Trying Again....

Hello, everyone,

I first tried HCG drops a year ago and successfully lost 20 pounds. I have quite a bit more to lose (50 lbs?), but was never able to stay on the other two rounds I tried. Life got stressful, stuff happened, etc. I'm now 5 pounds heavier than when I first started last year, sigh.

The good news is that I've never found another diet that worked for me (except taking illegal speed 25 years ago), and this one DID. There is hope!!!! I'm also fortunate in that I've been blessed to truly love vegetables, which helps alot. Fruit, not so much. Weird, huh? Also, the situations that were causing me so much stress have been resolved.

All that to say that I am ready to try again and believe I can do this!

Today is my first VLCD, and so far, so good.

Finally, last year I had used a Google Docs spreadsheet that someone had posted, which calculated out your weight and inches loss/gain. I no longer have my old computer so do not have that link any longer. If any of you know what I'm talking about, could I trouble you to post the link to that spreadsheet again? Thanks so much!!!

Thanks also in advance for all of your support, encouragement, and openness about your own struggles. You were all a HUGE help to me last year, and I am looking forward to catching up on how you are doing and getting to know the newbies!

Mandy, I subscribed to the P2 thread, thanks!

Also, I found the spreadsheet I was looking for. If anyone else is interested, you can download it here: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?...thkey=CPjpmY0H

Yes it is a brand name but make sure to check the ingredients to see if it has the hcg in as some of the formulas have been changed but I do know that the intermountain pellets have hcg in them and they do work.

Round 2 for me!

Hi! Im also trying again, my second round.. I lost 15lbs in 2 weeks and quickly regained that in a week or two at the end of P2.. very unhappy.

Previously I did a homeopathic diet with a health professional but keen to do it alone now I know the protocol. Its just a case of which brand and type.. hcg, homeopathic or even the amino acid which is niether but natural ingredients.

Im looking at:

intermountain, homeopathic
thinslim, natural, homeopathic, non hcg I think, hcg (scared to mix myself though!!)

Im thinking that, as homeopath worked previously for me perhaps I should just go with intermountain?

Has anyone done both homeopath and hcg separately? And can say which works faster/better?

And is there a hcg which is premixed? I just dont want to mix and buy all that other stuff

Cindy (jabbok) can help you with that one as she is from Canada. I can say that she has done Intermountain and had very much success with it!

Thanks dawn! And hi! How is your work of art coming along?

Cindy, did you have to wait long for your items? And are they premixed, as in do you just use the drops straight from the bottle? I hope Im allowed to ask that on here.. trying to understand the rules

And just because I want to, here is a clappy hand hehehe

I have used the Intermountain drops, the vox pellets and the intermountain pellets, when I switched to the intermountain pellets I did not have any hunger they worked really good.

I prefer the pellets to the drops, the pellets are easy to use and are easy to keep with you. The drops worked for me, they come premixed and are ready to use.

It usually takes about 14 business days for the stuff to get shipped to Canada. When did you order?

No they only have the one standard shipping with Intermountain to Canada. I did order from netrition when they carried the Fusion drops 1 order got through then the next time I ordered it got stopped at customs and was sent back but all the orders I got from Intermountain came through but it did take longer as they are shipped ground.

You can see if Netrition has any Intermountain pellets or drops left you can get then sent express but I didn't want to take the chance on the package getting stopped at customs so I just have mine sent ground.

When were you planning on starting?
