Sounds like you are aware of what causes you trouble (nuts, wine etc) so a Clean DD should do you good. I came into this day with intetions of eating just meat and maybe some veggies but I threw that out the window when I was giving my son a pumpkin muffin and somehow half of it ended up in my belly. ![]() I really need to get it together. I mean, it's not terribly to slowly introduce a few carbs in preparation for P4 even though I intend to do P4 low carb anyway but since I'm over my window I really need to GET IT TOGETHER> Oh well. We'll see .... |

How did you like the coffee??? Inquiring minds...
![]() As far as the food sensitivities go, I think I heard something a while back that if you didn't eat anything crazy that would cause you to be holding on to a lot of "bulk" (lots of pasta or rice or something), and just had a small indulgence, you were looking for a gain of ~2.0 pounds to indicate a sensitivity. I don't think 0.6 would indicate anything so yay for eggs!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ All right ladies...'fess up time for me. I gave in to emotional eating yesterday as well as a bit of a blood sugar craving (gotta get me some cinnamon and try that out on the morning afters, Dawn!). I didn't eat a lot of junk--all low carb--but I ate a LOT--thinking in the 4000-5000 calorie range comprised of bp coffee, chicken thighs, apples, whipped cream mousse, and yes, an entire JAR of peanut butter! (Oh peanut butter, how I love thee! ) Add that on to 5 days in Mexico, Friday night concert (and drinks) and Saturday night dinner out which included some polenta, some dessert, and MORE drinks, and I was kinda terrified to get on the scale this morning. I bit the bullet though and am not surprised to find myself 4.4 over LIW and 2.4 over my window. That said, I'm pretty sure that I'll see a decent drop to under 145 with a few days of clean eating--high fat, low carb--so I am not too displeased with this weight. My goal is really to keep it under 145 so I'm just gonna work at getting back there, then see what I need for getting back in my window.Hiya to everyone else!

I think a new thread for Oct is a good idea!

you've got this Dawn- I think that's a good plan. I'm sure your body has been waiting for some more fat! Marie-sound like you're doing a nice clean DD. I tend to overdo it on choc covered goodies too . Reddy-pumpkin muffins? That's some crazy temptation!! I try to avoid unnecessary dangers . Any damage will only be temporary. If you keep it clean the rest of today, you may get a pleasant surprise tomorrow. At least it was only half .Doing well today. After bfast I reweighed. I know. Never do that! But, I was actually below this mornings weight. bodes well!Softball game tonight! I hope we win again. Way more fun!
