Ending Phase 2 starting Phase 3 8/12/12
Getting ready to start my Phase 3 of HCG, and this time I am completely terrified... I know to start off slow and eat phase 2 foods just more, but can adding eggs really be that bad to start off with? I used eggs last round and did okay with them but Ive heard others say rounds are different.... I also need help with recipe ideas to use for the whole family so I am not having to cook two different meals... I really need help and motivation guys I am only like 25 pounds away from my goal weight.

How is P3 going? Have you been to our recipe forum? It is super fantastic for ideas on how to cook for P3. Here is a link:
Lowcarb Recipe Help & Suggestions - Low Carb Friends I get my meals for P3 right here on LCFs. No need to buy cookbooks or search anywhere else. Linda Sue's website is also awesome. We love all her recipes!!! Try the white castle hamburger pie or the bacon swiss quiche (awesome for breakfast!!).
