Lexi thanks for the welcome. I wasn't planning anything so agressive, Hmmm I might just have to think about doing a detox bath, and do you mean the Mag Citrate in the bottle? I was just meaning a clean P2 (I always use a little hnh in my coffee once a day which I would probably keep in P2) which I think is a pretty good detox from all my other little cheats. Would you mind telling me more of your plan. I was going to start loading on Sat. Did you detox before loading?
Also what is Kombucha?

Foxy, both myself and Buttah had some major hunger issues when we started.
Turned out we had to adjust our doses to get it right. Sadly I didn't figure out the proper dose until the 3rd week. I was taking 25u, then I upped it to 28u and still was ravenous but when I got to 30u, by the 3rd day the hunger finally went away. You should NOT be hungry on this and if you are, something is wrong. Most likely your dose! |

Foxy, unless we know how exactly Reddy's hcg was mixed, we don't know for certain how many units = international units she had/has, but the main point is so important. You shouldn't be hungry. If you are, something's wrong. And both Reddy and myself needed MORE not less HCG. So you never know.

It sux to be hungry!- Are you doing rx drops or homeopathic? - How many times day are you dosing and how many drops each time? - How long do you wait before and after the time you take the drops to the time you eat or drink anything? - Have you touched the dropper to your tongue, lips or skin ever? - If you are on homeopathic, have you kept your drops away from electronics including your cell phone, computer, etc.? - If you are on homeopathic, are you still using anything with mint or camphor or tea tree? - Have you eliminated lotions and oils from your personal products? - What was your diet like immediately before starting? (e.g. were you low calorie, low carb, eat the standard American diet--SAD, etc.) - Did you load well and on what? Quote:

Hey everyone!
I'm sad to see so many of y'all struggling. Sometimes it's honestly best to just stop, drop and roll! I know that I REALLY needed to have my last modified fat fast and my vacation eating to really regroup. I am about as focused right now as I was when I started this journey in Feb. I hope all of you will still come peek in and give words of encouragement! ![]() Haven't been on in like 2 days. Had some craziness at work. I barely ate yesterday because I was so busy and I actually felt put off by the idea of food. I think that's the first time I've ever felt like that in my entire life (except for when I'm hungover) I STS yesterday and weighed in at 178.0 this morning. So a 2.2 pound loss. That's a virgin number for me, but since I only ate about 200 calories yesterday, I won't be surprised if I STS or gain a tiny bit tomorrow. I haven't really eaten much today either. It's 4pm and I just had my first salad with shrimp. I hope me not having a real desire to eat is just a result of the HCG and not anything else... ![]() ![]()

. Good for you!! Aim for your new goal and re-evaluate as you get closer! I'd love to hit 140, but this round isn't going as swimmingly as I'd hoped, so I'll be content w. wherever I land Shelby-thanks! I will give that a whirl this time. Certainly beats 500cals 2 days in a row. (I usually add cream to my morning coffee those days as my little rebellious streak). Cocoa- glad you're back in power. Sounds like you're doing well after your PI. Good job! foxy and Mary!Foxy-I was starving my first round on hhcg drops. Try mixing up your dose. As Shelby posted, more info would be good. I switched to teh pellets in subsequent rounds and did much better w. those. Made beef lettuce wraps for lunch. Something different. Haven't had much chicken this round. I need to add that in more. Hmm.

Reporting in for the day kinda late, but I am up today. Not by much, but still....disappointing. I am not sure why either. Did nothing different. If I see the same number on the scale tomorrow (128) I myself will be doing an apple day. I am not sure if i will do it on Friday or Sat. I cannot stand to see the same dang number on the scale day after day. Just frustrating is all!!!! Hopefully the scale moves for me tomorrow!!!

Hi All, My mind is feeling foggy tonight so forgive me for not individually addressing you all like I usually do.
I just don't feel great. (TOM came today) and I'm sort of still cranky feeling over the whole HCG situation. I'm also hungry but I still have a veggie and a fruit left so I should be fine to get trhough the night. I wanted to make cabbage soup but I don't know that I have the energy right now. Granted, it's pretty easy but that's how much I want to just lay on the couch right now. Maybe when I'm hungry enough I will... lol. HOpe you are all doing well... and I'm crossing my fingers for good numbers for everyone tomorrow! |

Mary- the new pic looks great! Reddy- I hope tomorrow is better for ya! Dawn- Sorry about the gain... you'll bounce back down. You are an hcg rockstar after all |

viola - glad your headache let up
reddy - sorry that you're up, TOM is probably the culprit, if you feel it's time to call the round then I think you should go with your gut, enjoy the game and have some vodka/wine if you want, then you can regroup after and figure it out from there lara - being weak to the point of needing to lie down is not a good feeling so I sure hope you're not still like that, sorry about the yucky detox rash, sounds like you know a lot more than your clinic but I wonder about some of the clinics out there?, don't feel guilty about any part of this round, you've still done well to get through it and you can always come back later when you're feeling better shelbyla - it sounds like you found a good plan for you to stabilize, where did you find out about that one? I've bene curious about the Kruse leptin reset but figure I've still got quite some time til I'm close to P3 VTmommy - WELCOME back and hope it goes well buttah - WOOHOO for the 150s!! stevie - too funny about your DH and the hunger scale julie - sorry you're up, probably TOM's fault lexi123 - WELCOME and hope you do great cocoa - what a crazy dream about rice/eggs??, I rarely remember any of my dreams foxyvixen - from what I've read on here that some ladies went through it does sound like your dose might need adjusting mary - WELCOME and hope you drop those pounds adelinesdream - I think a ball game like that is a great choice for a PI manders - down 2.2 lbs is great dawn - hope tomorrow is better For me this morning I STS. I didn't do so well today though. I was fine in the early part of the day. Breakfast was just coffee with vanilla cream stevia again. Lunch was chili from ground beef and tomatoes. I drank a crazy amount of water and was doing well. Then I got a call from my mother needing me to take my oldest nephew to the doctor b/c she couldn't. I had to go in the opposite direction from home. We ended up at Applebee's for dinner. We did the 2 for $20 and I got the steak with veggie medley and potato. I only had 1 bite of the potato and picked the zucchini out of the medley while leaving the broccoli and carrots. I only had part of the steak and boxed the rest up. Where I went wrong was with the boneless wing appetizer - at first I only ate a few of the celery sticks but then I caved and had 4 of the wings, now I could kick myself

Kombucha is this drink that you can get at whole foods. It is in many flavors I stick with the lowest sugar ones. Kombucha is fermented tea that has tons of probiotics and health benefits. It is an acquired taste fair warning. A whole bottle is 60 cals and 14 carbs- that is why I sub it for fruit. warning: I would never say I am 100% strict p2. I was my first few rounds and now I know what works for me. I mix p2 veggies and I eat turkey breast. I try not to eat anything too sweet as I know that is my downfall. Hope this helps. |

Lara and Reddy, way to go!
Is everyone leaving P2 soon? Seems like it. It's going to be lonely for me - hanging in for 20 more days. Who is with me?! Reddy, do you not do the three VLCD days without injections? Or did you stop injecting and I missed it? |

that's very smart, especially your first one. We all lose best our first round (of any diet I think). WTG!!![]() I've got 10 more days, so I'll be here a while longer. Reddy-glad you're transitioning. Enjoy that cream and GY for me!! I dont' miss all the rest too much, yet . I did have a splash of half and half in my coffee this morning. I know, very bad Julie. But, it didn't hurt me yesterday and makes it so much more enjoyable for me. The cals come out the same, and it's more like a higher amt of the allowable milk (rationalizing it in my own head). Riss-bummer Dawn- I hear ya'! Hope you're down today!! Stalls stink ![]() Lara-sorry you're not feeling well How 'bout this one? That kinda' covers it. Tomorrow you eat!! Have some fat and feel better!! You've been at this a long time!! Looking forward to joining you in P3 in a week or so.I am happy to report that the whoosh finally came! Down 2.2 overnight!! I'm down 2.2! Nice!! Finally! I'm sure it's just the water from TOM and exercise leaving. I felt good all along and am trying to take it all in stride this time around. I know the scale isn't always an accurate reflection of the fat loss. But it sure is nice when it tells you what you want to hear . I have 1 pair of jeans that fit, but not comfortably just yet. They say 2% spandex, but I've yet to discover it!! I'd like them to fit well by the end. I'm choosing and preparing myself to be content with wherever I land. I know it'll be my lowest weight as an adult. I saw 145.6 one day last round (last VLCD before P3) and it was nice. I'd like 145 to be my LDW this round, but we'll see what comes. Only 2.4 from today's weight. I've got 10 days. That's not unreasonable, right? |

lara/reddy - glad you're both down today and hoping P3 goes well
buttah - I'm still in P2 and will be through mid Oct julie - 2.2 lbs woosh is nice that is awesome that you're approaching a new low I think we did start around the same time but I'm doing the long round this time so I'm sure hoping to get some pounds off and quit screwing it up I was up 1.5 lb this morning but I know it's my own fault for going off plan. Today I'm back on and hoping to undo the damage quickly. |

Nothing else to do but continue with plan and check my weight in the morning. Good on ya for resisting. My neighbor brought over donuts last night because they got them free! It was talk like a pirate day at Krispy Kreme and they got them for free My DH took 1 for each of us. Now we have 6 in the kitchen. I don't go off plan for those, thank goodness but still.........Now if she had brought chocolate chip cookies we might have a problem ![]()

Happychick-weren't you just on P2? Wow! Enjoy loading!! (definitely my favorite part
).Dawn- Sorry you're not down . Hang in there. Yes, yesterday was "national talk like a pirate day" matey, and KK was giving away free donuts. We're all GF or dieting, so we skipped it. But man, those used to be a downfall for me. Right out of the oven, hot and yummy!! Sigh. One day I'll have ONE again. ![]() Riss-that's not too bad. All water, it'll go. Hang in there!! Good for you doing a long round!! I just get so bored on P2. And get tired of avoiding "life" after 3 weeks. If I could go away to a deserted island and do P2 all by myself, then I could probably go 40 days. Sigh. Just got my car back - aligned, rotated and balanced, transmission fluid flushed and changed, synth oil change and motor mount replaced . Not as expensive as I expected. Thank God! Car's got 140K miles on it and still going strong . Thankful for the little things!! |
