Wow, PreK! Are you really on day 178? You wild woman! You are on fire!
Mini, love your post about the auto-censor for that "drink word." I never knew about that trick to get around that. Pretty clever. Sarah, nice losses! I wish I could just limit my drinking to a few times a week the way you do. I'm a bit of an extremist, I'm afraid. Must own up to it and learn to live with how I am until lightning strikes or I get electro-shock therapy. ![]() Happy for you, Zoe!! KUTGW! I myself am back to being a good girl. I've slapped myself back into reality and once again know that I'm spending $$$ that I simply don't have to spend and now it's time to get back in the groove. Funny thing is, is that now my VLCD# matches the day of September we're in. I screwed up and lost 4 days, but I guess by the time I'm back to the lowest I was, it will be at least a full week lost. Can't think about that now. Just have to grow up and move forward again. I have to figure out what triggers me to do this stuff!!! That is how I keep regaining and relosing over and over again. If I can't get to the bottom of it, how will I ever maintain my losses once and for all? I need to find out how to maintain in my 2 lb window and then do those CD's immediately. I'm sure one of the keys to that problem is to steer clear of beer. Any alcohol is like "a gateway to overeating." I wish I could just be done with my desire for booze. I love the buzz and the taste but it leads me to places that are counter productive. I guess I should be thankful that I'm broke because it's just not something I can afford to do. That helps to reign myself in.Farm today. I'll burn off some serious calories there, cause it's my day of flying solo. I hope the staff girl can help me more than she did last Monday. If not, I'll just do the best that I can without killing myself. Have an excellent Monday, ladies. BBL. ![]()

LOL...Cheryl...just don't tell my hubby that I'm a wild woman...I already gotta run from him as it is No...just kidding! I really haven't noticed what day I'm on. Those tickers don't stop for phase breaks & PI's. I don't do the P3's mostly...and haven't done a P4 yet...I will when I reach goal. I hate the loading days...so I mainly do PI's for 4-10 days...to get some high fats in me...then continue on my P2. It is rogue, but it seems to work for me. I almost dread the P3/P4 lifestyle when I reach goal It takes a lot of mental planning for me to work at P3 maintaining. I love P2... I already KNOW what I am to eat...grocery shopping is easy & inexpensive But I plan on incorporating exercise back in...that should help...I haven't exercised one bit yet.I have been following your story...I am sorry for your ups & downs. Sometimes we are just not in the right state of mind to handle rigorous weight loss programs. Last year...I would not be stable enough to do what I'm doing now...I can't explain my mindset right now...but nothing is stopping me...so I'm taking it & running. I have learned soooooo MANY things while on hHCG. Guess it's a turning point in my life...finally at 41 y.o. ![]() I don't have any advice for the beer drinking...I don't drink at all...so I have no right to say..."just don't do it"...easier said than done, right? Stay strong...you can do it!!! TTYL

Joining y'all. Day 1 of rogue hcg (round 6? 7?) Came in 1000ish cals today, lots of fat (more of a fat fast diet today, really.) We'll see. Not feeling very chatty lately but here to cheer you all on and get motivated as well! Hoping these 11 pounds come off QUICK since they packed on so quickly also. Then from there, I may mini-break/re-feed and go for the last 6. Starting at 147 and 130 is the goal.

So, like I already said, I'm back with the program today. I did my farm day and it was fine. I was doing all the same stuff as last Monday but for some reason it went easier. Only groomed two horses cause the other five were used in Program today. It feels good to be someone they can depend on. Well, another day down, and so far so good.
I'm a bit hungry tonight, but nothing intolerable -- I'm also considering doing a break at some point soon, though I am not ready for it yet. So far, the occasional refeed has been sufficient to keep me from getting too dragged out. The "O" word isn't a dirty word at all -- it just means "climax" in intimate terms. I can't understand why that one is censored, but the censoring does keep the creeps from posting here, so that is good. |

I like the censoring, personally. It lets you know that the board is going to be kept "out of the gutter." But as you said, that O word isn't a bad word. In fact, it's rather nice.
I am finally passed the dreaded day 17! I kept writing #17 at the top of my food journal page and when I went off-plan, I'd scratch the number off and put it at the top of the next days page. FINALLY I have #18 on my food journal! ![]() It's raining here and it's going to be very stormy and windy all day and through most of the night. I need to get up and out to the gym, where the weather is always "just right." ![]() Later, ladies. Hugs and love all around. |

I'm just jumping in here, because I probably identify more with roguies than anyone else! I had a rough, rough start to this round, but I haven't given up, and I'm finally seeing the scale go down a bit.
Quick question: have any of you had success losing with a little coconut flour thrown into your P2? I ask, because I have been following someone on Facebook (SammiHCG, I think) who uses coconut milk, flour and oil in P2 and loses AND stabilizes just fine. I've used coconut oil sparingly in all of my rounds with success, but the flour just sounds downright scandalous! LOL. I'll probably stay on P2 through September...maybe longer. We'll see. I'm missing pumpkin like crazy! I was making these splendid pumpkin lattes with coconut milk, pumpkin and spices. And now it's really chilly, so I'm missing them big time! I also made low-carb pumpkin cream cheese muffins for my clan this week. Torture! Sorry, I need to stop now. ![]() So glad for this rogue thread! I've been reading daily, but I only post here and there. |

Lemonmama, sounds like you've come to the right place! I can't say anything about eating the things you mentioned on P2 because I have never tried. Hopefully someone can help answer your questions. All I can say is "go for it" and let us know if it works for you the way it works for the FB guy.
I'm going to want the recipes for the pumpkin lattes and other things you mentioned when I get to P3! Yummo. |

Lemon -- coconut flour, in limited quantites, has been fine for me on p2 -- but take everything I say with a grain of salt, because I have never managed to stabilize ... turns out that is probably due to a thyroid/adrenal problem, which is now being treated, so I am hoping the stabilization goes much better this time.
Welcome! Glad you're here! |

Onward indeed! I went to the gym today and increased my total workout time to 1.5 hours. I went back to doing 3 20-minute cardio sessions and between each one, I did one full circuit of the Nautilus machines. I found out a few things.
I'm not ready for that stair climber that is like an escalator and I don't like this machine that sort of simulates roller blading. I have no idea what it's called but when you step on it, it says to "start floating." UGH! I only did about 7 minutes on these two machines and finished my 20 minutes on something different. I'm wasted! Then I stopped to get gasoline ($4.21 for mid-grade!!!) and some fruit and tissues and came home. Got the pooch on the treadmill right now and I'm kicking back with my feet up on the file cabinet. I can hardly believe it but I can see biceps forming already! It looks so strange to see muscles with such a high fat percentage still. I just hate cardio but I guess that is how to take off the fat. I must do what I must do. Tomorrow I'll go and swim. I really hate to do it but I'm going to need to buy some of those nose pincher's for swimming. I'm going to look like a total moron but I can't think about that. I want to be able to do the Crawl. So I ate my P2 Chili dish before I went and when I came home I ate an orange. A very good orange, I should add. ![]() Very stormy here today. Windy with tornado watches. All the clocks were flashing when I got home so we must have lost power for a little while. So glad it wasn't a long interruption. I miss my LCFs!!! Going to relax a while now and then make dinner. Hi all,
I do not know if I posted this, pardon the repeat if I did. I started having a packet of some abundant source oatmeal after school a nd my later cravings have pretty much vanished! And I am down to 132 Drinking? I cut that out, as I over ate or drank everyother night for some years. I have not had a drink of anything alcoholic for over 26 years, and I am Irish, and was a pretty good party girl in my 20's ![]() Pat |

That's GREAT!!! And I'm impressed that you, an Irish woman no less, can go cold turkey on the booze. I too am of Irish descent. And was a total party girl. For many years. And hate the idea of giving that up entirely....
Wow, ladies. I am so completely used-up tonight. I really worked out hard at the gym. The hardest workout so far. I was certainly working up a sweat this time! I took a hot shower just before I ate dinner and I'm in total Heaven right now. Just me and my PJ's and my full, satisfied belly. ![]() Pat, you are SO CLOSE to your goal! How do you plan to eat in order to maintain the losses (once P3/4 are done)? I have a long time to think about that, myself. I love the No S plan but we shall see. I know I don't want to do something that is so limiting, like Atkins. I want to eat like a normal human being. If I have to live in this world, I'm going to eat like a human being! It is STILL raining here. Wind is blowing like crazy. I hope we don't have too much damage from this storm. I'm happy to be indoors and comfy-cozy. Also happy that I switched off of Tuesday barn duty!!! Woohooo! So, I guess that's all I've got to say for now. I hope everyone has a nice night. ![]() |

Down 1.4! yippee! Already feeling that magical flat belly effect that hcg has! Today I ate a PB cookie that my mom made, but other than that I was probably under 1000 calories, high fat.
As far as the drinking goes, I hate giving it up all together also! I have cut waaaay down on the partying but still partake once a week, 'sometimes' twice, especially during summer. I'm find with wine and hard alcohol but the beer is what makes me plump up!! Actually have a trip to the winery planned for Friday so we shall see how I do after that. Hope you all had a great day and saw what you wanted on the scales!!

ooooooohhhhh...I'm so excited because I just learned pumpkin (classified as a winter squash) is allowed on the "Omaha" HCG plan that many people follow successfully. I think I may try it tomorrow if I have a good scale moment in the morning. Pumpkin spiced latte: strong coffee, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, spices, stevia. I will be one happy P2er if I can make this work and continue to lose. Hoping for a good weigh-in so I'll feel okay to experiment again!

Morning!
I ate late last night so was up a lb but think it could be water, my hands a bit puffy! SE to your goal! How do you plan to eat in order to maintain losses? Well, excercise is part of it, and has been since June- I work out three days a week, callanetics, hot yoga, and weights on the two other days. I begin the am by jumping on my rebounder 15 minutes, 300 cal shake for breakfast with protein powder, greek yogert and fruit. Apple for a snack, rice cakes too- then BIG salad for lunch with plenty of chicken or shrimp, low fat cheese stick--dinners are meat and veg- a little pasta, very little. Low fat ice cream for a treat. Now oatmeal between 4-6--cheater chocolate too! I just watch the scale, weigh each am a nd write it down--its so easy not to see trends of forget what you weighed. If I go up 2+ for more than a day I eat really clean untill its gone! I figure if I keep this up for a year, my metabolism should be set. I drink green tea too |

Hi, ladies. Just woke up a bit ago and still a bit foggy. Had the hungries yesterday evening after that hard workout. I ate only on-plan stuff but I had one more fruit than I ever would have had on a regular day and I ate 2 bags of 100 cal popcorn with the salty toppings. I didn't weigh today, though I was tempted. I'll see about maybe getting on the scale tomorrow. Just want to give it enough time to see a good number when I do step on it.
![]() The storm passed and today is a lovely Fall day! Bright sun, about 63 degrees and rising and a fabulous breeze. I hope all goes well in each of our worlds today! ![]() |

For example, my diet yesterday was 2 HB eggs and coffee and cream at breakfast, lunch was a hamburger patty and some peanut butter, and dinner was two slices of bacon and two eggs. I also had a peanut butter cookie my mom made - down 1.6 this morning. I stabilized well after rogueing for about 3 months afterwards then summertime got the best of me - too much beer and eating out at bbqs, etc, and not catching CD days quickly enough. I also retained a lot of water when I started lifting weights. So I've got 10 pounds til I get where I was at the beginning of June. All in all though I'm pleased with the results I've gotten, really. |

Afternoon, ladies!
No change on the scale today -- and although the edema has gotten a lot better, I am still getting a lot of the pitting -- so my doc is increasing the dosage of the one diuretic I am on, and also adding another into the mix. I expect this will make a huge difference in the water retention! Hopefully this is a short term thing, and once the thyroid is stabilized, I won't need the diuretics anymore ... but for now, they are really a godsend. I'll check in with personals later -- but am running out the door at the moment -- more soon!

Hi, everybody! I am having a nice day. Erin, glad your plan is working for you! Mini, glad they are upping the dosage on the diuretic. I hope they get you fixed-up very soon.
I went swimming for a half hour today, then laid in the dry sauna for a while, took a shower, got dressed, went home, walked the dog, cooked my dinner, brewed 2 pots of iced tea (will be iced tea when it cools off), and now I'm following my dog and mopping up her little spots of urine incontinence. It's bad this afternoon. Sometimes she doesn't do it at all, other times she can't seem to control it much. It always happens when she's laying down. And I know she copped many a squat on our walk. I get aggravated with stuff like that. I need to design a doggy brief for her to wear on days like this. Anyway, I enjoyed my pool day and I'm happy that I'm back in the swing of things. Trying to get caught up on all my threads now, so moving on. TTYL. |

Well woke up to another one pound loss this morning an THAT is after cheating a bit with my "homemade pumpkin coconut milk" Ice cream (see my Blog, follow link) So I am now down to 223.6 ....223.6 YAYYAYAYAYA ...so close to my new decade I am excited!!!
So what DID I eat yesterday Breakfast was one egg and 1/2 piece pepperidge farms flax and fiber bread Lunch chicken breast with some ham wrapped around it (= 5oz after cooked) for a fake cordon Bleu 1 cup of butternut squash 2/3 cup blueberries Supper HCG Chili on top of my 3 LARGE handfuls of salad with cheddar cheese and tbsp of sour cream 1 Tbsp of the Raw Blackberry honey my hubs brough home (interesting) 10PM eating frenzy ...THE ICE CREAM...YUMMMMY BEDTime my TBSP of honey I have continued to do the Honey at night (google benefits of honey at night) and it has NOT affected my losses....YIPPEE SKIPPEEEE!!!!! So at this point I will continue to do so (in fact that would have been 2 TBSP in one day) Also found some cans of coconut milk at the Big lots for 1.25 and it is perfect for the Coconut mousse, Yes I made a batch because I felt the need for a little something sweet and filling...I didn't over do it ...but I do feel sooooo satisfied __________________ |
