Don't eat emotionally! Find other outlets - try going for a walk, blasting your favorite music, or cleaning (if you're weird like me, lol!) If you're mad at someone, take it out on them! Don't take it out on yourself by eating a bag of candy. You deserve better.

Cocoa-remind me of that when I'm back in P2!!! Hopefully by Sept. 9 it'll be a bit cooler here so I can go outside to distract me!!

No too hungry. Trying to eat less today. That seems like a simple thing, yet I just don't do it. Maybe I'll try a JUDDD type thing for a bit. We'll see. I'm not unhappy, but still need to lose a bit. Sigh.

If your last dose is Sunday, then I think you are right--72 hours later is Wednesday morning. (Sunday to Monday--24 hours, Monday to Tuesday--48 hours, Tuesday to Wednesday--72 hours).

I'm actually toying with doing another round of Hcg. I'm thrilled to be here in the 140's, but still pretty well insulated . Shelby-yep, you understand! But the other side of that coin is "I really don't want to" . I'm dabbling in other ways to lose a bit, it's only 10lbs, how hard can that be? . Truthfully, after a round, the idea of restricting calories is very unappealing. I wonder if I am "healthy" enough to lose some w.o. hcg? I may dabble at that a bit the next week or so and if it's a no-go, then do a vanity round. I think all our confusion on Lara's post was she said she'll take her last dose Monday morning. Maybe her previous post said Sunday?

Down to my window today, barely. Didn't do a CD, accepting they're not too effective for me anymore. I'm ok w/ that, although I like the idea of a "magic fix it all" day. I am going to "attempt" to reduce my overall calories as I'm pretty stable and in P4 now. I won't keep them low every day, as I don't want to train my body to survive on low cals. But, if I can whittle off some weight w.o. doing another round, I'd prefer that approach. 10lbs in 3 weeks of VLC, plus the 6 weeks of stabilzation, means 10lbs in 9 weeks. Can I lose a lb a week eating a different way? I haven't tried since getting to this weight and place, so I think maybe I will try that? I'm always experimenting!!

Tameka-I'd do a CD, even if it's from TOM coming. If it works, and TOM leaves, then you'll be down even further. I bumped up a bit from TOM too, but am back down a bit today. If you're going back for another round right after P3 you'll want to stick this weight so you don't waste time re-losing.

Went shopping. Got several tops (had a store credit at Eddie Bauer and Kohl's cash to use). Size S in misses or M in Jr's? Really? Woo-hoo!! Now, if only the bottom half would catch up. Definitely better, but there's more to lose. Maybe 1 more round?

Ugh... I am torn. I ate soooo poorly this weekend.I must have had 5 or more cupcakes, tons of bread and chips and just carb overload. I feel SICK. But of course it also puts me in that place where the carbs make me want to eat more and more. I got my package of HCG and am debating letting this be loading and starting this week. BUT there are a few buts.

First is that I've only been in P4 for a few days, and I know you're supposed to do P4 for 3 weeks.

Other things is that there are a few things coming up that I see myself wanting to eat for. So schedule wise I should probably wait until Mid September but I feel so fat and bloated.

Saw a few pics from this weekend and on one hand, i think I look alright but then there is another part of me that wishes I was thinner. Esp in the mid section.

Ugh. All I know is that I'm dreading the scale and would put money on it that I'm up at LEAST 4lbs and quite possibly out of my window!!

It happens doll. We all have those days. I ate horribly all weekend and I'm up 3 pounds. Even though I'm "technically" in P2, I did a correction day today. Partly because I woke up at 1pm and was like well I might as well and partly because I just didn't want to eat at all.

You have to ask yourself whether you feel better being thin, or eating bad food.

Oh, it's good. I have 14 days left before vacation. I don't think it's my last P2. I think to everyone else I look good, but I'm still technically about 40 pounds away from my goal weight. The more weight I lose, the more I see that even though I'm tall, I do have a small frame so I still have quite a bit of fat on me that I want gone.

Thank you to everyone for the sweet Birthday wishes.
It has been a good day.Wonderful church service this morning and DH and 12 friends took me out for lunch after chruch to the Lake. GRRRReat restaurant!
So ate off plan had my 1st baked potatoe since April boy was it ever good.
Next Monday I am back on Ph2. I do not know where I will be with my weight in the morning after eating out I may have to do my first CD this round. But if I do it was so worth it!!!

25lbs gone? You did amazing on this round!!! If lost that many lbs from where I am now, I would be under my goal and dancing on the scale The most I lost since starting hhcg was 19lbs in about 1 month (that was on my first round).

Congrats for the great loss Lara
