Something that's the most satisfying, as this is day one and it's hard.
There's a baked apple recipe somewhere that you crumble the bread on the top. Might be good.

If you're not hungry you can skip it. My first round I ate every bit of the food whether I was hungry or not because I thought I had to. This round I've had some things left over. Not a lot and never the protein.

Tonight I could still have another fruit, but I think I'm heading to bed.

Yeah, real true hunger is an issue for me today, for sure. Had some strawberries blended with ice. Didn't help. Going to bed. Hopefully the HCG will kick in better tomorrow. Or it's because it's my first heavy day of TOM (which is usually short, thank God).

Never ate the melba. Just not appealing (and my brain tells me the carbs will trigger more hunger!). 470 calories total.

I hope your hunger goes away soon. It seems to take a good 4-5 days on VLCD for me before it goes away.

christy, that's good to know. I know it's too soon to start questioning my dose. Going to hang in there!
