and a big fat WHOOHOO on the P3-butt lift! If I were you, I would load at least one day. If you keep it high fat and relatively low carb, you shouldn't do too much damage. You are on hhcg, yes? Personally, if I were on rx, I wouldn't skip P4, but that's just me! Well, I am up about a half pound to where I was Tuesday morning but I always tend to be up a little on Fridays from my yoga class Thursday night. The usual muscle soreness is going on right now so I am hoping for a bit of a drop tomorrow morning. I seem to be stabilizing right between 143 and 144 which is just fine. See earlier comment about extremely weird and ABNORMAL fat loss at the end of the last round! ![]() The big party for my cousin is happening tomorrow so I've got a P3 friendly (shhhhhh!) cake to bake this evening or tomorrow morning. The rest will be BBQ brats, chicken, and burgers, veggies and dip, roasted veggies, and various chips etc. The only real carb will be the chips and I'm not too worried about them as I deliberately did not get the kinds that I can't resist. Should be a good P3 day! The new dude is coming to the party too which I find to be pretty darn brave for someone who just met me.

You think like me, instead of welcoming those huge butterflies and enjoying the effervescent feeling of a new attraction I worry about falling for this person and then getting hurt. I've learned that worrying instead of taking in the pleasure only leads to more wrinkles. lol Try to enjoy yourself, if you ARE like me you're also likely to worry about saying or doing something out of character purely because you're trying to be cool just be yourself and take time out to breath deep through the night...it does help gain/keep composure! Have a great time |

Hey y'all - today was the last day of my PI so I'll be starting back up in P2 tomorrow. I'll be lurking though!!
I had a pretty solid 2-day refeed, so hopefully I'm ready for the challenge! I'm also thinking about not weighing myself. We'll see. Best of luck maintaining!! ![]() |

...in trouble, I am! (as Yoda would say! ) Feel free to live vicariously anytime! It's stressful and kind of terrifying so not really sure why you'd want to but... ![]() Anyway, update from me... So I had an amazing time with him Friday night. He asked me what I wanted to eat and after going back and forth a few times, we decided on BBQ. I had a brisket that seemed kind of sugary and some southern greens. Also, 1 glass of red wine. I was a little worried that I would wake up to gain Saturday but as usual, had my "weekend whoosh" (-1.8) putting me back in my window by a hair at 142. Saturday was my cousin's party. I ate well (brat, burger, roasted veggies) but drank too much which always messes with my blood sugar the following day--which, in turn makes me want to nibble. I made an almond torte with a raspberry filling and meringue buttercream frosting. The buttercream was the star (OMG!!!!!) but I am going to need to work on the cake a bit. It came out a little dry so I think less almond flour, less time in the oven, a slightly different cake, something. The BBQ and sides came out amazing. The clown was appropriately creepy. Everyone--family and friends--gave the new dude the thumbs up. ![]() Yesterday was not a great day for eating. After cleaning up, post-party, it was just kind of a grazing day. More grilled brats and burgers and chicken legs for breakfast. Cashews, nut/fruit mix, and apple slices for snacking. Chicken wings for dinner. Lots and LOTS of leftover cake! Didn't weigh yesterday OR today and am finishing the chicken legs today as a "grilled chicken leg cd" since I woke up feeling puffy from eating poorly yesterday. I'll probably give it a few days then weigh again.Hope everyone is well. Dbunny - hugs for you! I can appreciate the struggle! What can we do to help? |

ok, here's a question. I have some drops left, not 30 days worth but I'm also not looking to unload tons of lbs. Can a person just go on the drops for a week or 2 and then start an early P3? I'm guessing it takes the full 30 days for everything to work properly but I thought I'd ask. I don't want to do another full round and I have just under 1/2 bottle of drops left so I was hoping I could use it just going with a much shorter P2. If this info is in P&I, my apologies as I haven't read it fully yet.

Hi
Hi everyone, I've lurked some but not posted - as I've been pretty steady weight wise since completing P3, May a year ago. However, I've got a question for you guys. I forgot my scale on vacation
and came home weighing 3 lbs over ldw-- but I also started tom 2 days later. Did a CD and came down to being just 1 over ldw then down to .5 over ldw. Then I got some stomach bug and was throwing up all night-- the next day I was 2lb below ldw and then the next day rebounded up to 2.5 lb over again -- I'm drinking water, but maybe not enough to combat all that throwing up(this also may be ovulation time) Should I do a CD or just try to eat clean and see what happens ? Thanks in advance ![]()

Starting P2 Tomorrow!!
Good Morning!! My drops came yesterday.. im soo excited!! I went a little crazy yesterday and im up 3 lbs but still down 1 lb from LDW. I think im going to do a steak day today and get back to my 253. Then start loading tomorrow, im hoping my two day load will only get me back to my LDW 257...(fingers crossed
).I ordered two 60-80 day hhcg bottles from Intermountain so i should be good for another forty day round. I really want to finish the whole bottle and then take 3 months off for P3 but we'll see what happens. I really think i might start back using weights while doing P2 to help with loose skin, whadda u think?? Will it help????![]() Shelby you having soo much fun!!Im happy for you, continue having a great time. Anyway i will be posting in P2 after tomorrow so good luck everyone!! ![]() |

Honestly, I would just eat clean. You are dehydrated, sick and ovulating, you've got enough going on. If you were more over LDW or hadn't seen wild fluctuations the last few days, I might say differently but I think you probably just need to rest and recoup. |

Well, got on the scale this morning after a good cd yesterday--6 chicken drumsticks. I am still up 2.5 from where I was Saturday morning and almost 3 outside my window so heaven only knows what the scale said yesterday!
I am going to relax and work my way back down the rest of the week. I am just trying to maintain between 140 and 145 and so far so good! No new boy news...just enjoying it! |

I think you are wise to just chill for a little while and let your body heal. I also have a gf who also does hhCG (but only lurks here) who takes a lot of herbs for female related stuff and they ALWAYS make her gain. And quite significantly, too. It will come off! Good to see you again, Kelli! Stop on in any old time! ![]() ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ And yes, I am having fun. He's a fun guy. And a smart guy. And a funny guy. And a sexy guy. Erm...still in trouble over here... We have a date tonight so THAT should be interesting...So here's something I want to throw out there for pondering to the group. In the past two weeks, I've had a few not great food days--last weekend wine tasting and eating more than I should. This weekend, a party which always sends me into a nibble day the day following. A couple of things I have noticed. First, whenever I drink more than a glass of wine or two, my blood sugar is all kinds of messed up the next day which seriously causes me to over eat things that I shouldn't. It's not that I'm hungry. It's that this or that sounds good, and it's especially dangerous when I have nibble-y things around the house. This Sunday after Saturday's party, I ate brats, burgers, cashews, dried fruit and nut mix, chicken wings, and lots and lots of leftover (low carb) cake. None of it was "illegal" for P3 (except maybe some of the nuts--questionable) but there was a LOT of it. I'm am trying to think of some way to dodge this kind of behavior. It's a completely physical urge, not mental, so I'm wondering if detox tea first thing in the morning or extra glutamine or chromium (both blood sugar regulators) would help. Any thoughts from you guys on this? It's not a hangover cure exactly, more like a "munchies" cure... ![]() Second, whenever I misbehave like this, I usually don't weigh the next day but do a cd, instead. I know I'm up and the number on the scale isn't going to help my mood any! Usually the cd's are chicken of some sort although I HAVE done traditional steak, GY, and egg with varying degrees of success. When I weigh the day FOLLOWING the cd, I am usually still out of my window (probably because I put on 5 pounds with an over-indulgence day!) and still feel majorly puffy and gross. The day after the cd, I eat a clean P3 day and during the day, I find myself literally shrinking. My rings get looser, my face gets less puffy, and I pee like crazy. I am usually even more thirsty than normal (I normally drink 7-8 liters of water daily--yesterday was more like 10) and heavily salt things, again more than normal.Usually the day after the cd, I am really really hungry. I have my usual salad for lunch with fatty meat, avocado and real dressing then I will make a normal dinner, heavy on the fat. Last night it was baked catfish and veggies with LOTS of butter--like 3T. I was still "hungry" afterwards (or not really satisfied) so I made a strawberry mousse with a CUP of heavy cream. THEN I had a square of 85% dark chocolate. THEN I was satisfied. Not overly full but "done." So all in all, I probably ate close to 3000 calories yesterday, I'm thinking in the neighborhood of 75-80% fat calories. And this morning, either due to the second day effect of the cd or the extremely heavy fat day yesterday, I was down almost two pounds. The EXACT same thing happened last week so I'm beginning to see a pattern here.Just wondering if following up a cd (which are usually lowish calorie, high-fat, high protein, low carb) with a very high-fat day is a good way to approach locking in weight loss from the cd and dumping any extra water that's hanging around... ![]() Anyway, sorry for the book! Have a great day everyone! |
