I tried the drops for the first round and found that they were a little inconvenient to use. They were homeopathic. I also heard that they can stop working if you touch the dropper to your tongue or anywhere else that might contaminate it. I was also hungry for the first couple of days, and off and on throughout the phase.
This time I just started VLCD yesterday. I didn't feel hungry, and I am down 4.4 lbs already. Other than having the Intermountain pellets being a little hard to hold onto and pour out of the bottle, they are very easy. I use 3 each time, they are very tiny. Hold them under your tongue a few minutes and then chew them up. They are actually a good flavor. The HCG is on the outside of the pellet and that is what you need to dissolve. Good luck. |

So glad I got the pellets. I agree with everything said above. I only wish I started them sooner. Much more convenient.

I've been using the pellets but I've been putting them under my tongue and then I keep kind of rolling them around until they get really small. Am I supposed to be chewing them up?

I have some pellets I wrote this in another post. I was worried about them being old so I emailed the manufacturer and they told me to buy new ones. Well I was out of town and when I got home I looked and they dont expire until nov 2013 so I would think they would still be ok. Should I use them?

![]() I would go ahead and use the opened ones. I have done numerous rounds and at the end I have leftovers in the bottle. I store them in a dry, dark spot (in my cabinet) and they are just fine. Even a year later. I am so cheap that I would hesitate to buy more. But that is MY opinion....... |

Anyone recall how long they took to arrive if you ordered directly from the mfr?

Guess I'm the only voice of contention, but I love the drops. For some reason, I had a lot of hunger on the pellets and I just couldn't get them dissolved - took forever and I was afraid to just chew them up. Plus they were hard to get out of the bottle without too many falling out and you can't touch them or you will ruin the rest of the bottle.
As long as I use the dropper a couple inches above my mouth so I don't touch the dropper on my teeth or lips, etc., the drops work beautifully. I work from home, so transporting them isn't an issue. I never have hunger issues with the drops, so I've stuck with them. |

I've had great results with the pellets and no hunger. My mom also used them and didn't have any hunger.
I just reordered from the mfg. There is a promo code for 35% off. They sell two bottles for $49.99 and then take another 35% off. I bought 4 bottles for $64.99 and free shipping. The promo code is IM35 |

That's the same message I got, too. Guess they switched the discount to only those who are resellers. =(
I just went ahead and bought them.. the price was pretty good. |

What is the dose you all use? I know YMMV, but I looking for some guidelines.
I did IM 3 pellets, 3x per day before and would get hungry in the evening. I just restarted today and did 3 about 6:30 and 3 more about noon. I skipped breakfast and had lunch at 1:00ish. It is 4:00 and I feel fine now. Any suggestions? |

I did the 3 3X a day and was fine. I have seen some do 3/2/3 so if you want to change up do 3 in the AM; 2 in the afternoon; 3 in the night. That is what I would do if I needed to switch it up.
