prawns vs beef calories

Hello friends
I am new here from australia. It is my R1 2nd day after loading and I have question:
Yesterday I had prawns for lunch - 100 gr. And I was really hungry. Today I had kangaroo, and was not as hungry. Calories wise 100 gr prawns - about 80 kcal, lean beef or kangaroo - would be about? 160 at least? My question is can I increase prawns intake to accommodate the missing calories? thank you

I do believe you increase calories with veggies, not protein.

Stevie is right. It's usually suggested to make up the extra calories in veggies. (That said, I will often give myself a little extra protein if I have shrimp or fish, for this exact reason.)

p.s. You really eat kangaroo there? Wow! Interesting! I'm guessing ****** doesn't have a measure for that!

thank you for inputs. I think I will increase protein intake to fill the missing cals.
Yes, at my household we prefer kangaroo to beef this is due to the fact that it is organic as it can get, super lean.
We do not have here breads as in Dr.Simon protocol, so I substitute it with super thin slice of my own whole grain rye sourdough bread, I bake it every week for my hubby.
Also about mint, can pls someone tell me why it interupts the diet as I could not find any reference to it in Dr.Simon book. did i miss it?

How curious about kangaroo meat

Here is a post from Zbunny that spelled it out pretty good about mint...

Mint is said to possibly counteract homeopathics, so if you are using hhcg, it could be deactivated or counteracted by mint. I think if you eat/drink mint at least 30 minutes before or after you take your hhcg, you'll likely be fine. But, if you find yourself suffering from hunger, you may want to cut out the mint.
