Yeah, real true hunger is an issue for me today, for sure. Had some strawberries blended with ice. Didn't help. Going to bed. Hopefully the HCG will kick in better tomorrow. Or it's because it's my first heavy day of TOM (which is usually short, thank God).
Never ate the melba. Just not appealing (and my brain tells me the carbs will trigger more hunger!). 470 calories total. Last edited by buttah; 09-01-2012 at 08:59 PM.. |
