off.

I know exactly what to do and am doing it!

Whooo hooo...good for you...avoiding the temptation! Keep up the good work!

Y'all are such a great support group. Thank you.

We'll see.
Slow & steady wins the race...but it's still a lot of mental stress getting there.

I am really needing to get back to my protein shakes, too. I will definitely be following you about the shakes. I could easily sub a shake for a meal once in a while...just been afraid to test it...kwim?

You will get there...you are doing great!!! Don't let the little bump-up discourage you...remember...empty fat cells tend to fill with fluid, then release later...you will get a whoosh soon...sometimes I go 4-5 days w/ STS or +/- a pound, then BAM...a WHOOSH!!!

DOwn .5.. tonight is a 7 oz steak and asparagus night.. I am starving! Haven't had a bite to eat today. I do this when I have a social function to go to so I don't have to 'splain everything. I may have a glass of wine, too.. Gasp@!!!
Dawn and Julie! Yippee for you both! I am totally stealing your mantra, Julie. I am going to print it out where I can read it every day. Accountability is the key.
Hope everyone else is doing great!

Hi Reddy
I 'm here still plugging away. Like Dawn said I am really busy.. the craft show is in three weeks and then another two weeks after that another one(already paid for the booths too)and i have hardly enough things ready to even go
I have one more week of PH2.It has been a really struggle sticking to plan this time. The weight has creeped off because of it, up and down. But I am hanging in there. And now I have a little over 35 lbs gone. Wanted to make it fifty this time but I haven't and won't. Thanks for thinking and asking about me.

Hi Berta

So glad to hear from ya! You're still truckin" in P2 Just keep trudging along. 35 lbs. is awesome...look at it this way...35 lbs. ahead plus whatever you may have gained (i.e. 10-15+ lbs. the last 6 months), but didn't if you weren't on plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
