The things above add up to the extra 250, 500, 750 extra calories. I eat those foods IN ADDITION to the regular P2 meals EXCEPT where I say "28g extra" (or whatever). In those cases that is the TOTAL protein that I am eating. HTH

Thanks!

Meanwhile, I just made a microwave (3 mins) baked Fuji apple (cut into slices), sprinkled with stevia and cinnamon, then crumbled a WASA crisp n light 7 grain on top.

Oh. My. Dog. It was so delicious. And so filling. What have I been doing just eating plain apples and plain WASAs?

WOW! Great losses everyone!

WTG Tameka and Julie! I'm so happy to see everyone losing so well!

Buttah that baked apple sounds amazing! I need to try that!!!

Angela, that's great if you can lose while having a few things to make you feel more "normal" Keep it up!

I'm cross posting this from the P4 thread...

Had a lot of fun last night at the game. What a good time and the seats were INSANE!!! (I should post a photo)

I over indulged and earned myself a whopping 4.6 lbs from it!!!!

I started off with the best of intentions... had a cesear salad, some prime rib, creamed spinach...not bad choices right? Yeah, that was good... but once the alcohol took a hold of me (and boy did it!) I indulged in way more food and made terrible choices including funnel cake, banana cake, Popcorn... ugh. I deserve every oz. on that scale! I do believe that it will go back down with a few days of Clean P3 eating so I'm not going to stress too much.

I have quite the hangover this morning (it's not even morning it's noon now )

I did receive a few flattering comments on my weight though. Posted pics on FB from the game and a few people remarked at how "skinny" I am. One friend from College said that I look the same as I did in College (almost 15 years ago) which certainly made me feel good! And when I got to my friends house to go to the game, both she and her husband saw me and immediately said "WOW you're so skinny" So I feel pretty good about myself.

I'll get these extra lbs off in due time....

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Reddy-it was worth it, right? You had a good time!! I'm sure it'll go and you do look great!! Enjoy the compliments and validation for all your hard work!!

Just had lunch! Almost 1 and I was starving. P2 chili to the rescue! I know my losses won't be good for a few days w. the exercise, but I'll ride it out. 1 more week of P2 for me. I wonder if I can whittle off 5 more lbs? I sure would love to see 139 on the scale. Even if it doesn't stick. We'll see .

Worth it? Ehhhh... that depends on how hard it is to take back off lol!

If that weight sticks around, then I'd say no it wasn't worth it. As good as it was at the time, and as much fun as I had, I could have kept myself in much better check and still had a great time. There was NO NEED to go for Funnel Cake let alone a SECOND helping. Or to eat Popcorn JUST BECAUSE IT WAS THERE! Oh and lets not talk about the Italian Sausage I devoured WITH a bun and chili and cheese and all kinds of crap. It's no wonder I gained almost 5lbs! I ate like I was loading!!! I was drunky drunkerson and that's why I did that. It was like diet? What diet? Who me? I"m "SKINNY" now remember? I can eat whatever I want now... Ugh that's the attitude that puts the lbs on again REALLY fast.

I learned a lesson from it. I'm not freaking out about the gain.... YET. If it doesn't come off though, that will be another story!

I Am thinking about having either Steak for Dinner or P2 Chilli (larger helping of it) I'm not sure yet. I may decide to save Steak for a CD tomorrow....

Still feeling like crap from drinking right now and thats why P2 chilli sounds good to me. Comfort food. The hangover, I can say with certainty is never worth it. What's funny, ok well not REALLY funny, but... I was on the border of getting SICK last night from drinking too much. Yeah, I was THAT bad by the end of the night. (That's what happens when you don't drink anymore b/c of your diet, your tolerance goes out the window) I thought I was going to puke when I got home but I never actually did. My head is so sick and twisted that this morning when I saw the scale, I actually wished I had b/c maybe I wouldn't have gained as much if I had thrown it up. Sad. Yeah, I know.

Reddy, glad you enjoyed the game, and really, the best thing you can do about "overindulging" is learn from it (the why of it all) and figure out a way to "enjoy yourself" next time a similar situation presents (I know the seats/game may never come again, but you know what I mean) without going nuts. So view it as a learning opportunity rather than an ooops. And most of that is water! There is no way you ate enough to gain that much fat! So clean eating will drop it right off.

I find myself SO paranoid about going overboard in those situations, that I pretty much never do. Not completely never, but mostly never. My biggest accomplishments are coming home from two cruises (Disney and Alaska, both highly recommend, and I'm otherwise NOT a cruise type) the same weight as when I left. If I'm being honest, I think I have a tougher time applying that mindset to normal daily life at home. Weird huh?

Julie and Temeka KUTGW!

Berta, you're doing amazing!

I tried having "brunch" instead of lunch today - one egg/3 whites, cooked with spinach and a little garlic and onion. It was filling... Then, two hours later I just had the baked apple again. SERIOUSLY, you need to try this! My only concern is that the apple might be somehow more caloric, or at least more high glycemic after baking. No idea, just theorizing.

I only lost .1 today, which I consider STS and that is fine. I know that yesterday was lots of celery and cabbage, and dinner was late, which I think contributes to a lower morning loss. But as you know, I don't put any stock in daily weighing. I feel water-bloated (or celery bloated?) and expect the scale to catch up in a day or two. Plan to do an earlier dinner and see if that helps, just for psychological reasons.

Hunger manageable again yesterday and today. I guess Friday was an anomaly. I hope so!!!

Make the baked apple, especially with the crumbled WASA Crisp n Light 7 grain!

Berta--I am not losing much this round either. I don't know why, but it seems to be awfully slow. I am not even at the weight in my avatar yet at the rate I am going it will take another week to get there. Trying a few things to see if I can get it kickstarted again. I cannot believe I still have those pellets you gave me way back when. Boy, those bottles last forever Thank you soooo much for thinking of me

Dawn...do you follow any of Biz's articles...I can't remember if you did or not. She has an article about "clean fats on P2". It is geared mainly for those w/ less than 20 lbs. to go or those that are very active. Perhaps this may jumpstart/boost you...worth a quick-read to see, maybe? I haven't tried it yet, but I do have better losses when I add fattier meats, or have been picking at stuff It's kinda hard to find it...let me know if you need the link.

I'm down 1.2 today! VLCD7, down 9.6#s! I wasn't particularly hungry this afternoon... ended up making a strawberry smoothie w/a little spinach. I also had a little hnh in my coffee this am! So good! We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. I still have to drink that barium stuff for the CT test... that better not throw me off. My husband thinks it's hilarious that I'm more worried about the test throwing off my weight loss than the results (I'm not really concerned that'll be anything bad/serious).

Happy Sunday, ya'll!

Yes, I do read biz. Follow her on fb, signed up for her newsletter, member on her site.....yada, yada, yada. I am still a protocol girl. I have my coffee with cream but that is as far as I go. So I am a bit into the clean fats already. And don't post any of her links--violation of TOS. Be very careful of links here.

I cannot believe I still have those pellets you gave me way back when. Boy, those bottles last forever Thank you soooo much for thinking of me
You are quite welcome my friend!Do you like them better than the drops?
Looking for a gain in the morning been bad today Church supper tonight was pancakes and sausage. I ate it... so I deserve a gain. Just hope it isn't alot. I have stopped eating the bread though maybe every now and then but not every day like before.Seems I lost better when I did This plan is great but crazy too

Thanks girly. I want to loose more than .6. I start my 3rd week this Tues. I was hoping to have at least 20 lbs off before this round. But my Hcg is almost gone. I will have to mix some more,I have plenty on hand, But I don't understand as one bottle should last 21 days? But I guess whatever is... is.
