Goodmorning!!!! I hope everyone is well. Uncle TOM is gone and im down water weight PLUS 1.2 lbs!!!! Woohoo!!! I would like to lose 5 more lbs in two weeks before R2.

So mad at myself! Two days of preloading before my actual loading netted me 5 pounds!! I'm up to 168 from 163! And I'm sure all gain another few pounds in these two loading days! Do I have to load 2 days or could I just do one load day and start my the LCD tomorrow?

I think you would be okay! I never load real heavy...just lots of fats for one day.

Reddy-I'm kinda' pre-loading this week myself . I'm up a few lbs too, but it'll come back off and I am away this week . You'll relose it quickly as you spent most of your P3/P4 below LDW. Try not to stress too much!!

Angela-how was your day at the water park? We had a blast! Lots of exercise (stairs + tubes) but it's certainly a fun way to get some exercise!!

We're packing and leaving!! I'm taking my scale and will check in when I can. Packed my pellets for loading Sat and Sun. Be strong and good ladies!!

Don't sweat it. I gained almost 9 pounds last time. It was off in 4 days. Remember that starchy carbs absorb more water in your intestines, so they bulk up and that makes you weigh more.

I would say load two days to be safe, but if you want to try one then go ahead. It's up to you girly!

We had a great time! I felt like I gained 10 lbs...lol. Just bloated from the sun...tends to make me feel that way when I'm in the sun for too long. I don't know if I've always reacted that way & just never noticed it. I was actually only up a tiny bit from losing a bit more after LDW...but still -.6 from LDW...so overall did okay. I know I may still be up a tad in the morning...but this is VLCD #1, so I'll start losing big in a few days. Hoping...(I know I will!) to hit "onederland" this week. Then work my way down to 175ish, where I plan to maintain, I think...unless I get there and feel like I may need to lose more. I have 35-40 excess lbs. of skin that needs to be removed surgically according to surgeon...so I'd be pretty low fat-wise. Of course, when I see my thighs & back-side in the mirror, I see TONS of fat...way more than 27 lbs. worth...IMO.

Glad you had a blast! Have a great staycation!!!!

Sure hope you get better soon headaches are no fun at all. I use to get migrains but it has been years and years since I've had a actually bad headache.Thank the Lord!

The LC day should give you a drop of some sort

Hi everyone!

I'll be joining you tomorrow officially but have been transitioning the Biz way for the last couple of days. Yesterday I had the bullet-proof coffee which was seriously yummy. Not sure that it will replace my love of coffee with cream but it sure is tasty! I mean seriously...butter and coffee? How can ya NOT love it?

I had a really weird experience yesterday morning. I did my last shot on Sunday, ate the 500 calorie day (nothing unusual) and was UP 2.1 pounds yesterday! I had exactly the same foods that I've been eating nearly every day on P2 so not really sure what it was. TOM came to visit for the first time in about 6 months so that may be why, although I usually don't have water weight gain from that... Anyway, I was like "How can I do a cd when I'm not even in P3 yet???" So I just carried forward with my plan, added back in a little "clean fats" yesterday, went for a nice long relaxing skate at the beach, got some sun, and this morning scale was back down to LIW.

Yesterday was 250 calories of added fats, in the form of butter and coconut oil. Today is 500 calories of added fats. I'm adding HWC/HNH in my coffee, a hard boiled egg, real dressing on my salad (no sugar), and a small avocado. Really the things I miss the most. Tomorrow will be 750 extra calories with the same plus some extra protein. I'm sticking with the same fruits and veggies until next week and really watching the calories like a hawk. This is absolutely IT. I want this to be my last round, darnit!

Hey all... fell off the deep end.. This week I am going to eat induction style/ simple P3 and see if I can lose a few pounds. I need to learn how to manage myself and not rely on the protocol to lose weight. Not sure how much I am up, I am not going to weigh in until Friday. I am scared if I do, I will freak out.

we're really enjoying ourselves!! I've been really overeating and I'm up about 6 lbs from my comfort zone . But I'm back to "normal" eating today and it'll go back down in a few days. Just in time to load Sat and Sun . I just read your stats. You've done amazing !! Will you have surgery eventually? Everyone who's had it recommends waiting 6 months at goal weight before doing it. In case you lose or gain any more. You should be really proud of yourself!! Amazing success lady!!

thanks sweetie!! Feeling good. Dh keeps commenting on how small I've gotten! Spending a week in a bathing suit is really challenging. You're doing great! Enjoy P4. How's that bread treating you? They have it at a Whole Foods near me and I'm planning to try it on my next P4.

everyone! I'm stay-cating very happily right now! We're swimming, floating, sliding, and dining!! There will be some shopping too! Just a nice, inexpensive, luxurious, relaxing vacation!! We've needed to get outside and play like this all summer!!

Hi everyone!!! Im down another pound today! I have been eating 1800-2000 calories a day. I eat around 40-50 carbs a day to maintain. I have started back exercising( yesterday) . I think i might cut back to 1500 calories. I am having bathroom issues it's been 4 days...ugh.

Thanks guys I feel good but I really still have at the very minimum 30 more pounds to loose. One more week of my break and then back to p2 for three weeks and hopefully no more p2 for the rest of the year.

I totally overdid my supposed low carb day and now im up another pound lol. Bought steaks yesterday so I will go marinate one and maybe bbq it later. I am now 3 lbs over but I will nip it and here's my plan, no diet sodas just water a large steak and a tomato at 4pm and nothing else.

I'm reading Weight Loss Apocalypse and they're mentioning a few interesting things but its a very tough read and I am disappointed that the author didn't elaborate on p3 and 4 so much. She mentions some things aren't explained in the doctors protocol like mixing veggies but then never touches on it again. Then in one example of p2 food she lists tuna packed in water but never explains that either. So I'm more confused now.

I have the next two days off so I will try to get things under control. I just feel like I need extra wiggle room now. I dont want to undo everything I've done this year.
