That is so WEIRD about the fortune cookies! I've been debating loading for 3 days since I have good opportunity to load Friday too -- hmmm. I wouldn't worry, it just means you're gonna lose like 15 lbs your first week, hehehe.
I know right? It's so weird that the fortune cookie was spot on... lol
Ok so yesterday was supposed to be load day #4 lol, but I actually lost
3.8 lbs so I will call that my first vlcd. Here we go!
Still not feeling 100% but dont feel like eating anyway so might as well start right?

I don't know what I weigh cause I'm not weighing until this weekend. This is my first round with RXHCG injections. I'm loving it! much simpler, less to remember and hunger way under control. I'm determined to make my food interesting this round so I'm spicing things up, cooking more and trying all my options.
Wow Adeline by looking at your photos you look like a new younger women congrats!

Down.4 today. Didn't make my mini goal today but I still have until Friday before PH3 so hopefully I will be at least at the 240(or below). That will make it ten lbs every month so far. I would love to keep that rate up!
Everyone have a great Wednesday!!!

Has anyone heard anything about "Triple Strength HCG". I don't want to mention the manufacturer- I got in trouble my first day here b/c someone thought I was trying to sell something. =(

It's specifically intended for round(s) 2 and up. It looks awesome- just wondered if anyone else has used it..

Here are the ingredients:

HCG 6X 3X USP 20% ALCOHOL FUCUS VES, CALCAREA CARBINICA, SPONGIA TOSTA, ddH2O, B12
Unless it says HUMAN Chorionic Gonadotropin on the bottle it isn't real HCG and does not have very much if any in it.However many, many have lost with it anyway because of the VLCD eating. I personally will never take anything other than the RX and I have used them both. JMO

I miss P2 sooo much. I hate P3. I wish I had more HCG so I could just called this a PI and get back on.

I'm jealous of all you people who aren't hungry and are losing weight! Keep it up...

It does say Human Chorionic Gonadotropin on the bottle- I abbreviated!

I've been using hhCG this round and really love it. I'm getting ready to order more and decided to check out a recommendation from a poster on another hcg board who uses the original formula from this company. While browsing, and reading the verbiage VERY closely, I saw that they have this triple strength formula available. The numbers look right- in homeopathic terms. The higher the number, the more dilute. Lower numbers indicate a stronger concentration.

The only thing that has me pausing is that the formula I'm using right now also has homeopathic hypothalmus and thyroid support, which I need. The one I'm considering does not. I suppose I could buy the thyroid formula separately. I have Hashimoto's Syndrome- and hate Synthroid (never helped!) or any of the pharmaceutical synthetics. I had been using Armour- a natural porcine thyroid replacement with good results but, have weaned off of that, too.

I don't trust doctors and I definitely don't trust Big Pharma. I won't even go to the doctors for my blood tests.. I order the test kit and send it to the lab myself! They email my results and if it looks like I need anything- I'll send the report to my naturopath and she calls my meds into the compounding pharmacy.

Have you ever heard of Raspberry Ketones? I plan on using it when I get into P3. Two of my gf's (non-HCG dieters) are using it and losing weight like crazy because it REALLY helps cut your appetite and helps mobilize fat. Dr. Oz just gushes about the stuff! It's not a stimulant or anything, either! No jitters.

I attend a weight loss support group and 1 of the gals uses this and is losing. Another thing that people are using is cinnamon chromium... Seems to really suppress the appetite, also.

Any particular brand on raspberry keynotes you recommend? The ranges in price from 10-100 leave me weary on what to buy.

Sounds as if it's ok.But I always say if it isn't broke don't fix it I love, love love the Rx HCG.

I was on tyhroid also but P&I says under no circumstances do they allow thyroid medication to be taken.SO I stopped taking mine. However...I only started taking it cause I asked my last Dr. to give it to me to help me lose weight.Didn't help at all.So I don't really feel I need it anyway. I will be getting blood work done in a few weeks so I will find out how my thyroid is then.

You are braver than me taking your own blood work. GEEEZE I hate needles

oooh, I hate needles, too. I have tiny little roly-poly veins- every nurse has blown my arms up. I finally got my old doc to use the little butterfly needles on the top of my hand- but, even that left swelling and bruises; plus, it burns like the dickens.

The blood and saliva tests that I order are really easy in comparison. I just have to stick my finger and get 6 dime-size drops onto the enclosed blotter. Getting enough blood on there is the hardest part..lol. Maybe because I have super-low blood pressure??? Squeeze! eek.

Let me know what your bloodwork looks like when it comes back! That's exactly why I weaned off of my thyroid meds, too. I figure I'll finish this round before I test again.

I haven't been to the Dr for quite sometime. I was 274.8 last time I was there. I want to get in the 230's before I go again. I will not tell him I am on HCG he would have a fit.But then of course he has his own diet plan 100.00 a week Anf some food but five shakes a day. I want to chewI will jsut say I am eating lower Carb.Which I am. As when on PH3 & 4 I am going to eat diabetic plan the Nurse gave DH when he was in hospital.Except on PH3 I won't eat starch or sugars. We both have diabetes2 so I feel that would be best for both of us!!!

Sounds as if you have a plan.I certainly wish you the best. And I will try to remember to let you know about my blood work.

Hi,
Thinking about starting over...lost over 50 pounds in 2009......all of which is back! I have tried many diets but nothing has worked for me like hcg. Unfortunately, I can't talk myself into sticking with it for more than a week or so. I found lots of support here in the past and hopeful that it could work for me again.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes!

I just reread the protocol and I think I have it all straight in my mind.

I will start tomorrow morning and enjoy the two days of forced feeding....in hopes that it will prepare me for the slim pickins that will be on the menu for the next month.

Thank you...thank you...thank you for the support! I REALLY want this to work for me again like it did 3 years ago.

Canook, Aye, Sorry about that fortune cookie joke, I like teachers alot, especially my 4th grade teacher Miss Novak but that's another story,

Anyway, I gained a pound, not to worry I know what I did different and this is also a learning expierence on how our metabolism works. So day 32day I stand back at minus 22 pounds stopping at day 36 for a 4 day PI.

PS Canook I am the token male here if you were wondering

Good Morning! R6VCLD4 and I'm down a total of 8 pounds! As I posted in another thread, DON'T CHEAT, it's not worth and I'm up almost twenty pounds from my lowest in February because of my actions. There are other ways to lose weight besides hhcg and they all work for me, but I want this weight off quick. Once to goal, I'm going to follow LC JUDDD. I did JUDDD earlier this year and it does work.

Have a great day everyone and congratulations on everyone's success!

Mornin' y'all! Sorry I've been MIA.. Been off a couple of days from work.

I'm losing but I feel so light headed! I don't remember it being so bad last time. I'm still walking, but skipped today. I ate a tiny bite extra of chicken last night at dinner. My body was screaming for it!

Cocoa I'm so glad you're in P2 with us!

Berta, you're doing great! :highfive:

Lara, I hope you feel better soon!

I'll be back, I know I have a lot of catching up to do!

Tiffany, I found myself sooo light headed in the last week or so. Every time I stood up I would see stars and feel I was going to pass out. I figured it was the result of going so long without sufficient calories or whatever. Just make an effort to get up slowly, and stay hydrated. Yay for the losses!
