Terrible Itchy Rash HELP

I noticed a rash on the underside of my forearm this morning. It was a little itchy but not terrible.

Well suddenly tonight it has spread to my other arm and on my calf.

I'm itching like crazy and worried it is going to spread more!

Read a little just now about detox rash - I'm on VLCD 8 (round 2) could that be it? And if so what can I take for it? Is Zyrtec ok?

Will it go away on its own or could it spread worse!

I'm so uncomfortable right now. Help!

I should probably add that I just took a bath and that's when it flared up and seemed to spread... Does it make sense that that would happen?

I had a detox reaction to the hcg. I think if you take your allergy meds and it starts to clear up, all should be fine. My reaction was bad cystic acne, my first ever stye and a swollen eye. Since then I have done two other rounds with no problem.

This is my second round. First time I had no problems!

I don't think it's a yeast rash only bc I have been doing low car for over 6 months.

Just took a Zyrtec! Hope it's gone in the morning bc the Itching is awful!

My first attempt at the Hcg Protocol gave me itchiness and some hives. The hives I am prone too but was surprised that the protocol brought this out in me. Unlike you I was carbed up so I did a Candida cleanse and waited before attempting the protocol again and no problem. I do also think it could be a detox reaction.

Just an update, I've been noticing that the doctors are prescribing Lotrimin cream for this rash. You might be able to get that over the counter =)
I work in a hospital...
